Round Table Pizza Pizza Order incorrect and false promise to make it right

Ordered pizza online from Roundtable McKinney #501

Location screwed up our pizzas and didnt deliver our drinks. Delivery driver threw pizzas on porch and ran to his car. I got to him and asked where the drinks were and he said he didn’t know “nothing” and it wasn’t his fault. Called and spoke to the store manager who claimed he would make it right. well it’s an hour and a half later and nothing. In the meantime we have a bunch of guests over for a football watch party and we’re making other arrangements for dinner

Desired outcome: Fix the order and give us what we paid for. Also an apology from the store manager who promised to “make it right”

Update, crickets from the local store and their corporate office. And this CEO was so concerned about his “brand” on undercover boss. What a joke

Round Table Pizza Gross, non working bathrooms, cold undercooked toppings,

Signing door saying no soda at this time.

Fine. Decide to rmeat there anyway but saw bottles of soda small and liters " for delivery only"?.

Bathrooms were gross and looked like it had not been actually scrubbed in a long time. Mens bathroom urinal didn't want to flush.

Pizza came and crust was brown and crispy but the topings were raw and cold even the cheese was melted but cold.

... not sure how or why.

Desired outcome: Get a plummer for water to work properly in bathroom and scrub the bejesus out of them! Fix TP and towel holders.Figure out how the toppings didn't cook the same as the bottom of pizza.

Round Table Pizza Hair in food

This happened on aug 19 I walked in and placed a order extra large half combo half maui zaui and 12 twist to go I wasn't given a reciet I took my food home and as we're eating I found like 3 pieces of hair in my food I called to complain and the people were rude there was no manager she said they could make me another one but I wasn't gonna walk back plus my appetite was no more she said she would make note and my next order was on. Them she took my phone number down I been trying to contact person in charge as they have no recollection of me or my order and the manager is nerevr there I been there numerous times to only be ignored and told manager not there I been trying to get in contact with them ever since

Desired outcome: To be compensated for the money I wasted because we didn't finish eating and through pizza and twist away and there was u cooked twist n hair too

Round Table Pizza Food quality

I was at the RT on Business Center Drive in Fairfield California yesterday. The salad bar was disgusting. The peaches were acidic and spoilt. I had to ask them to put croutons and beets. There was no lettuce. The worst part is the Pizza? Round Table is the Best Pizza. Someone unexperienced was making the pizza dough because it didn’t RISE. It was paper thin and not good at all. We don’t like to complain but if we don’t say something it will not change. The lady that seemed to be Manager said she has been there 3 months. She was on the phone the whole time when 3 of us needed attention to the salad bar. After all she sold it to us. She should check to make sure it’s in order, please have someone drop in and check it. I don’t mind $50 if it’s Round Table quality. This was not at all what were used to.

Desired outcome: A comparable dinner that is Round Table quality.

Round Table Pizza Salad Bar And Service

A good friend and myself went to eat are the woodland ca restaurant on Pioneer st we went mainly for the salad bar and where very disappointed because the whole salad bad spelled very bad they looked welted and other veggies seem foul and the salad bar seem just out of date or had been out for very long time they staff was very much no caring about this issue or problem t

Desired outcome: I think that we should of been given our money back for the salad bar but now maybe roundtable should give a few gift cards for the bad service and poor food

Round Table Pizza Order not made

In regards to the Madera, CA location. I placed an order at 2:03 pm on 7/31. Said my order will be ready in 30 min. I arrive and pay for my order at 2:45. The young lady said it'll be a few more minutes. I heard from far away that my food wasn't even started because the receipt didn't print! When I walked in and everyone was on their cell phones.

Desired outcome: That my food was made on time and not having it take an additional 30 min to be ready. I received my refund. i wish it didn't take 3-5 days to get my money back.

round table pizza 0843 8345 elk grove florin rd sac 682 4537 medius half cheese half comb total $33.61 the first half cheese only only had cheese part of the way up the pizza i got robbed. eugene malone [protected]@yahoo.com dine in order taker aaron h details pizza medium original crust red sauce the pizza comb was ok but the cheese on cheese only was only half way up each slice of pizza not good at all.

