Pharmacy refill rx
Lets see I've been getting my daughter control substances conserta Rite aid for years. Never ever had a problem getting it filled a day or two ahead of date needed. Today i did. First when I called about one ish they need a rx from doctor. ii called dr she said she sent sent in on August 23, 2021. They didn't look good. They can't fill because of insurance. Lie. Then said they would need dr to ok it to be filled a day early. Never happen in pass. ok nurse called got that fixed. Know they said it needed a pro oth. If Rite aid would of not gave the run around earlier I could of got this mess cleaned up. Right now its 5:31 pm. Still don't have medication. Hope my dr. nurse can get it done. 1] Rite aid could of filled earlier in day. Then we could of worked on it. 2] lie to me about not being able to fill until the day she needs it. If they looked in pass they would of notice when it was done each month. 3] pharmacist said i could pay out of my pocket. What they can't fill it for insurance or day early but i can now pay out of pocket. Very disappointed in Rite Aid. My daughter mental health is not a game when she can and can't take her medication. I don't know if he is new.
Desired outcome: Fill my daughters pills one to two day a head.
bonus cash rewards
Being a regular customer that fills 6 prescriptions and spaces the refill times to get me to pick up at least monthly I have a problem with cash rewards. I usually purchase something on every visit and occasionally have bonus cash rewards that I use. however this trip I was told my $10.00 bonus cash was gone and probably expired. I know nothing of this cash expiring and total loss of the reward. I'm sure somewhere in your policy it states the expiry but as a 78 year old with sight problems I never read this.
How disappointed I felt when the cashier stated my $10.00 was gone.
Perhaps the expire date should be printed somewhere on the paper receipt.

Desired outcome: inform customers
Unethical behavior, rude to customers, employee talking "down" to a customer & etc.
I am wishing to make a complaint against two employees at your rite-aid store in Suffolk, VA. 23434. I was in the store at 515 n. Main street last weekend and I received really bad attitudes from two employees. The first one that got really hateful with me was ms. Betsie or her name is something like that. Just to let you know, I have talked about this to...

I have been a customer with rite aid in Lockport ny for 35 years on lockport olcott rd. Every month my husband and I call in our scripts a few days before we run out. It is validated we an pick them up the next business day. So after standing in line for 15 minutes, we are told that they had to order the scripts. Only one in five were there. So each month we are both without blood pressure meds and inhalers for 3 days. I find this totally unexceptable. We were told they will put us on automatic refill. That never happened. This has been going on for a year! After 35 years and no problems prior, we are seriously thinking about going to another store. No one should be going without their meds because of incompetence! Furthermore, my diaretic was once filled and received the wrong medication. After looking it up and after many side effects I found it was a med for men with prostate cancer. I'm a female for Gods sake!
Desired outcome: Lawsuit
Someone needs to investigate Rite Aid medications. I am 83 years old and take Methadone for a numerological disorder NOTHING to do with pain. I have no pain. Rite Aids Methadone has little or no analgesic properties in it, certainty not the milligrams its states. My regular dose within hours fails me. I cannot sleep without going into hideous electrical shocks in my arms and legs with I cannot control and flail all night.
Since your labeled as a drug addict if you take anything used for pain and receive substandard care what do you do? Who do you contact? We have two pharmacies that's it within 50 miles. Now I am wondering if the other medications I get are subpar also.
I will never make it at my age through withdrawals number one or be able to live with my condition if something happens and Rite Aid is our only choice. All help is appreciated, our seniors are just not treated well and or those needing pain meds. There is no valor in pain.

I used to get all of my medications on the same day - A service Rite Aid advertises. When on auto refill, the meds arrive at the store AFTER I am out. I have to call and request that they fill them and get attitude from the revolving door of employees. Other times, I put in a request in the morning (8am), and when I arrive at 5 pm, I'm told, it's not ready...

Rite calls me to let me know that RX are ready; even if I do not order them. Several times my pain management doctor called in RX for pain meds, and the rite aide system contacted me to pick up a RX. But when I go they tell me it is too soon to refill and have called dr to say I try to get early refill. But I only responded to their phone call saying the RX was ready. This is boarder line illegal and can cause issues with treatment?
Employee
Was advised my perception is not in stock and would order it. Asked if can located in another location or store and was advised they cannot do that. Was told it would be available on Monday(3days later) reached out on Monday after 5 and was told it was never sent out to get ordered. When I question why it was not sent and that daughter needs this, and this employee Gina decided to hung up on me. I call back n she tells me hold and I'm on hold for over 5 minutes that I had to call back and finally someone else assist me. I have NEVER had an issue with rite aid in all the years I have been going to them. I have had so many people advise that they are horrible. I'm am highly contemplating moving my service else where. If my daughter was a diabetic and this medication was IMPORTANT and you didn't send it to get filled and telling me that you cannot reach out to find a location or store in stock and my daughter got extremely sick that would be a BIG problem( hypothetically speaking). I wouldn't be surprised if she has done this to others.
I will be transferring my service else where because I cannot trust that she will not do anything stupid with my medication.
Desired outcome: She needs to be spoken to. She has a bad attitude and is disrespectful.
Cashier
Cashier #[protected] her name plate says her name is Rand, she is very disrespectful, threatening and has an attitude, she lacks customer service or appreciation, she appears to harass management to the point of possible insubordination. This is not the first time I have had to deal with her attitude and disrespect. When confronted she becomes even more...

