They were easy to work with. RFA Corporation was our rep and he worked with us to cancel our timeshare. It only took a couple months and we were done! There were not any hiccups along the way. Bluegreen (our timeshare company) tried to not let us out but RFA Corporation got it all taken care of. I am very happy with the end result of their efforts.

I made a good choice when I hired RFA Corp to cancel my timeshare. I spoke with their representative and told him all the issues I had with the timeshare company. Plus, the timeshare developer lied to me to get me to buy it. RFA Corp cancelled the timeshare and now I'm no longer paying any money for maintenance fees. The process was relatively easy and all I had to do was sign some documents. I recommend them to anyone and I would definitely hire them again.

RFA was phenomenal in helping with cancelling my mother's timeshare. I can't say enough good things about the communication and the tenacity of these guys. They were there at every turn to answer questions. After being sold a timeshare in a high pressure way, my mother had tried to cancel it many times over the years and got nowhere. She hired other timeshare cancellation companies and they did not help at all. The best decision we ever made was hiring RFA to do the cancellation. I am beyond satisfied with my experience.

We signed a contract to get us out of a timeshare in August 2023. Filled out all the paperwork they requested and they said we had a valid claim. They said it would take a few months to cancel the time share. The contract was for 18 months. It is now November 2024 and we are no closer to having it cancelled than we were when we signed the contract. I had asked for the attorney to call me several times with no response. I just recently talked to her (End of October 2024). She told us to stop making payments which we had never been told before. She stated they had a lot of bad staff and blamed it on them. We should have been told this in the very beginning. Staff lied to me at the beginning that everything was going good but evidently not since still not cancelled. I have had 4 different contacts since the process started.
