Thanks to Mike and the team at Roof Right, they were able to address the issue with the vertical shingles that were not adhering properly to the adhesive on both the front and rear of my house. It's quite surprising considering these shingles were installed just 5 years ago!

Everyone was very courteous. They replaced my 38-year-old leaky skylight in a very efficient and timely manner. The sales representative that first came to look at the issue was very nice and helpful.

Very impressed with Randy from Roof Right, his professionalism, explaining how the project would be handled and giving us confidence in a satisfactory outcome. The "gutter" guys did excellent work and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend.

I was very impressed with Roof Right every step of the way - estimate, Q&A, contracting, the work and finishing/finalizing. Five stars on all of these. I like that they used a team approach (and worked well together) which optimized communication and responsiveness. My point person Randy Harden was great - knowledgeable, comprehensive and attentive - without being high pressure. I never felt pressured by anyone. And everyone paid attention to detail and helped me solve problems that came up that were indirectly related to the project. And my new roof is great!

I waited a couple of months before i left a review. Roof Right finished roof replacement & gutters, facia & sofit. i had 4 other estimates all from reputable companies. I am very satisfied. Randy is very knowledgeable and the communication from the whole outfit was great. a different crew did the gutters & they were awesome as well. everyone seemed experienced & the work was done on time. they over estimated the materials they needed & sent me a check after the job was done. i will highly recommend Roof Right to anyone i know who needs a roof replacement, gutters etc.
Be very careful before contracting with Roof Right
Be very careful before contracting with Roof Right. Unless they have started to be a business with integrity, I would have my roof inspected by another company after they complete the job. Our 30-year roof began leaking when it was 13 years old. We had another very reputable company inspect it. They found the nail guns used for our roof were set at too high of a pressure, causing all the nails to be overdriven. Also discovered was granular loss, exposed nails, fiberglass showing on the shingles, felt overlapping shingles, and nails were not sealed on cap shingles. Roof Right blamed it all on condensation forming from our bathroom fans (which we rarely use). They wanted to charge us an extra $2,600.00 to add new materials which would not have corrected the problem of the deteriorating roof. The general contractor who hired them does not use them anymore. I would be very leery of choosing Roof Right. They will admit no fault when confronted with the issue of poor performance. Incidentally, the company who inspected the roof did not try to sell us their product. They took many pictures which showed the damage, and told us it was a very poor roofing job. We reported Roof Right to the MHIC, and were told that we had a very good case, and to pursue it with a lawyer. As it stood, the statute of limitations had run out, and they could not help us. As we had already put enough money in this roof, we decided to just go with a more reputable company and get a new roof.
Great job!
Great job! From the beginning when we got an estimate till the job was done! Randy, who came out the door estimate, was very professional, and spent ample time talking to me about options and various details. With him and Sean at Roof Right helped make this be a very streamlined experience and I would definitely do business with them again!
The experience with Roof Right (RR) was wonderful
The experience with Roof Right (RR) was wonderful. Our Exterior Remodeling Specialist at RR was Michael D. Michael was professional and always available if we had questions or concerns. He explained the process from beginning to end and we couldn't be happier. Their knowledge and workmanship is outstanding. Our new roof is beautiful and has exceeded our expectations. We had a few pieces left over and their project manager, Colton, was kind enough to move them to a more appropriate location. All of the personnel at RR were great to work with as well as the subcontractors. Throughout the installation process of the roof, the RR managers and Michael were there to oversee the installation at various times. The entire process for installation was done in 1 day and the final inspection was done a day or two later.

After 7 weeks of calls and emails, Roof Right has yet to set a date to complete the contracted roof work and repair significant drywall damage. After 2 days of work, the crew left the worksite on Wednesday, Nov 18, 2020 and I discovered issues both inside and outside of the house. These issues were noted with Roof Right on November 18 over the phone, and on Wednesday, November 25, a project manager was sent to our house to inspect the work and our concerns of damage. Photos and notes were taken and we were told we would be contacted soon to schedule for a crew to finish the job and repair the damages. A week passed and I contacted the project manager on Wednesday, December 2 via text message to inquire on an update, and was told work orders were being drafted to repair the damages and finish the contracted work. On December 9 I contacted the project manager again via text message and was told on December 10 that certain items would be repaired and other items were considered pre-existing damage by Roof Right and would not be repaired. I immediately call the project manager for an explanation, but did not receive a response and left a voicemail to request a call back. Later that day I called Roof Right and spoke with the Director of Sales over my concern, and was told he would contact the project manager and follow-up with me the next day. I did not receive a follow-up call, but did receive an email on December 13 from the project manager with a list of items that Roof Right would address. I responded back to clarify if all of my concerns would be addressed, and as of January 3, have not received a response yet. This was my final correspondence with Roof Right. Below is a list of my concerns and if Roof Right has specifically stated they intend to repair/complete them. List of Damages/ Concerns: 1. Numerous nail pops and dimples in drywall resulting from roof repair. This damage is evident on all 3 floors of the house and is most evident on the top floor, running alongside the length of the outer-most ceiling beam. I believe this was caused due to careless dropping of shingle bundles on the roofing structure, which caused extremely loud noise and resulted in the house shaking. In addition, the exhaust fans in both upstairs bathrooms were shaken loose from the transfer of energy or the work crew, damaging the drywall around the fan. 2. Drywall near skylight damaged during contracted replacement of skylight. 3. Poor cleanup of job site (numerous nails in yard, and loose aluminum materials left on roof and have later fallen to ground from the wind.) A neighbor stepped on a nail in his yard and was forced to visit a doctor for urgent treatment of his foot. 4. Damage to aluminum siding on roof of adjoining house. 5. Gable vent was not closed off as indicated in contract. Debris in attic (will be addressed) Gable vent in attic not closed (will be addressed) Perform ceiling work (drywall, paint, etc) and ensure exhaust vent is secure in master bathroom (unclear which damaged areas will be addressed) Spray brick chimney with siloxane sealant (will be addressed) Repair aluminum siding on adjoining house that was pulled out during roof repair (not addressed)
