I'm a seller on Ruby Lane and everything was going satisfactory up until about 2 weeks ago when I was unable to log into my account/shop. I keep getting a message that my email is unrecognizable. I tried on different days just in case there was a problem that particular day but to no avail. I sent several emails which non have been responded to. It's like I never existed with them. If they closed my shop I need to know why. If they didn't I don't want to be charged the fee for not listing my items for the month. I tried calling their customer service phone number but no matter what option I chose the recording is the same. I left a voice mail but not sure if it went through since there was no recording at the end to confirm it'd been left. I'm a seller on other platforms and I've never had this experience with any of them. As difficult as eBay can be at times one thing I can say about them is I can always get a hold of someone to help me. Very frustrating and time consuming to have to go through such lengths to have someone help you especially as a seller.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response. Status of my shop. Explanation of non communication.
