Salam... Im not sure y rhb collection so rude. Tunggakan saya 2 bulan shaja baru. Tapi dh ugut bagai nk saman. Bukn xnk byr tp ada mslh kewangan.. Dh ckp bln ni byr tp dy bdh juga... Nk blwan bahasa juga.. Sya dh ckp baik2... Tp msh xfhm.. Klu tnggakn 3 - 400 blh laa ak accpet. Ni tnggakn stkt 100 lebih je, tlng laa ajar bahagia collection adab sikit. disbursement of loan and no response attitude
I have applied for a loan at RHB PJ new town branch and was approved and signed acceptance on April 14 2017. after that i never heard anything and all calls to the bank which is through the customer service is a waste of time. The customer service will either reply email stating they have escalated the matter to the relvant party but nothing else happen.
the officers in charge are just not interested in managing the clients and will not take any effort to give me an answer of the status.

i have applied for refinancing of my house at this branch and approved/signed acceptance on 14 April 2017.
since then i have done the legal and valuation more than 5 weeks. till today i ma kept in the dark of the status of disbursement. I have no other option but to call the officer En Rafiq but he has not been giving me definite answer probably its beyond his scope,
and the current customer service of RHB as i ever will comment as one of the worst ever i have come across, repeated calls to get in touch with the branch manager is a waste effort.
as a customer since 2000, i am seeking my rights to be given the status of my disbursement, This is really sickening procedure and if given a choice will never recommend RHB to anyone.. Your officers will only respond till the loan is approved to get their quota.

Poor service for rhb klcc...personal banker, mohd hafizan bin ishak...when I enter the rhb branch at klcc, I want to ask something about credit card application, the upfront staff ask to go to table 11, when I visit the table 11, I saw mr.mohd hafizan bin ishak listening the phone, I just wait and sit beside him, but after he finish the call, he just ignore me, not ask me what I want, he just ignore me and do what he want, I still sit at tablet ...he pass by two time ...but he also ignore...I don't understand why the bank staffs unprofessional...the date is 28 may 2017..I hope RHB bank can issue this problem

Saya nak buat aduan sedikit pasal cara staff rhb. Sy tahu sy delay bayaran untuk 3 blan..tp sy pernah betcakap dengan seorang pegawai perepuan dan dia cakap bayar untuk sebulan dulu ntuk cancelkan surat saman. Sekarang saya dalam proses untuk cari duit untuk bayaran tunggakan lain tapi tiba2 saya dapat call dari seorang staff rhb yang mengatakan bahawa bayaran yg kami buat dahulu, tidak cukup kuat untuk dia tarik saman. So dia paksa bayar lagi. Now dia kerap call ke office dan bila receptionist tanya siapa dia, dia dengan kasarnya tidak mahu perkenalkan diri dan memaksa untuk bercakap dengan saya. Please lah... Sy tahu sy akan bayar tapi bagi masa. jangan call ke tempat kerja saya kerana ia menganggu. Kalau sy dibuang kerja bagaimana saya ingin bayar loan? Please upgrade your service.

saya ingin nak compaint tentang rhb bank collection department.saya telah menghantar email pada 05/05/17 untuk buat bayaran sercara ansuran bagi kad kredit suami saya tetapi sampai hari ini tak ada person in charge hubungi saya. setiap hari ada ada orang menelefon suami saya untuk membuat bayaran. sekarang menyebab suami saya tak boleh tidur, tak dapat menberi perhatian untuk kerja. Hi, i would like to imform u all that i ard make payment every month but last month suddely no directly deduct from.my account, i also no withdraw from ATM and still got balance in my account, but today morning i suddenly receive call from (personal loan department) ask me need do payment...and ask me use online banking transfer by myself...but i call customer service until midnight agent tell me my account ard block and ask me call collection department and loan department say if next month still can't pay payment my name will report to collection department is its rhb staff no communicate? ..so funny 3 department say different thing.

I was calling rhb on monday to check on my settlement figure for my credit card no. [protected], yati was the customer service promised she will get someone to call me back to confirm the final settlement figure because she said there is a rebate.
But until today no one seems to be interested to call me for the settlement figure, so i have no choice to call rhb at 03-[protected] again, unfortunately i was attended by a guy called burhan and the figure he gave me is more than the figure given by yati on monday and i have asked him why, he straight away & very rude and said if i want lesser amount i can go to akpk, excuses me, can i know what has happened? I would like to settle my account and i am not asking for financial help. The behavior of mr burhan is very bad and he should knows that his duty is to serve the customers on their queries, if he don't like his job and he is not willing to do all this, he can choose to quick and not to stay on to receive "gaji buta".