A few days ago, in Beverly Hills, the ice cream freezer near the front of the store was (according to store management) Permanently taken away!! As I never can get to the store before 9:30 pm (for ice cream scoops) this means spending $2.50 or more on ice cream (from the main freezer). I used to buy $1 ice cream sandwiches... I am really angry about...

When making a purchase at rite aid store #10808, cashier #[protected], 98 cents was added to my bill; when questioning it; the cashier said I signed up for kid cents contribution which I did not. My husband and I have been shopping at Rite Aid for over 15 years at Rite Aid in the Flower Mills Shopping Center in Langhorne, Pa. I am in that store at least 3x a week and spend a lot of money there between myself and my husband. I don't understand why they can't hire personable employees! This started even before Covid too. There is nobody worse than the one gentleman who works there. Unfortunately I don't have his name. He is so miserable and makes you feel so uncomfortable.! There is also a young girl there now, her name is Chyanne...also SO miserable! I get so upset when they are working there. We would go to another Rite Aid, but this one is directly across the street from where we live.
Pharmacy for prescription pick up
Yesterday I called Rite Aid to validate the RX after they left a voice mail message that it was ready. They always give me times to choose for pick-up and but it seems like it's never complete. When I input the info, their system validated one RX but not the other so I forwarded to speak to a PERSON and was on hold for 30 minutes. Then the recording told me...

On 6/3/21 I had surgery and my doctor called in my prescription to rite aid pharmacy, Boothwyn, PA. After leaving the hospital, my father drove to the rite aid to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist on duty refused to fill my prescription. I'm not sure why, but my suspicion was she felt I was an addict because the medication was for pain medication. I...

Customer service
Store #5733. I arrive this morning at five minutes to eat pick up items from the pharmacy. Couple minutes after eight I was told by a gentleman at the front desk the pharmacist was going to open five minutes late. 10 minutes later a lady in a pink T-shirt with no identifying Rite Aid employee name tag jacket nothing came over and said excuse me ma'am the pharmacist is running 45 minutes late my response was how can that be and she said I am just the messenger. I think this is a very rude and poor customer service.
The lady in the pink T-shirt should've identified herself And could a bit a little bit more empathetic about the pharmacist being 45 minutes late for work. I understand this happens. But I also have to be at work at 9 o'clock I am trying to pick up a medication for my dog that is very difficult to get. Now I have to come back on my lunch hour and I risk the fact that they may give away my dogs medication. I can't believe there's only one person that can open the pharmacy and that person can't be on time to work.
Desired outcome: Employees should be in uniform with name tag. Improve employee attitude and show a bit of empathy.
I am 75 and disabled. I use oxygen 24 hours a day. For me to go to the pharmacy is a big thing for me. It is very difficult. I have no other family member to pick up my order. I have to use the easy caps on my prescriptions and I have difficulty opening the regular caps. I need the easy caps. I have a broken right arm also. I can't do it. I know they have easy caps on my account. Not once but several times they have not put easy caps on my prescriptions and I have had to go back. I now have Covid and my breathing is in the 70's. I have let this go but now it is time to really complain about this pharmacy. It is the Lake Hiawatha pharmacy. in NJ. NUMBER 00994.
Please discipline these employees. If it is happening to me then it must be happening to others.
Service
I was dropping of my heart medicine but before I could drop my script I noticed I was being followed around by an associate and this uncomfortable border line stalkng continued My whole visit and when I left the lady apparently was not finished with this despicable behavior and followed me to my car and took pictures of my truck followed by threatening me telling me she was calling the police on me. This was an awful experience and will never shop or take my prescriptions there again
Desired outcome: I am hopeful that the employee changes her attitude towards people
Clean up your act rite aid and hire proper personnel!
This particular pharmacy does not answer their phone. I attempted to find out if my prescription had been filled and called at least 6 or 7 times (beginning at 12 noon and just made my last call a few minutes ago - 6:38pm) throughout the day but no one would answer at the pharmacy. My calls kept getting kicked back to the original recording. I did manage to...
