We recently had an important event coming up and needed to order 500 shirts, with a deadline of Friday. We did what any responsible organizer would do and placed the order two weeks in advance with two different printers. We even gave the first printer a heads up so there would be no delays. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I discovered that one of the shirts was in a youth size, instead of an adult size, which wouldn't have been suitable. Specifically, if the proof calls out a 2.5" drop from the collar seam on the front of the shirt, there is only a 1 in 30 chance of getting that placement. This means that 2/3 of the placements will be at 1.5" from the seam, resulting in a 60% margin of error. Additionally, even if a 2" drop from the collar seam is requested for the back of the shirt, there is a possibility that it may be off by as much as 100% (4").
As someone who has used screen printers and DTG printers for 30 years, I have never experienced such significant deviations from approved proofs. While the company provided excuses for the inaccuracies, they did not attempt to stand by their product or take responsibility for the issue. As a Kenpo Karate teacher, I needed to showcase my Saber Strike Kenpo Karate logo on various marketing materials such as flyers, banners, patches, and t-shirts. When I initially placed the order, I faced some quality issues with the ink, coloring, and sleeve length for the adult smalls. However, it turned out to be a manufacturing issue by Gildan (G200), who made the shirts. Rush Order Tees only prints on them and cannot control the quality of the shirts. Nevertheless, they have a vast selection of shirts to choose from, and I used Next Level Apparel for the do-overs.
I had two different t-shirts made for the original order, with everything identical between them except the back graphics. Half of the order had mismatched colors from the front to back graphics. Also, the ink began to wear off the other half that initially seemed okay. I sold some of the shirts I thought were okay and stopped when my clients reported back they were seeing the ink wear off after normal wear and a few washes. However, Rush Order Tees displayed a solid business ethic that impressed me. Although my first order had issues, they were willing to fix them and did it as soon as possible. Quality the first time around is just as important as the company wanting to immediately correct any issues or oversight the second time around.
Alyssa Seiders handled the issue for me, and she was great. She understood my concerns and ensured the reprinted shirts were even better than I expected. My shirts had up to 8 complicated colors, and when I requested the screen print option over the Direct to Garment (DTG) method, Rush Order Tees recommended that I increase the quantity of shirts in the order to better suit the production needs. I trusted they would come through, and they eventually did! My students and their parents are excited to get their new shirts, and I am already working on my next few waves of shirts.
I recommend Rush Order Tees to anyone seeking high-quality custom t-shirts. They have an excellent selection, and their team epitomizes great work ethic and teamwork. As a three-time customer of rushordertees.com, I have unfortunately encountered problems with every order. While they were prompt to fix a mistake on the first order, subsequent orders were not without their errors. The most recent order, which totaled $1,237.99, was particularly problematic.
I had requested a change to our company name from "lawn care" to "landscaping," but upon receiving my order, the shirts were still printed with the incorrect name. With a total cost of $54.31 for one shirt with guaranteed delivery by Friday, I expected that my order would arrive at my doorstep by the agreed-upon date. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
On the day of delivery, I was concerned when the package hadn't arrived by late in the day as I had anticipated. I recently had an experience with RushOrderTees and I must say, it was a bit disappointing. I placed an order on Saturday 9/3 and was told that proofs would be available in a few days. However, that was not the case. By Tuesday, I still had not received the proofs and was promised that they would be available by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no proofs, and I was told they would be available by Thursday. Again, I waited and no proofs were given to me. On Friday, I was promised once more that I would receive the proofs but alas, nothing came. I had to call again on Saturday 9/10 only to be told that no designers were working. They promised they would contact me on Monday 9/12, but no one did.
I even tried speaking to someone on their customer "live chat" but my experience was not pleasant. The first person I talked to cut me off and the second person was not helpful either. They said that the T design proof and delivery are "subject to their production schedule" and claimed they could not explain why there had been such a delay.
My biggest issue is that the guarantee that RushOrderTees offers is pretty much worthless. Sure, I did not have to pay for something I did not receive, but that is not the point. I had relied on this company to deliver as promised. When they were not able to do so, everyone in my party was disappointed and I had no other options given it was too late to order from somewhere else.

