After setting up an account to use during the "free trial", I realized the site had no value and decided to cancel. The email I got from them said I could cancel by email so I did. I then tried calling to confirm... no luck getting a hold of them. When I finally did I thought everything was fine until I saw the $40 charge that they still refuse to refund.
No value in their program and even if you see that the first day and try to cancel... good luck.
NO LUCK working with the support staff either!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have done a free trial with them before and canceled within the free trial. I canceled online and didn't have any issues with them.
Well if you canceled by email, all you have to do is show them the copy of the email that you sent for cancellation and I am sure they will take care of this. If they don't you can contact your credit card company and file a charge back.
Good Luck!
Realty Bargain.com, in New York, I was planning to sign up with them as a Realtor to get buyer leads from them, we had negoatiated for 5 zip codes in my city in the state of Texas, for $___ per mnth with their representitive Bruce W, I called him back 2 times, no return calls back to me... WTF

Check out Alexa.com, 91.3% of their traffic is India. This is a scam
Checked out the site statistics on alexa.com, an Amazon reputable company for web traffic. 91.3% of the traffic is in India. I'm guessing it's artificially generated. This is bs
i am satisfied with their services, getting qualified leads also..
Realty Bargains inappropriately billed me for months of subscription fees where I had previously cancelled the service SEVERAL times over. Despite having multiple phone calls and email messages with their "company", they continued to bill my bank account.
We have filed complaint with the bank and the credit card company.
They still owe me over $400 in refunds and have refused to honor their prior email confirming cancellation of service.
We are contemplating legal action at this juncture and do not advise any party to engage this "company" for information.
Realtybargains.com provides good quality leads. They are much better compared to many other online services. I tried them and it works for me. Will keep them for a while and see how it goes.
Realtybargains.com is a scam. I emailed them with questions, they answered with bland answers. Once I chose a property to bid on, I went inspect it and the house did not exist, it was an empty lot. Their response was that they rely on other sources for home information such as county records and online companies for pictures and information on property so the picture that they posted was before the house was torn down. I asked for my money back, and they refused. That is some ###.
RealtyBargains does provide me with good quality leads and as with regards to what Vic- F has commented I enquired and came to know that he actually signed up with Realty Bargains after posting this particular comment.
I signed up gave them $80. for 2 months trial, and could not even get my picture downloaded to their sight. I called them with no answer so I left a message and now over a week later have not heard from them.
We are a licensed real estate agency that got a call from a sales agent of RealtyBargains.com - well better said from an India-based cold call center. The agent promised 2-3 seller leads a month plus access to For-Sale-By-Owner and Foreclosure data. The latter was not of importance to us as this is publicly available data. So we were mainly signing up for this service in order to get seller leads.
The cost after negotiating a little bit was about $100/month and there was no long-term contract required. We soon got E-Mails for FSBO and Foreclosures but never any seller leads. So when after the first month a customer service rep called to see if we'd like to extend the service, we mentioned that we missed any leads coming in. Guessing that this rep too was sitting somewhere in India, we quickly got another month for free and expected the leads to come in soon.
Unfortunately nothing at all. After two months we didn't get a single seller lead and have to rate this experience with SCAM.
I am completely dissatisfied with Realty Bargains. The few leads that I was getting are not good. If you are late on your payment you are not given any leads. How can I afford to pay them if I do not get any good leads. I am stuck in a contract. I am broke. Do not sign up with this company.
I am a Realtor who got a cold call from what was obviously a call center in India (or similar). They promised me 6-7 seller leads a month for the zip codes I wanted to focus on. All I ever got were notifications of foreclosures and pre-foreclosures (which I could easily get for free from public data sources). That was the second time I gave them a try after they promised me they had changed their services and now offered pre-screened buyer and seller leads. I guess I proved what they say... fool me twice, shame on me! Do not give these people your money!
I am still a realtor with them and they do provide good leads. But have to be with them for a while to make this work. I closed a deal recently. Happy to be a part of their agent network.
I am a real estate broker having over 14 years experience. I have been looking for a program like yours for a long time.I must admit, I love it! THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST LEAD PROGRAM THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN! The leads are of great quality and ready to go when I follow up. Admit the fact that the number of leads are less compared to other websites but the quality is simply amazing. I would strongly recommend realtybargains.com to any one, who would like to purchase internet leads.
I am a realtor in Los Angeles, CA. I got a call asking if I could take on more leads and I said yes. He explained how different they are from other online lead generating programs. It sounded reasonable and decided to give them a chance. Believe me! I wouldn't have gotten such good leads if I decided to go against them! The leads are warm and ready to go. Keep up the good work Realty bargains.
This is the worst website I have ever used, and their customer service is terrible. The leads they provided (or lack there of) were dead leads and not one of them answered my calls or emails. When I cancelled they said it was not within the correct time frames and they charged me for an additional month. Crap service and terrible customer service.
I cancelled by email on Feb. 6th, 2018. They billed my credit card another $130.00 on March 12th, 2018. I was told I only needed to give 10 days to cancel but for some reason, this is not how they operate. I am very disapointed in this company and service. Not to mention I did not receive ANY leads for this $130.00, and only 3 "leads" for the initial month. This service is a joke.
These people really do the job! thank you for the leads that you send right away after my sign up.
I was very leary to try realty bargains as they sounded very similar to other lead generators available online. However my experience with them was literally amazing. The leads are so ready to be contacted. I would recommend these people to other members of my team. Please keep sending leads Realty bargains.
They just called me a promised that $60 is the only fee EVER...but latter tried to slide in and $395 for something. But the biggest lie is he said I would have whatever zip code was currently available and I would keep "FOREVER". The zip code I wanted was not available "this month" (as that is possible in a keep forever program). The guy went on to say if I sign up now on a poor zipcode next month he will move the agent the has my desired zip code and give it to me.
To the agent that thinks he/she has Cedar City locked down...You might want to cancel your ?subscription? today.
PS. I didn't give him my credit card.
Realty Bargains worked for me. Thanks Guys !
I signed up with realty bargains last month and as they promised I got genuine leads and I am happy with them and my
case officer called me today for feedback and I expanded my zip codes for this month
At beginning I thought how this will be work with 7 or 8 leads but they were quality customers and they were already expecting my call.
Cheers mite, keep going.
Its worth taking time to appriciate them. The leads were worth paying for. Good quality leads and custmers were informed before i called.
It took me a week to get the leads and was in less numbers like 7 or 8. But as they mentioned they were pre screened ones and were genuine customers . And the bent part was no automated billigs .
Good job guyz
