On 09/20/2021 I took my 2016 chevy impala ltz to reno buick gmc to be fixed the warning light service stabilizer was constantly on dash, and when you turn the the front left wheel would jerk and stutter and the traction sign would blink. I picked up my car on 09/24/2021 I paid $1057.00 and had a 2 yr warranty. So my car still has warning light on and still had the same problem.
So I took it back in on 12/13/2021 my car was there for 2weeks and were a one car family so it was hard without a car. I picked up car on 12/27/2021 he stated that he couldn't find the problem. So car still had warning light on and still same problem..
I took my car back in on 08/1/2022 and again my car was there for 2 weeks again, but this time we could never get a hold of kit the mechanic. We called numerous times everyday and he never returned our calls, I had to physically go down to the dealership to find out what was going on with my car. Kit said I needed a brand new battery before he could do anything. He stated it was because of low voltage on battery that was my problem. He couldn't test it until I had new battery. Whatever so I picked up car on 08/10/2022 he fixed my tire.
My warranty was up on 09/24/2022 I took my car in there twice after the first time, and my car is getting alot worse now I have another warning light that's always on service monitor system along with service stabilizer. I trusted my car to be fixed at reno buick gmc and I lost $ 1057.00 and I still need my car fixed. It was very hard and frustrating leaving my car down there each time for 2weeks when he barely looked at my car. And the issue was never fixed. The person who works up front said they only greased my wheel bearing in front left tire!? Really for $1057.00 well I guess that explains why it's not fixed. I don't think my car was ever really worked on.. It never was fixed it's now worse.
