We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank.

I waited until my credit card statement came in and no refund. On December 20th I sent an email asking where mu refund is. I was told they sent it and I didn't receive it. Still waiting.

To get my money back and let others know of Rogers Florist's fraudulence.
On December 1st I ordered flowers to be delivered to a client who happens to be a family member. I never received a receipt and so I contacted the company to let them know I need a receipt for my records. A person named "Denise" emailed me back stating the following,
"Hello Shawna, My name is Denise and I am a manager here at Rogers. Your order has been cancelled. I am not sure yet what has happened and I will absolutely follow up to see what went wrong so it does not happen again. In the meantime, i have issued a refund. Please seee below for our system receipt and I'd like to let you know that you should give your bank a chance to put the money back within 5 business days. On the subject line please put my name Denise so it comes direct to me. I'm really so sorry for your experience and if you ever decide to shop with us again please email me so that I can personally take care of your order. Thanks so much and I'm always here for you!"
The email ended with a bunk ID: 81017 and receipt of my order of $34.99 , service fee of $14.99 and tax of $3.50 totaling $53.48.
I never got this money refunded.
I am disputing this through my bank and had to cancel my business card to make sure they do not steal more money from me. I emailed them multiple times to inform them I did not receive my refund. They followed up with emails telling me to look at my bank statement for a refund from Roger Florist and emails that are automated stating they are closed and will contact me first thing in the morning. They never contacted me or refunded me. Beware of this fake company taking advantage of people by lies and deceit. They will rob you.

I ordered an arrangement worth $53 and never received anything. Can't beleive this crap. I want my money back. This was on 12/28/22. Made my girlfriends birthday horrible. I ordered 2 days early and was guaranteed delivery. Money came out of my account as soon as i placed the order. I received a receipt and order number and still did'nt receive anything.

I ordered flowers on 9/26/22. They charged my credit card $57.22 immediately, then emailed me to say they didn't deliver to that area & would refund my money. It has been 3 months & still no refund even though I have emailed them several times. "Live chat" on their website said they're closed & I should email them.
It's clear now that they are scammers & should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They need to be shut down!

I ordered 70.00 worth of flowers for my friend's birthday with same-day delivery. I was told that the do not deliver to that area and I would receive a refund. It has been two days no refund. Google needs to take this site down. They are scammers. But I think there have been enough complaints for google to take all rogers florist off of their search engine because they are playing a part in the scam by not taking the site down.
Google has not removed the fraudulent company Roger Florist. They robbed me on December 1st.

Dec 23, 2022 I spoke with a person who I thought was at the florist shop. Placed my order. Gave delivery details and my number in case there were any issues. I was told the flower arrangement would be delivered later that day or the next day. Paid. As soon as I hung up I checked my email and had a receipt for the flowers.
On Dec 24, 2022 I received a email saying the flowers were undeliverable.
Rogers Florist is not a flower shop. I have not received my money back.
I ordered from an actual flower shop, Not "Roger's Florist" and got excellent results from them.
Desired outcome: I want a refund. And I just want people to know this is a scam. I ordered from 3 Wishes Florist and had excellent service. They are a Real Florist. Family owned. I will be using them again and recommend them.
Flower delivery - charged not delivered
Ordered by telephone on Dec 20 for delivery to family in Naples Fl. The website I visited said they had a location in Naples.
Took my order, and said total was $37.15. My credit card was charged $52.15 immediately.
Christmas Day I spoke to a family member in Naples and I asked if they liked the Christmas arrangement. He said they never got the delivery.
Dec 26th I called the 855 number and was told rather rudely that I needed to send an email to customer service. I did, and got an email back an hour or so later stating that the arrangement could not be delivered due to "undeliverable" address (the house is in a very well to do gated community). It also said they were notifying me "immediately" of the non-delivery. Fact is, they would have never notified me if I had not sent the email. They said my credit card would be credited within two days.

I cannot believe googling a florist I would get scammed out of $143.34. They canceled my order, which I ordered for my mom for her birthday, and said I would receive my funds back, I have been following up on numerous emails and I got 2 responses that I would get my money back. Now I am not getting any response, the phone number listed is not working all of a sudden. I should have read the reviews first but didn't think to because it's a florist for pete's sake.

Fake Company
This is NOT a real company. You place an order, give your credit card info, they charge you and poof that's it. No flowers delivered. Not a real florist. No real phone numbers to call, just music. I didn't even get an email like some did saying their order was undeliverable. I got nothing at all. Just took my $60 some dollars. This site should be shut down!

