Then, I decided to call the GM of the dealership to see if he could help me. He did handle it and got a phone call back within 30 minutes from Nate. I was surprised to hear from Nate because I thought he was a made-up person. But, he does exist, and he's a real person!
Nate blamed me for their poor service, which was not fair. I was just trying to get an update on my order, and I didn't receive any response from them. I don't think it's right to blame the customer for their mistakes. I would advise anyone to stay away from this business. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't care about their customers. I hope they improve their service in the future.
