I gotta say, I'm not happy with the way 48HourPrint.com handles orders. They tell me to get more information and do more research to get rid of me on the phone. They promised to send me a sample kit so that maybe I can purchase another product that is better quality. I wanted to show my appreciation towards my customers so I decided to order metallic thank you cards for my small business. I immediately submitted the design as per the instructions given to me. I was told to color the areas where I wanted metallic effects in cyan color. I was absolutely clear in my communication that I was following instructions and that gold metallic was to be placed where the cyan color was.

I got in touch with their customer service, but received no response from them for several weeks. A few days later, I followed up again but received no response and my situation was ignored.

Amber then asked me to send an updated proof of what the card should look like, which I did immediately. It seemed like the ordeal had finally come to an end. However, I was later sent an invoice for a new order.
I inquired about this charge with the company's customer service team and was met with silence again. My emails were not responded to, and I received no contact from the company about the invoice. In my desperation, I turned to their online chat service, and when I explained the situation to the representative, I was told that my request was declined and that they terminated my chat while I was still typing.
It's a costly mistake, and I ended up paying $500 for cards that I couldn't use due to their error. The company admitted their mistake, but they wouldn't refund me or send me new cards without charging me the full price. I recently received my order from 48hourprint.com and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the shipping and overall customer service. I had ordered 1,000 square/rectangle white vinyl stickers with high gloss UV coating through the website for a Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing project. I added the option for one-day processing and two-day shipping, which were both extra costs. The total cost of my order was $157.36.
However, despite paying for expedited processing and shipping, my order didn't even shipped out until two days after I placed it. To make matters worse, it was then shipped via the slowest USPS parcel select shipping method, which meant that it didn't arrive until well after my event that I needed them for had already taken place.
I was very disappointed with the shipping and the overall customer service that I received from the company. I had paid $59.92 for two-day shipping, which would have covered the cost of Priority Mail Express 1-Day shipping at $46.30, with the company still profiting $13.62 on the shipping alone.
I am extremely unhappy with the service that I received and I believe that this experience could have been avoided if the company had processed my order on time and shipped it via a faster shipping method. I feel like the company has serious issues with logistics, processes and customer service, with no regard to how important an order is, especially when a customer has paid for expedited processing and shipping.
Overall, I would not recommend ordering from 48hourprint.com. The company's poor shipping and customer service make them an unreliable choice, and it's clear that they do not live up to their name of "48 hour print." I am requesting a full refund for my order.

It’s borderline fraud if ya ask me! So yea, ya better be careful if ya plan on orderin’ somethin’ from ‘em.
It's been over 10 days. Still have not received order. Paid extra for shipping. They are very misleading. Order was for an event and ended up having to go get same day printing elsewhere. Actually the price wasn't that much more and I shopped local.
