My order number RS18531. I purchases this camera April 3 and paid for overnight delivery. The camera I received had outdate software that created problems with the functioning and recording of the camera. This problem was known to Rexing because it was addresses in their webpage. The instructions of the update did not work for this camera. I contacted customer service. They never answer the phone, and took them 4 days to respond to my email. When they responded they offered a different solution that worked for a day they the camera stated not working properly again. I contacted customer service and it took 3 days again to respond. They asked me to take video of the problem and a photo of the serial number and they would send a new camera. I did what they asked and they responded 4 days latter. They now said we send a return label we are going to attempt to repair the camera and we can’t repair it we will send you a replacement. This is just ridiculous. Keep in mind that if they check my address we have purchased 7 of their cameras and all 5 of my vehicles have their cameras. I had it with Rexing customer service.
Desired outcome: I like to return the item and never buy another of their cameras. Their cameras are good . I know everyone will have occasional problems but their customer service is beyond repair. I am very frustrated with this guy Wilson

After the 5 days, I reached out to Rexing about an update on order. I have sent several emails and calls (according to the automated message, their offices are closed, so email is the only way I have found to make contact). Only one email has been answered, saying that I would hear back soon. As of Dec, 7, I have yet to hear from any representative from the company about my order. Order #

I purchased a rexing v1p pro+ for my wife's car
I purchased a rexing v1p pro+ for my wife's car. Due to covid I had to wait about 3 months to get it installed. I took it to the garage to have it done while we were on vacation. When we got back the installer said the camera was defective, he had called the company and ran through all the trouble shooting steps with their team and had decided it needed to be replaced. I called the number for them to get this done and due to covid has been taken out of service, everything is through email now. I have emailed them several times about this issue and to get it resolved and told them everything that had been said as far as their being an open claim with them and such. All I have gotten is excuses and things to try, I told them repeatedly that it doesn't work and about the open case and it just needs to be replaced. This has been on going for a while and we're just going in circles. Any help would be appreciated

I purchased a new Rexing *** on *** on 6/28. I received the camera two days later on 6/30. I installed the *** did not work. I emailed Rexing through their website and got a response to upgrade the software, but the latest software was already installed. *** I have been emailing them since 7/1 with no other replies. I have called the number on the website and they don't answer due to COVID-19. I have sent messages to their *** and emails to them numbering at least 10 with no reply. All I want is a product to work. The product is clearly under warranty, *** won't respond promptly to emails and there is no way to get a replacement under warranty if you can't get a hold of the company. I just want is a *** that works.

I purchased a dashcam from this company that had a defect in December . I immediately contacted the company about the issue and received a series of "standard" replies that either did not address the issue or fix the issue. Finally after weeks of wasted email correspondence, the company offered to warranty the item and requested I complete the "return request" form, upon which they would issue a "return" label at my expense. I completed the form and have been waiting going on two weeks to receive the request label and I have inquired as to how long it would take and have not received a label or appropriate reply. This is poor customer service and doesn't appear the company is interested in resolving the issue. Their email responses to my inquires are days apart which is unacceptable. I want the "promised" return shipping label so I can be done with this unprofessional company, otherwise I will probably have to suffer the cost the item and waste of time trying to resolve a simple issue.
