I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with RV & Auto Parts. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I ordered an exhaust system from them and they took my money, but then they sent me an email saying that it was no longer available. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they raised the price and now it's back in stock. It's like they're playing games with people's money.
I'm not the only one who's had this problem either. I've seen other people online saying the same thing. They juggle prices and lie to their customers. It's just not right. And the worst part is that the manufacturer had the item in stock the whole time. So why did RV & Auto Parts lie to me? It's just bad business practices.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're just a scam, plain and simple. If you're looking for auto parts, go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money with RV & Auto Parts.

This company is not good, so be careful when you shop here. I suggest you read the other reviews before you make a purchase. They show a lot of items in stock, but when you order, they put you on back order. Even if you cancel your order, they still show that they have lots of items in stock, even though they don't! They earn interest on your money and everyone else's money that they can trick and hold onto for the "Back Order". They make money off of everyone that is fooled. This is a bad company to do business with!
I also had to search on Google to find where to leave feedback because they don't offer feedback on their website! It's frustrating when you want to leave feedback and can't find where to do it. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with RV & Auto Parts was absolutely terrible. I placed an order for a slideout gearbox and paid over $100 for overnight delivery. I even called them and left a message to make sure they understood that this had to be shipped next day air. However, when I tracked my order, I was notified by UPS that the sender (RV & Auto Parts) sent the product too late, causing a one day delay. I was extremely frustrated and called them again, but all I got was a meaningless apology. It reminded me of when my child would try to explain why they snuck a cookie.
To make matters worse, when the product finally arrived at my home state hub, it was returned because someone over there couldn't write legibly. I received yet another meaningless apology from RV & Auto Parts. At this point, I had had enough and decided to cancel my order. It's been four days since my original order and I still haven't received the part I paid for.
I have proof of this comedy of errors and I'm writing this review on 8/2 from my RV, still without the part I needed. RV & Auto Parts really let me down and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their service is terrible and they clearly don't care about their customers.

The item was delivered Friday morning, just in time for my trip.
However, I did have an issue with their communication with the customer. After I placed the order, I did not receive an email order confirmation. I was a bit worried and decided to call them. The order confirmation arrived in minutes after the call. I then went to check the order status, but it showed "In Progress" for two days. I called again because the part arriving on time was critical. They confirmed a projected Friday delivery and the email with the tracking number arrived in minutes. I'm not sure why their emails are not automatically generated as they are with most vendors, but better communications would improve customer confidence.
