I came to get a prescription and they said it would take over 1.5 hours BECAUSE the pharmacist has to do Covid Vaccination. That is total garbage because this is a pharmacy. Patient had surgery today and needs his script. Why they don't have the pharmacist doing prescriptions is beyond me. The woman was rude. Didn't even know if they had "enough" of the medication.

Date: November 19th 2021, when u send electronic prescription you have a 2-3 mos. waiting because they are so far behind, low staffed, phones don't work in the pharmacy. What if someone needs there heart medication or there diabetic medication? What are they suppose to do wait. Here you call them [protected]. Ask them what is going on. Do I just go the CVS Pharmacy?

Prescription was sent over to the pharmacy from my doctors office on 11/19/21 I haven't heard anything so I called this morning to find out that its still not ready yet and today is 11/21/21 plus it hasn't been touched. The person I talked to was NOT nice at all. (Ridiculous) plus I have other prescriptions that are automatically refilled but some how they aren't now? I have to call in for them but there phone doesn't get answered. 3 calls in 1 1/2 days with NO answer. Plus weather its Blairsville Pa or Tyrone Pa Rite Aide they all like to stand around and talk verses wait on the customers mostly (Tyrone). Im going to another pharmacy Im so tired of all the issues at rite aide! Many years of bad service and rude people ! I was in retail for 28 year and If would have treated anyone the way your employees do I would have been written up. It needs to start at the top!
Pharmacy - prescription labels
Our local bartells was bought out by rite aid. I am so very frustrated and angry about the printing of very important aspects of necessary need-to-know and need to see information. The faintest of font, the size of font. I can't read who the prescriber is, when it was filled, what the expiration date is, etc. What a disservice to the older & elderly - even the young. It's a surprise to me that the governing body or whomever is the overseers of consumer protection haven't intervened? i am one angry customer and i am 100% i am not alone.
Desired outcome: I want a response and I want to know you're working on a change.

Recently went to pick up monthly prescriptions in person since no one answers pharmacy phone only to find out that it would be 5 hours before they would be ready. Since I have my doctor request in several days ahead of time assumed that they would be ready. Asked if something was wrong wrong with the phone system was told no they just don't answer it!!!...

The Rite Aid on Spring Road in CArlisle Pa is a mess for the last month...we have to wait 5 or more days to get out medicine...they were closed today 11/13 due to staff shortage...this is dangerous to us that have serious health issues and need our medicines...i feel bad for them working short but this is unsafe and dangerous...please check into this and help the staff that is there and get more staff ...you are losing business and people are transferring their meds to another more compatent pharmacy...thank you

I've have been getting prescription filled for centuries at 100 William Marks Drive, Munhall P.A. they recently picked up customers from Munhall Medicine shop. I have been calling numerous times a day for over a week about my prescriptions. I am disabled and do not drive. Also to get them delivered. No one answers the phone. I've left voice mail messages repeatedly no one returns my calls. I haven't took 2 main medicines for a while. when I would go to the store they are so overwhelmed. takes forever to pick up any thing.
Desired outcome: Need to hire more people. If this persists Ill be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Your website is a nightmare. For the last three months, I have had trouble with your website. I click on "Manage Prescriptions" and the screen goes gray. I tried to initiate a chat. No one ever shows up to chat. I fill out a complaint and hit send and I get a spinning wheel that does not ever stop. I call to complain I am on the phone for twenty-three minutes. I am told that it will take twenty minutes to remove my account so that I can set up a new one. It will take twenty minutes. I wait for thirty. Guess what? Jack [censored]. NOTHING has happened. I can't refill my prescription and I can't access my prescription history. I have called back to complain. I've been holding for nineteen minutes. I would transfer all my prescriptions if I had access to my prescription history.

I have lung disease and heart disease (and had heart surgery a month ago) and always shop riteaid,
I was diagnosed with Covid and was prescribed hydrochloroquine and the pharmacist on 10/20/21 in angels camp, calif 95222 @ 1330 ask what it was for. I told her and she said its not proven to help with Covid and we have people that need it and she's not giving it to me. I said my doctor of 40 + years, graduate from Harvard put emergency request prescription and your saying I don't need it?
she said I can go elsewhere. she said she can deny service to anyone.
I feel she discriminated against me not knowing my medical condition and why it was prescribed and her actions could result in my death.
I have called cooperate and complained as well but still want this in writing. This actually scares me enough to go see an attorney.

The store manager
While checking out at the Hoquiam WA Rite Aid today [protected]) I couldn't believe how rude the manager was. There was a gentleman checking out at the register next to me and the manager was checking me out. Apparently the gentleman was upset about something. I heard him say he thought that it was ridiculous and he was well over 21 and he did not need to scan ( something). He never raised his voice or said anything rude to the cashier. I assume it was a store policy that he was not happy about. He was leaving the store when the store manager who was checking me out told him not to come back. She was actually the rude one. Waiting on a customer yelling at another costumer who was leaving, telling him he was rude.After telling him not to come back he asked to talk to the manager and she said I am the manager. He asked who her supervisor was & she said they aren't here. All this time she is ignoring me. Finally I told her I agreed with him that her telling him not to come back was rude, that he hadn't done anything to merit that. She told me he was rude to her cashier and she wouldn't put up with it. I told her that I thought they ( the employees) have gotten rude and she told me, so have the costumers, and stomped off.. I never witnessed the other costumer being rude, yes he was upset about something and stated that fact, but not rudely. I certainly did not deserve to be treated the way I was. She was not at all friendly towards me at any time, she ignored me until I told her I agreed with the other costumer that she was rude, then she just shoved my receipt at me as she stomped away telling me the costumers were rude. I am a 65 year old woman and I shop for other people as well as my self. Her nasty attitude towards costumers sure does not make me want to shop there again.
Co-vid vaccine policy
I had an appointment for the co-vid vaccine at the N Maple Ave Marlton location (which was NOT easy to make on their website). On my way there I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I called the store and the clerk said they had no more vaccines. They gave away my dose! And told me to make another appointment. Rite Aid needs to (1) make their website easier to navigate, so people can see when doses are available BEFORE they have to spend 5 minutes filling out their form and (2) NOT give away doses when they have confirmed appointments still scheduled.

I had a COVID swab test at the Forked RiverNJ Rite Aide on Saturday, September 4th and was told I would get the results in 3-5 days. On Saturday, September 11th, I called the same store and was told that they have nothing to do with result processing. (Terrible customer service and relations).
They gave a number and told me to call the COVID provider, which I did. The COVID test provider person told me there was nothing she could do and I should file an inquiry/complaint and gave me a # to call. When I called the # it was a recording that rattled of f an email address to contact and hung up.
Couldn't copy the message email address due to the fast way it was delivered.
Now it's 10 days later and I still haven't got the test results. Your procedure is terrible along with your customer relations. For a company in the healthcare industry you fail in the delivery of your service. You also be reported for billing Medicare and then not delivering the service paid for. You are running a fraudulent scam.