We ordered a pizza on 6/18, and when we picked it up, the dough in crust was raw and very hard to chew. It was under order number 5002, invoice number [protected], and total cost was 40.92.

Round Table Pizza 24 piece wing coupon for $16

Today on June 17th 2022 I went to Round Table Pizza in San José at 3212 S.White I have a couple I received in the mail for 24 piece wings for $16 dollars that states they are valid 4/4/22-07/10/22. My coupon itself states it is valid through 7/31/22. I’m a little upset that I placed an order for pick up and my coupon was not being honored at time of order pickup.

Round Table Pizza Taking to long to get a salad.

I went to the Round Table Pizza in Duxon and ordered a salad with the rest of my meal consisting of a large pizza and garlic bread sticks. When we started to order the cashier said it would take 25 minutes. We got our pizza and garlic twist but no salad. We ate our pizza and garlic twist and were ready to go, still no salad. We went up to the counter and asked we could get it to go. Still we wait another 10 minutes before we got our salad. We waited an hour for our salad and yet we ended up taking it home because it took so long for such a little amount. Ridiculous.

Desired outcome: To get a salad in less than 15 minutes. It should not take an hour to make a salad.

Round Table Pizza Wrong order over and over again

On 4/13/22 I called and placed an order for pick up. The order was for 2 large pizzas, both with extra sauce. The 1st pizza was pepperoni and the 2nd was half King Arthur's Supreme, no onions. The other half of the 2nd pizza was a Chicken & Garlic, add olives and bacon, no onions or mushrooms.

I picked up the pizzas and got home to find that there was no extra sauce and onions on both pizzas. I called right away and spoke with the lead on duty. I was told that I would be put into the VIP book to have my order done for free the next time.

On 4/24/22 I called to have the replacement pizzas done. First they couldn't find me on the VIP list, so that took a couple hours to track down. Then when the manager took my order, Tyreek, I had to pay for the pepperoni pizza. When I went to pick up my order Tyreek was very nice and even gave me 2 cookies and a soda for my troubles. However, when I got home the order was wrong again. Onions on both pizzas and no extra sauce.

I called back right away and spoke with Tyreek again and he said they would make the order again. Then I received a phone call from someone else at Round Table to ask for my address because Tyreek wanted to deliver them this time. I thought that was nice.

When Tyreek arrived with my pizzas he said that he found out what was wrong. He said the system is messing up when someone says no onions it says extra onions. Strange. He also said we should be checking the pizzas before he gives them to me. He said I already checked this order, so we're good. The seals were broken on both pizzas, so I assumed all was well. He also said he reimbursed my pepperoni pizza to my card.

Once I got them into my house I opened them to find that the order was wrong again. This time onions on both and mushrooms on the chicken, no olives or bacon. I called back right away, Tyreek wasn't even back at the store yet. Once he arrived he called me back. He said they did mess up, but they weren't going to be about to make me anymore pizzas. I didn't argue with him.

I'm writing you today because after all of this was over, I was made to feel like this was my fault that they couldn't get the order straight. I wasn't able to just eat my pizza. I had to pick everything off that I didn't want. Should I just expect orders to be wrong and just pick things off and disregard the additions? I would love some help in determining what is the correct way to order pizzas at your stores, because I don't know what else to do.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my order replaced with the correct pizzas, regardless of how many times it takes for them to get it right.

Round Table Pizza Poor online ordering interaction and subsequent in-syore service

4/30/2022, 5:56 pm the level of customer non-service post-covid is at an all time high in the food service industry. Your restaurant is a perfect example. Online ordering (not app)Tried to order dessert pizza 3 times and it was never added to the order so had to order the twists which were tough and not warm when I picked them up. I ordered a dozen chicken wings which were on special for $9.99 regular price $15.99. Somehow I screwed up and ordered the boneless which we won't eat. I gave them back and asked if they could prepare an order of the bone in wings and I was fine with paying for it since it was my online ordering error. When she asked for the full price I said they are on special for $9.99. The girl at the register (maybe she was 18?) immediately ran into the back and some guy comes out and tells me it was an app special which is not what I had used to place the order. I just said forget it and left. I'm in my 60's but worked in retail much of my adult life. In order to solve this problem I simply would have offered to prepare the desired wings at no charge. I was never offered anything. It is ridiculous to have online specials that you can't duplicate in-store and this is what happens. I should add that when ordering the cinnamon twists I was able to put in a comment and I asked for crispy wings. Seems like cinnamon twists would only be ordered 1 way, no comment option when ordering the wings. Oh and my total bill with tip was over $40. If you know anything about why customers complain it is usually because they don't want the same experience for them or any future customers. A refund is generally one of the lower priorities. I like roundtable pizza, I think theybuse quality ingredients but I am not likely yo go back maybe ever as there are plenty of other less expensive options. I don't expect much as b4 I began writing it said only 6 of 79 complaints were ever resolved.

