Funeral Arrangement Never Delivered
I ordered a funeral arrangement on 2/27/23 for delivery on 2/28/23 they were never delivered. I checked my bank and the charge was pending. I contacted their customer service via email on 2/28/23 and received an immediate response that they would contact me during working hours, which they never did On 3/1/23 the charge went through and I called Rogers Florist several times and was put on hold then hung up on. On my last attempt to speak with them I spoke with a gentlemen who told me to email their customer service, I told him that I did and he said he'll let them know. When I tried to speak he hung up on me.
I then sent another email to their customer service and contacted my banks fraud department.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund and an apology

I gave you my information credit card number addresses phone numbers everything they needed for me to be delivered flowers too and they totally scam me out of $63 I just want my money back please help. It happened on March 1st 2023 about 2:00 p.m. I ordered a dozen roses with a teddy bear and some chocolates gave them all my information my credit card number the address it was going to the name phone numbers all my information if you need my credit card number please contact me through email at [protected]@gmail.com

I ordered sunflower bouquet and a stuffed bear on February 23, 2023 for $75.94 and never got a confirmation email or order number. The next 2 days it was like cat and mouse to reach anyone. Finally I hear that my order was undeliverable and I would be getting a refund. I thought great! But here it is the 3rd and no refund and I went back and forth with a Denise and she tells me my refund will only be 65 dollars. I tell her no and sent her screenshots of my bank receipt telling her you all took out more and I expected every penny you all took out of my bank put back in there. Now I can't get a response and after week no refund. They can take your money out the same day before they fill the order but the won't put it back. Steer clear of this place. A bunch of con artists.

How has Roger Flores not been shut down yet? This company is absolute fraud! Stay away! The exact same thing that has happened to other customers has happened to me as well. I ordered flowers from my friend who is not local. She is in Florida, so I googled a florist local to her and they came up. Which is the first lie because they are in New York! I ordered flowers that were guaranteed to be delivered to her on a specific date. and at the end of the day she had not received anything! I sent an email and just like other customers got the response that they are undeliverable to her area…duh! Again, they are New York she was in Florida. And it seems like this is an issue with people searching for a local forest anywhere in the country! They said they would refund me within 2 to 3 business days and here we are four weeks out, I never got a refund! They are fraud! They are scam artist. Stay away from them! They will steal your money and run. To be safe I even had to cancel my debit card because I don’t trust people like this. That has been another mess in itself thanks to roger florist SCAM ARTISTS!

NO delivery of flowers
I ordered flowers for a funeral and they never delivered. They said they would refund. Then they said they did refund and I should wait for it to show up on my account. I went back and forth for over a month and then told them I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company and they quit responding. I filed the charge dispute with my credit card company and got the refund but not because they honored their refund policy.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my sister on Feb 1st for nearly $80. The next day, I received an email from Roger's florist that they could not deliver the bouquet - no reason given and they told me they would refund my money and it would take up to 72 hours for me to see a credit to my credit card. Here we are now almost a month later, no refund. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau but they have not responded to the BBB either and still no refund.
Avoid this place - do not order from them.

Failed flowers delivery but charged to credit card and no company response
I placed today an order at https://www.rogerflorist.com/ for a same day flowers delivery and never received the email confirmation or order number despite I had immediatly the charge in my credit card. I have been trying to contact them serveral times by email [protected]@rogerflorist.com with an absurd automatic reply that they are currently closed this day and promise to reply in the morning. I also tried with the web´s page chat and it does not work. I called to the phone number and just music or recorded message asking to use the email. I send another email, and another, until in the last one I demanded my refund still with no response. I am so sorry that I have not seen this page and comments before being cheated by this company. Please, is there something that can be done to get my refound and stop this company doing customer fraud? Thanks in advance.

Hello I am contacting you in regards to the order below. I ordered on Feb 9th and the order was cancelled immediately because or delivery date issue. I wasn't given the option of another delivery date just canceled and told a refund was issued. Not only do this cause me not to be able to get anything for the person, was all the money I had. Now it's been 10 days and I still haven't received my refund. My bank support says they haven't received any refund. I've email Denise customer service representative at Greensboro NC she did send me the information below but The last 2 days I've asked for assistance because I haven't received the refund yet. I purchased a birthday arrangement for s friend with a scheduled delivery of 2/16/23. This was never delivered, after making numerous attempts to call and repeatedly being hung up on I was finally able to speak with someone on 2/21/2023. The man rudely said he'd give me a refund in 24 hours and then hung up on me. I waiting a few days and still no refund. I called back today and was told they only handle "complaints" via email and then was again hung up on. I've contacted my bank to dispute the charge so I won't be contacting them again but buyer beware... this is no a legitimate company.

Floral Delivery Scam
I paid for a floral arrangement to be sent on 2/3/23 only to find out they are not a local florist and would not be able to make the requested delivery. I have tried calling several times to the listed number on the website that just continuously rings. I tried sending a chat which immediately ends and does not respond. I've reached out via email to Denise who appeared helpful at first and stated I'd receive my refund. When I did not, she sent a screenshot of the refund price which I told her I still have not received and she advised to give it a couple days. It's now been about 20 days and I still have not received my refund.

I placed order over website on 2/16/23 for a delivery of a plant to my daughter who lives in Iowa. My debit card was charged the amount of $62.05, but she has never received the delivery. I first went to the website for the automated chat and was disconnected from it. I then called the phone number [protected]) on the website today 2/22/23 and I asked about my order. They asked for my name and email address and I was told me to wait for my email, I said I didn't want to wait for an email as the delivery was supposed to be 2/20/23 and they hung up on me. I placed an order on Jan 31, 2023 to be delivered the same day to a Raleigh, NC address for a total of $62.31. When to order was not delivered after another day I emailed them to say that the flowers were not delivered. They replied that they were unable to deliver to that location and I would be receiving a refund. After numerous emails to the "manager," Denise I have still not received my refund.

No flowers and no money
I ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral. I never received an email confirmation so I called. Then unfortunately I did my homework on this company after the fact and realized it was a scam. Preza Joyce is the guy that I spoke with. He claims I will see an email and a refund by according to all the complaints I've read, I can kiss my $144 good-bye as well as no flowers for a funeral. Placed an order on 2/8 and the site said I would receive an email with my receipt. I never received an email but discovered that the money was taken from my bank account with in minutes of me placing the order. I tried to contact Rogers Florist but could not reach anyone by phone or the fake live chat option on their web site. I sent an email and sometime in the middle of the night they responded that my order was undeliverable and I would receive a full refund. I waited 2 days but did not get a refund so I sent them another email asking when I would get my refund. Late that night they responded that they showed a refund on their end and give it a day or 2. I have check everyday now and still no refund. Also no one will respond to my emails now.

The order was placed Feb 15th never got a confirmation of the order which made me suspicious, as a result I canceled the order within an hour and got no confirmation of the cancellation either. I kept emailing but they claim they refund my account but they did not and when I emailed again they stopped responding. Not sure why Google or better business is not shutting this scammer place down. They stole my $87.17 , never got a confirmation, never delivered.