9.20am walk in to the branch, regarding reflex, need help to show how to view transaction history. 1st i'm talk to reception counter, the staff ask me to go to counter 8. when i reach counter 8 & counter 8 help me to inform "the person incharge". BUT unfortunately "the person incharge" who replied to counter 8 that, "can ask another person"? Then, counter 8 replied me & saying that, no one are free at this moment, then i ask counter 8, when ur guys have a available time? counter 8 replied me that, "may be in the afternoon". I was very angry & I choose to left. Actually all the above event & conversation is take about 5 min only, but Im still need to bare the time & parking charges RM2 to experience it!

On 19/3/2017, I have received a credit card statement was charged me annual member fees inclusive GST of RM 137.80 from RHB. However, I didn't apply RHB credit card at this moment & I don't even received a credit card.
On 28/3/2017 at 7pm, I have made a call to RHB customer services 03-[protected] & one of the Customer service agent named ms. Jamilah was attended my call impolitely. She need my verification to do waiver of the annual fees & cancellation of the credit card but the problem is I didn't apply any credit card, why I need to do this? End up I did it as I would like to end this matter soonest possible. She informed me that no any payment need to be made as the waiver & cancellation will be done in shortly.
But I am worried about this kind of thing will happened on me again as this has been happened on my friend. So I would like to logde a complaint report to avoid this matter happen again in future. Otherwise, I will report to BNM & NCCC. According to NCCC, when a card is cancelled, what ever transactions attached to it should also come to an end. Contracts are between person and company and credit cards are just to facilitate payments and not a guarantee. It appears that banks nowadays work infavor of businesses while ignoring consumer rights.
And your customer services is worst as they seem like have the system to block your number to call in again as I wish to call back & lodge a complaint report. Second officer named Ms. Haliah was attended me but she claimed that she is not from credit card department or even i would like to lodge a report. So, she want me to call in again to the right department as she can't transfer the line to right department.
After that, I have spend about one hour to do the stupid calling as it's wasting my time because of your fault, RHB !
Lastly,
RHB, please bear in mind, especially credit card department, this is seriously consider as fraud if you simply issue credit card to your consumer while they are not requesting at the moment they need. Don't simply wrong use our data or information as consumer privacy right.

I'm karan here. Recently i'm booked house (legend view property) at rawang. The project provide two(2) banks for house loan, RHB Bank and Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad. I'm applied loan from both banks. Finally both banks approved my house loan. So i have to choose 1(one) bank which is suitable for me to pay house loan in future. Once i'm discuss with my parents, we decided to take Kuwait house loan.RHB banker message me via whatsapp when can sign the agreement, loan is approved ready. So i'm inform to RHB banker that accept Kuwait house loan. She asked me to explain for reject loan at RHB and harshly send message. I am under AKPK and promtply done the payment. This happened previous years for asking payment not proper way and forceful also said legal action like gangster attitude or think who is he. Finally, i found out his name Mahathir from Credit & Collection Department. I had reported about him to his superior, Mr. Gopal but no action taken. After i highlight to the Bank Nagara and Top Management, Mr. Gopal give me apology letter. (Actually, i doens't want to go for too extend but Mahathir asked me to complaint la...that what he said). Last year, again happen on this Mahathir. I spoke to Farius about his attitude but also given apology letter. Also, Farius said don't know who keyin the information to do SMS but Mahathir that he said. What is this no id or personnel name also can keyin into system to SMS the client? What a joke? This year 2017, again happen by sending SMS again and again which is harrassment and also said no payment, legal action. If everybody in debts to RHB, legal action and all the nation become bankruptcy. Every nations have their problem on the job eg. jobless. Can RHB take action on the people who is jobless? THose people jobless, how to pay? What is the benefit to do this hushly action? I found out that RHB staff mentally and mindset out need to go for training on work attitude, customer service and procedures. Also, found out that the RHB staff and the Middle manager taking an opportunity on those in debts and bully this people who is in debts. Hopefully, Top Management take consideration and understand the nations needs during bad times via jobless. Also, hopefully top management to show and guide the RHB staff from lower to Manager level in giving good service to public.

