All I am trying to obtain is a document with the model numbers of the windows I purchased so that I can receive a rebate from my power company. They did not accept the detailed information provided in my contract, saying they need an official document (invoice?) with model numbers included, so they can prove I purchased windows that are energy-star approved.
For the last month, I have repeatedly called my New Mexico agent, Emily Perez. Each time I call, she either has an excuse or says she is working on obtaining the model numbers document. She says she will work on it and call me back. Not once has she ever called me back. She offers no explanation as to what the problem is.
Also, I cannot get in contact with my sales representative, Sebastian Bustos, as his voice mailbox has been full every time I tried to call.
I just spoke with Susanna in a Minnesota remote office, and she told me I need to call Emily Perez. I explained. She told me to contact Sebastian but couldn't give me a phone number. She said she had no way of helping me and did not know anyone else I could reach out to. So, here I am, filing this complaint.
This is a sad state of affairs. Mainly because up to now, this was a very enjoyable experience. We love our new windows and have no remorse about the purchase. I hope you can resolve this issue, and we can go back to being glad we used Renewal by Anderson.
Claimed loss: If I cannot get Power New Mexico (PNM) to accept my application, I will lose $560.00 that was to be rebated.
Desired outcome: Can you intercede with Power New Mexico on my behalf? Being stuck in the middle between two large companies is very frustrating. If you cannot do that, please obtain the paperwork they require and forward to me.
