I’m emailing on behalf of my Auntie who lives at the above address. We have visited her today, right at the property now but the static of her toilet needs urgent attention. The toilet is flooding, I’m aware she has tried making contact and this has been pending for a while. Please be advised that she is vulnerable and risk of her falling her significantly high. I would request that this escalated as part of. Your complaint process if it can’t be addressed as a priority. I’m extremely concerned and will be contacting the local MP.

Poor cleaning of Hawkins house ham close
Hi I am complaining about the standard of caretaking of Hawkins house ham close , the communal floors are not being cleaned stall really, they haven't been mopped properly if atall for over 2 months they are filthy,I don't want to see that dirt and filth every time I go out my door , I do the large doormat once a week, as it gets very dirty , can something please be done about this thanks

Sewage
The on going sewage issue. Its totally unacceptable and needs to be sorted once and for all. I am in a wheelchair and have to wheel through feaces and toilet tissue. It stinks and my carers have had enough and would be within their rights to refuse my visits under these disgusting circumstances.
