flybar pogo stick
I have contacted Zoxoro several times now. I purchased a Flybar Master pogo stick, colour black for my daughter last year. It was purchased on the 12/12/16.

I requested a refund but received nothing. It cost me $190.00
I was sent an email saying it was dispatched on the 14th of December l then received another email saying it was in transit delay : estimated delivery date will now be on the 6th of Jan.
Still no pogo stick and no refund. The company involved have been very difficult to deal with and no response is ever given.
If a refund is not given in the next few days l will seek further action.

I purchased 10 watch batteries on line. However neither of them work; one has voltage ~1V others below 0.7V. The expiry date is 09/2018. Initially I thought that something was wrong with my watch. Then I have just tested the battery and found that it had low voltage. After testing all of them I found that the whole bunch is faulty. I emphasise that there is still more than a year to the expiry date.
Please replace the set.

4 or 5 days after I received these I opened them for the first time and used them to find there was a sensitive connectivity issue with one ear piece where by the audio would cut in and out. basically out of the box they weren't working. I immediately contacted OneDigitals AU for a replacement HOWEVER its going terribly and has taken 5 months so far and still no resolution. According to them i missed the opportunity to claim a Dead on Arrival by 1 or 2 days (which according to consumer law is not correct) and its now been sent back and has to go to a repair centre and they are refusing to supply me with a brand new working product. IT took months to actually get them to collect the device and start to process the claim however it has been another few weeks and it would appear i am not getting a replacement or my refund. This all started November 2016 last year and its now May 2017
To me this is unacceptable as the item was not working out of the box and I was entitle to a replacement item given it was faulty when it arrived.
The initial transaction was on the 12 November 2016 for 181.75 and was from OneDigitals.com.au Internet

I haven't received my refund of $288.99.. Since feb 2017
I placed an order with this company Zoxoro on the 26th Feb 2017.. after several weeks I emailed them on the 17th March 2017 to find out what had happened to my order as I have not yet received it. I received an email on the 30th March 2017 saying they couldn't supply me with the product and they were going to refund me on my credit card the full amount. I have since sent several emails to them, saying I still haven't received my refund. they told me they were looking into it.. I am still sending emails and now not getting any response from them.. this amount of $288.99 is still on my credit card and has still not been refunded.. I am paying interest on this amount for something I have not received. I am not happy at all and I am willing to take this further if I don't get a response asap..

2 x zagg ipad keyboards - $260 paid for and ordered 29 november
I purchased two IPAD keyboards on 29th November at a cost of $260 which was paid on my credit card. I have been chasing these up since December and have been told various things such as 'the product is already on route to you', then when looking at the tracking document it says it hasn't left the warehouse. After four months of continual emails asking for an immediate credit, the only reply I get is 'I have forwarded this to my manager'.
Did not receive product
I purchased a car sun visor in December 2016. I received notification that it had been shipped, then an email to say it would arrive late December, early January. So February arrives and I notice I have been refunded. I didn't receive any notification of my order being cancelled but I didn't care as long as I got my money back. Two weeks later the money was taken out of my account again. I emailed customer service and accounts several times and got no reply. I don't care if it was only $57.99 I just want my money back.

I purchased 3 Life Knives in December 2016 & have emailed multiple times as the tracking on my products had halted 2 months ago. Not receiving product I ordered
Back in December 2016 I ordered medicated shampoo for my sick dog. The order was ordered quickly but I never received the shampoo. Contacted zoxoro several times and was told that there were freight issues. Eventually in February they refunded me my $59 only for it to be taken out of my account again a few weeks later! I have contacted them since as I did not receive a new order confirmation (even though I did not place a new order) but I have had no reply at all. Definitely think this company is a scam. Don't order from them.

Item not arrived. Unauthorised credit card charge
The item i ordered No.3318910, never arrived. After several backwards and forwards emails and new delivery dates promised of which the ordered item still did not arrive, i eventually cancelled my order. The money was refunded to my credit card (217.99) on 12 feb 2017 only to be taken out again from my credit card on the same day without my permission.

Don't buy from these criminals. Same as many others, ordered from the, received bogus tracking number, site said order in transit, weeks laters they cancel order, gave me a "refund", 2 weeks later debited my account for the same amount! Service - refund
Put in an order on 28 th November 2016 for three items and was notified by text and email that the goods were on their way on 30th November. Again advised the good were in transit both by text and email on 2/12/2016. Again advised that goods should be arriving shortly on 3/12/2016. Never arrived but was notified on 25/01/2017 that the order had been cancelled due to an error in their system. They said a refund would be put back in my account within 3-5 working days. Have never received the refund and cannot get a response from their service dept. with by email or phone after many attempts.
Internet purchase
Ordered my 3 yr old daughter a camera approx 3rd December to arrive before Christmas, and still nothing. I have contacted zoxoro lots and lots of times on email and text but they do not reply. The reason I used this site was because it was a .com.au site which was supposedly operating out of Australia, and selling to customers here, so I thought it would be buying and delivery in Australia, but no. They say the item is coming from the US, bit have stated a few tines that it has been held up at the depot etc, and their tracking details do not work properly, so I have no way of knowing where the item is. They have taken my money and have stopped correspondence with me.

Bad website, stay away
Do not buy from Zoxoro, you will have a lot of problems with them. I have ordered a few times from them and all my orders arrived late, one order was missing. There is no way to get any help from Zoxoro customer service, all they can do is say how sorry they are. My latest order got cancelled and when I contacted Zoxoro and asked about my money they asked me not to worry. I knew they were lousy but still bought from them. Why? Maybe because of their rather cheap prices, I don't know. But my advice is to stay away from them! Better shop elsewhere.
Non receipt of goods after 4 weeks - zoxoro
On 18th November I placed an order and today the 20th December still have not received my goods.
I have left numerous messages and sent emails and still nothing.
The order was for a Xmas present.
The whole experience has been stressful and I will never, ever, use Zoxoro again and will tell everyone how bad Zoxoro is.
I have fully paid for my goods and don't even know how I'll get my money back.

Order 3272690. I placed my order on 23 Oct with a delivery estimate of 6-12 working days. I was advised it was posted on 27 Oct. on 18 Nov I wrote to the support contact address to ask where my order is. After sending a third email, asking again and ago for an update, I received a reply that my order was delayed with a revised delivery date was by 29 Nov. Weeks later I still haven't received my order nor a refund. I have sent a dozen email and left voice mails and received nothing. This is the worst online experience I have ever had.

Order 3279680 I received a confirmation that my order was received on the 20th of October and the money was taken from my bank. The site guaranteed delivery between 4 - 12 working days for Sydney. (I only ordered from the site because it was a .com.au site, thinking I would definitely get the order within that timeframe). When 4 days had gone by and the order had not even been sent. I realised it may now not get to me before I left the country. So I emailed to cancel and recieve a refund. I was then told it had already been dispatched. I am still waiting and nothing nealy 5 weeks later. I have asked for my money back again but now my emails do not get answered. The tracking says nothing, it just stays on "in transit" I would really like to get my money back. How does one do this? It is very much seeming like this is a scam.