Desired outcome: Improve the online ordering interaction making it more user friendly. Be nice to receive a refund or at least a gift certificate for a dozen wings. Teach Mgr how to resolve these kind of issues

Round Table Pizza Order

I order an extra large double le play pepperoni pizza with garlic bread o. 04/15/2022 at 3pm it said it would be delivered at 4.18 pm I called the store at 430 to see where it was I was told oh I see the ticket but no one made it then the guy says would you like me to remake it ..just called me back and said had no bread tk make garlic bread so I had to substitute I want either a full refund or a credit to use at a later time

Round Table Pizza Took my money from my checking account. Was told and have written on paper that they will give my money back

Round table pizza in Patterson CA. 102 Ward Ave Suite A. Date Sunday 2/27/22. I called for a delivery with coupon for Pizza, Garlic bread and 2 Litter Soda. Paid $40.12. they said they would have all delivered in 40 mins. One and half hour later nothing. Called back and they said will deliver in 30 mins. One hour later nothing. Called again than was delivered. But didn't get the soda or correct pizza. Called back and was told I'd get my money back. They took out another $10.78 from my checking account. Two days later I called and explained all and was hung up on me. Called 3 more times and each time hung up on me. Went in and Manager didn't want to see me. The kid who takes orders said he was busy. The kid said is get all my money back in 3 days. I had him write me a note telling me I'd get my money back and dat this all happened. It's been a week now and still haven't gotten my money back. Round table stole My Money and won't give me back my money. Poor Customer service and Management.

Desired outcome: Please refund my money also an apology would be good. I've already reported and sent not to my Bank to investigate.

I order my pizzas with lite sauce because my family and I will not eat it if it has too much sauce. They put even more sauce on it than they do when you don't order it with lite sauce. I also would like to complain about the fact that the pizzas are only knly cooked well on one side, their oven must be broken because this has been every time i've ordered...

Round Table Pizza Management

I just started working at round table pizza on limonite in jurupa valley California and the manager Lupe Garcia did a horrible job in training and because of her horrible leadership I got into an argument with one of my coworkers Kim H. She asked multiple times where’s the skinny crust while she’s just waiting for me to hand the pizza to her so she can top it off lazy on her part for not helping me cheese and sauce orders then when I finally had enough I said “ i haven’t [censored]in made the skinny crust” I was currently fixing a pizza I had made accidentally and I’m a condescending tone of voice she said you’re not supposed to be making that and that’s when Lupe stepped in and asked what’s going on and I explained i don’t know how to make a skinny crust so that’s why I asked another coworker to help me out and she was right after she was finished her pizza. Lupe should’ve showed me how to make all pizza before giving a busy shift horrible manager. Also felt a bit threatened because after Kim repeatedly said you can’t curse at me I said I don’t care she said “OK keep that same energy”.Lupe also never showed me how to properly make all things on the menu and never clearly explained to me how paying would work

We ordered a Large Italian Garlic Supreme with extra garlic sauce. It was the dries pizza I've ever had. Hardly any cheese and No garlic sauce or sauce at all. When I called to say what we got it was like "Oh Well.! 1/31/2022. 3:35 PM Sorry but times our tuff but for the cost I would like to enjoy what I pay for and that wasn't it. We buy from them all the time but after today, not Happy.

the shop would not accept coupons as i asked them and the pizza crust was burned all round the pizza. I believe i did not receive any discounts for seniors name was listed.
