2/23/23 - we ordered 13 replacement windows.
6/14/23 - windows were installed with the exception of one that was damaged during shipment.
6/19/23 - ordered 2 additional windows.
12/6/23 - tired of still having a broken window in the front of my house after 6 months!
Supposedly RbA is coming tomorrow to fix the broken window.
Ultimately, I am dissatisfied with the lack of urgency to complete our project. RbA came to our house twice already to fix the window but didn't have the correct things to fix the window. This is my definition of incompetence. During this process they cancelled and rescheduled multiple times. Evidently our time does not mean much to them. We were patient for the first several months during this process but have now lost all patience. We asked to speak to the owner (Brian Helfrich) twice with no response until we posted our frustration on social media, google review and filed a complaint with BBB. He agreed to deduct $1250 from our bill but only if we sign an agreement and remove posts. We likely will not sign. What options do we have if we encounter issues with our windows in the future? We do not have faith in this franchise.
Claimed loss: Renewal by Andersen of Kentucky and Southern IndianaWe used the Evansville, Indiana location.
Desired outcome: Complete the project. I am not confident they will actually show up tomorrow and fix the window. Deduction without a 5-page agreement. And an option to call another franchise if we have problems with our windows in the future.