Firstly its about the dreadful debit card services, I have had 3 failed attempts on a payment of rm 326. Resulted my friend had to pay with her public bank debit card on my behalf, and it cost us less than 5 mins to get it done. Finally after 10 minutes I received the otp code (To authorise the payment) from rhb which sums up how bad their debit card services.
The next day, I planned to transfer the fund back to my friend's account, it took me 10 second to refresh the screen for every option that I have clicked (Tested on 2 computers and 2 internet line) , something must be wrong with their server! Though the real problem came when I was setting up my friend's account as my favorite for ibg transfer. Took me 5 mins just to get the final step and they asking for the answer to the secret question. I made 3 mistakes on the spelling/number of words for my secret answer (Which I thought will only be used to recover the accounts) , so end up my account was blocked! The best part of this is when I called the customer service to unlock my account, they told me they are busy and might have to wait for 1 day to unlock my account. I told her it was urgent and the best answer the operator could give is " sorry sir, I will titled your case as urgent"...
To rhb: for the love of the god, I make a mistake when setting up favorite account and you have to block me for 1 day ?
Conclusion: it's not the first time that I have encounter with verification issue when it comes to payment with rhb, and definitely not the first time that I have been blocked from using my accounts as well. The online-banking system and quality have been downgraded as the bank tried to increase its functionality. The customer service line has not been made toll-free as well.
To all customers, please do not waste your precious time with this bank. I am still waiting for them to spare me with a click to unlock my account, I sincerely hope that no one would have to share my pain. I swear I will lodge a complaint letter to the bank and proceed to closure of my accounts with rhb.
I have RHB online banking account. On 25 April 2017. As usual at every end of the month I have to do many online banking transactions to pay my loan and bill. I was schock after nearly ten attempts I was not able to do fund transfer.
So I called the number shown on the website to find out the problem. The first called was answered by a lady which after few verifications she asked me to give my mobile number and will get back to me. Unfortunately she never call me back.Then I decided to call again.The second was not helpful.also.I was told after investigating the case, I'll get the answer within a week! I was shock to the limit.How could the it be? Isn't during the information technology, things like this can be investigated and be solved within few hours?
To rub salt on the wound, the officer asked me to print screen the transaction and e-mail to the so that their Internet Banking Department can identify the problem.I asked her isn't it sufficient to just reaf to her the error code? To my dissapointment she insisted on having the print screen by e-mail.She said it is the procedure.
She even threatened to hang up the phone if I dont cooperated.I am just wondering how RHB Bank train their customer service officer.
After having more than one hour conversation via the phone I decided to go the nearest branch to do my transaction and I decided to close my account with RHB Bank .After 15 years being a loyal customer, I think it's about time to change and get a better service.

This is the worst and terrible experience, i started to request for reset online bank OTP code since the access denied. I have been start calling RHB bank customer service at [protected] for 2 days which are very difficult to get any CS to answer and been told that due to high volume of call their technical are unable to attend my call and keep asking for my IC number and phone number which i have given. But up to date none of your technical or customer service give me a damn call. I have a very urgent fund need to transfer and have highlighted to your CS.
What kind of service is this? Never ever will I think to own any credit card with RHB bank with such untrained CS.

I'm datuk lee. I do not have any credit card or any accounts with rhb bank. However, today I received an sms from a phone number +[protected] indicating a transaction had occured on a card num**09 at city chain klia2 with a ref code of 307179. The sms requested me to call [protected] if auch a transaction did not take place.
I'm writing this complaint to your good self for its an obvious fraud case as I do not have any account or credit card with your bank. Attached please find the snapped shots of the fraud message.

I had made several attempts tried to log into my rhb internet banking but failed with notification "signed on id is expired. Please contact rhb bank ([protected]) ". I have called [protected] and was informed that the number is incomplete.
On 19/12/2016, I went to rhb bank at uptown branch petaling jaya to enquire how to solve the issues and I was informed to contact the customer service at [protected].
I have on the following dates make calls to rhb 24 hours customer service at [protected]: -
(A) 19/12/2016 at 6:04pm for about 7 minutes;
(B) 28/12/2016 at 6:39pm for about 4 minutes;
(C) 29/12/2016 at 4:41pm [didnt connect] ;
(D) 29/12/2016 at 7:02pm for 5 minutes;
(E) 30/12/2016 at 1:09pm for 2 minutes; and
(F) 3/1/2017 at 11:44pm for 5 minutes.
Despite so many calls have been made (Across different time) and time have been wasted to solve the abovementioned issue, I waited for nothing and nobody picked up and asked me to call again!

Pls check your bank system record, more then 5time I walk in n try to settle this problem n call in more than 10 time to complain...