Wife ordered flowers 12/22/22 based on their website. She gave them the address and they verified they would deliver that day. I contacted the receiver of the flowers and they were not delivered.
I called customer service to ask why they were not delivered and they could not answere and instructed me to contact through email. Red flag for sure.
Email sent and response sent a minute later. Email stated they could not deliver to the address that they stated they could when ordered. Another red flag.

I had the exact same experience you have seen played out multiple times in this thread. Ordered flowers. Got a confirmation of receipt. Hours later got an email saying they were unable to deliver to that location and my money would be refunded in the coming days.
I'm no even playing. I called my bank immediately and disputed the charge. Issued a complaint here. Issuing a complaint with the BBB and FTC and Google.

I ordered flowers and was charged now they have sent an email stating it was undeliverable. Two sets of flowers totaling 124.00. These were for Christmas for my elderly aunts.
If I do not receive a refund then I will contact Google, and every major credit card company to not accept any business from them. I will also contact the CFPB and send a complaint to any other law enforcement department that has a internet fraud department.
I wish I had seen the reviews before but I used a florist with a similar name prior to this.

Update! I sent yet another email but this time threatening them with lawyers and legal action. That same day I was issued a refund and the manager Denise replied:
My name is Denise and I am a manager at Rogers.
I have personally gone in and sent the funds back to you just now. I'm including your receipt direct from the bank so by the latest Monday the funds will be back to your card.
Sometimes the back office is late on some things and I'll look at why there was a delay but regardless I went in and sent the funds back myself.
If you need me, reply here and on the subject line please put my name Denise so it comes direct to me.

Same thing happened to us. This place is a scam. Ordered flowers on 11/29/22, received an email the same day saying that the order was cancelled because it was undeliverable. Called and were told that we should expect a refund in 10 days. It is now 12/22/22 and still no refund. My husband just called again, he asked where they were located and was told New Jersey, my husband asked how they were going to get the flowers to Wisconsin and the person on the phone said that he didn't know and his supervisor would be back in 5 minutes and he should call back then. Scammed...

Hello Debbie, I had the same thing happen and around the same date as you and have been writing emails and calling for weeks. I finally wrote an email yesterday with ATTN: DENISE-REFUND IMMEDIATELY in subject line and then threatened with lawyers and suing the company in my email. That same day my account was credited. Flowers never delivered
I ordered flowers for a sick friend on December 21, 2022. I sent 10 emails asking for a confirmation. I called, tried the chat, and sent more emails. I never got a confirmation email. I never was able to get any response from these people. The phone number is non-working and the chat always sends me to emails. Emails are unanswered. The charge on my credit card is pending, but the flowers were not delivered as promised.

Fraudulent floral company
12/21/22 ordered flowers and a teddy bear to be delivered to my girlfriends work - this company showed an address in the same city as her work). I placed the order online and never received an email receipt.
The funds were immediately taken from bank account (debit).
I emailed customer service asking for a receipt and the response a few hours later was essentially that my order was “undeliverable” and they would refund my money.
I tried calling the phone number on their website to no avail - it’s fake and won’t even ring once. I tried their “live chat” where they asked for my name, email and last 4 digits of my card number.
I refused to provide it. They attempted to say they only handle customer service via email. Phishing for my info.
I called my bank. Cancelled my card and now have to dispute the transaction for $100 when it clears…
I filed a full and detailed complaint with the FTC with evidence of their fraudulent activity.
I then informed “them” (this “florist”) via their live chat that I had filed a complaint with the FTC. They responded by trying to phish for my information again rather than trying to fix the situation.
When I informed them that the FTC was fully aware of their activities now, the “agent” logged off immediately.
this company is 100% fraudulent do not give them your info! Report them immediately!

Very poor service
I ordered flowers for delivery on the same day as advertised on the website. After placing the order, I never received a receipt. I contacted the chat and sent an email which both told me I would receive a receipt in 3 to 10 minutes, which I did not. I called again the next day to make sure the flowers were delivered. The flowers were not delivered and I was not ever notified and I never received a receipt. Finally after explaining my dilemma, I was sent an email that said the delivery was cancelled and my card would be credited. However, we missed our friends birthday and I had to call another florist. Overall Very POOR Service! DO NOT TRUST THIS FLORIST COMPANY!

Charged but my family never received their flowers
On December 19, 2022 I placed an online order for a floral arrangement to be delivered to my family who lives in Stockton California. My family said they never received the floral arrangement. I called the number many many times, finally was able to talk to somebody who immediately told me to be on hold. He then told me he will cancel my order and that I will receive a refund within 5 to 10 business days. This is completely inappropriate for a company to not fulfill their order, and not even tell the person who placed the order. Had my family not told me I would’ve thought that the flower arrangements were already delivered. This is an unethical company, and I will NOT recommend ordering from them. Their website needs to be taken down and it should not be a sponsored site on Google.