I requested a rush job and the font on the shirts is incredibly small, and the sizes run very large, making for an unimpressive final product. Even their extra small size was massive, which was surprising to me, as I have been wearing extra small sizes for a long time and have never seen one this large before. The biggest issue, however, was that one of my designs - the most important one, in fact - was ordered in red, but what I received was definitely an orange tone, which completely threw off the color scheme for my last-minute launch event. I had planned on primarily red and black merchandise, and this orange writing simply won't match. The disappointment is compounded by the fact that these shirts were pretty pricey. I've included a photo of the red and black shirt I ordered alongside a picture of what arrived so that you can see the drastic color difference for yourself. Overall, I truly wish that I had not ordered from RushOrderTees and had instead gone with a company that was more reliable, efficient, and accurate.

What irked me the most was the fact that a screen printed t-shirt took more than 21 days to produce and ship from Pennsylvania to NY. This was despite the fact that the company's name was 'RushOrderTees,' which I found misleading. In my opinion, this timeline was unreasonable for the service offered. To make matters worse, the customer service reps that I spoke to were condescending and seemed to think that they were doing me a favor. This attitude left me quite disgusted with the entire experience.
I believe that screen printing is not rocket science, and there are countless service providers who can deliver a quality product within a reasonable time frame. Rush ordering a $30 t-shirt online and expecting it to be delivered within a month shouldn't be such a monumental task in the year 2023. In retrospect, I think I should have just gone to a local printer to have the t-shirt made.
Overall, my experience with rushordertees.com left a bad taste in my mouth, and I doubt I will ever do business with them again. The company's name promises something that they didn't deliver, and the customer service was below par. In conclusion, I would advise people to look elsewhere for screen printing services that offer quality and timely delivery.

I recently made two purchases from RushOrderTees, one of which was quite a while ago and I had a good experience with the company then. The delivery was prompt but unfortunately, I found that the lettering on the front side of the shirt appeared smaller than I had hoped. Additionally, the ink quality wasn't as great as I expected as it began to peel and fade after approximately 3 months of use, which I found a bit disappointing. However, I went ahead and made a second order from them, this time with the assurance that my order will arrive by July 2nd, right on time for my company's Independence Day booth setup featuring the new custom-designed shirts. After waiting for about two weeks, my eagerly anticipated delivery was nowhere to be seen on the July 2nd due date and I was shocked to find out that the new delivery date, provided by the company, was pushed back to July 10th. This was a huge inconvenience for us, and we almost had to cancel our plans. I was so frustrated and even requested a refund, though I'm not sure if I'll get it back. It's disconcerting when a company's name is promising speed and efficiency with delivering orders, but they're unable to live up to that reputation.
With all that being said, I still had a decent experience with RushOrderTees, but I do think they need to work on their delivery dates and overall communication with their customers. After this, I'm not sure if I would purchase from them again, but it is hard to deny the quality of their shirts and their reasonable pricing. I hope the company will take my feedback into account and improve their services, so that they can truly live up to their name. In the meantime, I recommend doing your homework and perhaps looking into other more reputable businesses before committing to a purchase.

Our recent experience with Rush Order Tees has left us feeling rather underwhelmed with their services. While there were a few things that they got right, such as the ease of ordering process, speedy shipping, and prompt responsiveness, there were several areas where they could improve upon significantly.
Firstly, we were disappointed with the print quality of the shirts we received from Rush Order Tees. We had previously ordered from them in 2017, wherein the shirts turned out to be of an extremely poor quality, prompting us to voice our concerns. They did offer to send in a second batch of shirts which turned out slightly better, but still didn't meet our expectations. Similarly, in our most recent order, we found the print quality to be lacking.
Their customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. When we brought up our concerns and asked if we'd be able to get a refund, we were told that they don't issue refunds, and we could only get a reprint. This inflexibility was disappointing, given that we were unhappy with the product they delivered. It was also frustrating that when we tried to find out why we had to go through two attempts to create a single shirt, we were given a vague and unhelpful answer.
We believe that companies should take accountability for the products they produce, and Rush Order Tees could do better in this regard. We'd also like to see improvements in their quality assurance processes and refund policies. We know they have the capability to produce higher-quality shirts, and we hope they'll work towards that goal in the future. Until we see these improvements, however, we have to say that we won't be using their services again.
