REEis Air Conditioning is great! They did a good job and everything was on time. They were quick to fix any problems. Alex did a great job with the inspection. He really knows what he's doing.

reeis air conditioning did a great job at both our houses for the spring tuneup. They explained to us the importance of changing our filters and getting on a regular maintenance/service regimen. We will definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

We building new house in ***. We hired REEis for HVAC. We paid them all money before they start work. They no give us schedule until we pay. They were supposed to start on February 18th, but nobody come and nobody call us. When we call, they say they no have parts. Then they say they come on March 8th, but nobody come again. When we call, they say they come today on March 11th. But when we call today, they say they no know what happen to schedule and no work today. They no tell us when they come. We no know when work finish. This not good for big company like Reeis.

I think everyone in Arizona is scared when their A/C breaks. I was too until I met Eduardo at REEis. Eduardo C. came to our house for an estimate and stayed for over 2 hours answering all our questions and even gave us a little HVAC 101 lesson. We told Eduardo what we didn't like about our old units and where there were "hot spots" in our home. Eduardo gave us a very comprehensive estimate with a fair price. We got everything we wanted and now our house feels so much cooler. I know our heating and cooling bills will go down over the next few years. I also like knowing I have Eduardo and REEis there to backup their products if anything fails. Thanks Eduardo and REEis for all your hard work. We couldn't be happier with our experience with REEis.

One of our AC units stopped workin. On Monday, July 26th, REEis Air Conditioning came to look at it. We were told that the compressor was frozen and needed to be replaced and that there was no coolant in the system. They suggested that replacing a $3,500 compressor in a 12 year-old system was not cost-effective. On that Thursday, REEis analyst came to review the situation and provide an estimate. We were lookin at a $25,000 - $30,000 expenditure. We obtained a second opinion from Knight Air Conditioning, who said that there was sufficient coolant in the system and the compressor was not frozen. Instead, the problem was the result of a failed starter capacitor. They charged $308 for the repair. The AC now works perfectly. REEis analyst was supposed to provide an estimate. After more than a week we had not received a quote. In our opinion, REEis can't be trusted.

reeis ac put in our new trane ac units, blowers, and ducts in our new home in 2020. recently our bigger ac unit stopped blowing cold air so we called reeis for an evaluation. the tech came the next evening. he found out there was a leak near the compressor, something he never saw before since the leak was near the compressor instead of in the attic. he said the leak was slow and we could go a few days without running out of r410, which was good because he didn't have the equipment to fix it that evening. we were surprised to learn the repair wasn't under warranty. after talking to his boss for a while, they said they could fix it that evening if we wanted it fixed. we were shocked when he said it would cost $2300. he said most of the charge was because of the cost of r410, which they charge $165 per gallon. the tech waited for our answer so he could start. we felt like we had to get it done because we didn't know when they could come back and we didn't know how long the remaining r410 would last. after a few minutes, the tech had me give my credit card number and sign his phone. i didn't get a list of charges. after he left to get more supplies, i found out another ac company charged $100 per gallon for r410. the tech did a great job and i appreciate his hard work. i think the company didn't give us a fair price and took advantage of us.

I didn't need it right away, but I wanted to be ready for the hot summer and avoid my old unit breaking down. My first contact with the company was great. I dealt with *** who was nice, prompt, and professional. We scheduled the installation for a month later. The day before the installation, I called to confirm, but they told me the *** unit hadn't arrived, so they couldn't install it the next day. They told me this at 5 pm, which was a bit unprofessional since I'm a full-time nurse and it's hard to take time off. A month later, in June , they finally installed the *** unit. I wasn't home, but when I got back, I found trash, screws, and hardware all over my backyard, which was concerning since I have a dog. During the summer, I had to turn the *** down to mid-60s, but I still woke up sweating. In July , I found my bedroom floors flooded, and I could see water coming up between my floors. I asked the installation team to redirect the external condensate drain to the side of my house, but they used the abandoned internal condensate drain, which caused the flooding. Luckily, I got a service member, ***, to redirect the condensate drain to the side of my house. I was worried about mold in my walls and ceiling due to the humidity. The next day, we had a big rainstorm, and I heard water dripping inside my ac vents. When I called the company, they said it was just water hitting the ac unit. The operation manager came out to my house and downplayed my concerns, saying it takes a long time for mold to develop. He also said my drywall screws were poorly installed and he could fix them. When he got up on a ladder, he found the entire wall was wet, and there was mold. They repaired the wall within a few weeks, but during another big storm, leaking from my air vents started to occur. They said it was a chronic issue, and their damages exacerbated it. My floors were the next issue. They took samples of my flooring to match it, but it took a while for them to find a match. When I reached out to the operation manager, he said he no longer worked for the company. I called the main number, but they didn't respond. I finally found an email for *** and sent him an email. He said he hadn't heard anything about my situation. I got someone else out to reassess the situation, but they still couldn't find a match for my floor. They said they could replace the entire flooring in the bedroom, but it took weeks for them to get it approved. I had to reach out to the *** and speak with an attorney to get them to install the flooring. They finally installed it on December 21.
