The day I purchased the vehicle (July 16th, 2024) I also purchased a manufacturer and gap warranty and canceled it the day after my purchase. I have called multiple times and left a voicemail for Cole Lutz and Mitch and have not received a callback. Cole emailed me to let me know that it would take 4 weeks from the day of cancelation to get a $4000.00 refunded to my account after he lectured me about canceling. I knew the time frame seemed a little odd, but I realized it was so he could earn his incentive off the purchase before the refund. I already filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I would someone to call me immediately just to let me know when I will receive that refund so I could get a pay off on this vehicle.
Desired outcome: I would like a call or email letting me know where the deposit is and when will it take place.

It seems like Russ Darrow Group is taking their time with that refund, and the excuses aren't helping. Four weeks is a long wait, especially when it feels like they’re dragging it out to benefit themselves. Could’ve been worse — at least they didn’t disappear entirely with your money. Hopefully, they get their act together soon and return what’s rightfully yours.
