I called this company back in October 2023 and told the person on the phone that I would be paying my bill into 2 payments because I have been struggling with my finances due to medical issues. I told her that I will be treated for cancer and she happily took my payment over the phone but told that service interruption was still in place until I pay the remaing $30 balance. I said ok. Then I get a bill of again next week with extra charge of 20 dollars which I felt hurt because this lady did not tell about an extra charge (by this time no garbage was being picked up in November 2023 and I was in cancer treatment and had surgery and in SF being taken cared of by family) I paid the remaining balance plus 20 dollars extra charge. Then I received another bill for 135 for supposedly services for the next month but no garbage was picked up and mind you they sent me an email back in November that the stopped my services and account. I sent several emails to inform them but all they insisted was to pay the bill that I never had any services.
