Me and my fam have been super bummed out with the crummy service and bad talkin' from Ryder Last Mile. We've been on the phone for hours tryin' to get our couch delivered since December, but it's been one headache after another. The customer service is a total bummer and we're still tryin' to get it sorted out. Ain't nobody from the company or the bosses tryin' to help us get our delivery any faster.

I got one part of my couch from Ryder Last Mile on December 16. I ordered it way back in March 26. They said they didn't have it, but turns out they did. However, they still haven't delivered it to me even though they found it four weeks ago. I paid for it on the same day I ordered it, and I just want my couch. But they keep making me go in circles to get it, even though I bought it almost a year ago.

I had a delivery scheduled for 12/13 between 2-4. It didn't come and nobody called, emailed, or texted me to let me know. I called for help on 12/13 and they said they didn't know what was happening with my item. I called again on the morning of 12/14 and they said they didn't know why it wasn't delivered, but someone would call me back. Nobody called me back, so I called them again and they said the truck broke down. Really? Why isn't there a system to tell people waiting for their items what happened and what the solution will be? I think there should be a price adjustment for the inconvenience and for not following up on their end.

I bought a big couch from Pottery Barn for almost $10k and Ryder Last Mile was supposed to deliver it to me in Phoenix. They got the order on 9/16 but then lost it! It's been over a month and I still don't have my couch. I called them and Pottery Barn and they said sorry but didn't do anything. They promised to deliver it on 10/31 because I have a baby shower at my house that day. But today (10/29) I called again and they said they won't bring it until 11/3! They don't even have any notes about what happened. I've been on hold all morning trying to fix this and I'm calling Pottery Barn too. This is ridiculous - they lost my order and now they can't even deliver it on time!

Ryder Last Mile from Elkridge, MD was supposed to bring me a mattress, but it came late on Friday 7/23. They said they would take away my old mattress and box spring as part of the "white glove" service, but the contractor said it would cost me $30. I called Ryder's national number and they said that was wrong. They told me to call the Elkridge office on Monday, but when I did, they said white glove doesn't include taking away old stuff. Their website says it does though. The manager, Dennis, seems to be covering for his contractor.

They said they'd come on Monday, August 23 between 5:00-7:00pm, but then they called at 3:33pm and said they'd be late. Then they called again at 5:59pm and said they wouldn't come until 10:00-10:25pm, which is super crazy. But they didn't come at 10:00, or at 10:15, or at all. I waited until midnight and they still didn't show up. The next day I called and they said the driver decided not to come and they didn't know when they could come. I couldn't go to work and I asked them to come the next day, but they didn't know when they could come. I'm really mad because I paid a lot of money and lost money from work waiting for them.

This company was hired by a furniture store (1 Stop Bedrooms) to deliver my furniture. They reached out to me and scheduled my furniture delivery for Friday 12/10. The day before, they sent me a notice that my delivery would be between 3:30-5:30pm and I confirmed the appointment. I took off work and waited, but then got a phone call around 6pm-6:15pm that they weren't coming because they "ran out of hours." The guy who called said he didn't know about rescheduling, he just had to make the call. They emailed me to say the next delivery date would be 12/31 then 1/7. I called and said I wouldn't be available those dates and they should provide a sooner service because they missed the appointment they set up with me. They told me multiple times they only deliver to my area on Fridays and won't deliver on 12/24, which I understand. They need to provide customer service to correct their mistake and deliver on another date. I've called multiple times this week and they keep saying a manager will call me back, but no one does.
I've been waiting for my furniture for 8 months now
I've been waiting for my furniture for 8 months now. I ordered it from 1 Stop Bedrooms in Feb. 2022 and paid for it in March. In May, 1 Stop said it was delivered, but I never heard from the carrier. I tried calling them, but couldn't get through. I called 1 Stop, and they checked with the carrier, who said it was lost. 1 Stop said they'd send me a replacement, which was supposed to be delivered to the local carrier on July 28. But still no response from the carrier. I finally got their name and number from 1 Stop, but when I called, I was on hold for over an hour, listening to annoying music. I've been going back and forth with 1 Stop for 8 months now, and I don't know who to blame. Maybe 1 Stop for using a questionable carrier, or maybe the carrier itself, which no one can seem to get a hold of. This has happened twice in 8 months. The number 1 Stop gave me was [protected]. Ryder case # XXXXXXXX. 1 Stop order # is XXXXXXXXX. I already made a complaint against 1 Stop, but withdrew it when they gave me confirmation of local carrier delivery. However, it seems the local carrier has gone AWOL with my furniture.

They also said I needed battery packs for my electric recliners, which I declined. On delivery day, no battery packs came. I called daily for my $200 back, but no one picks up. It's a scam because I paid for delivery, but they said I didn't need it and kept the money.

I got a couch from 1stopbedrooms in Feb 2021. It was sent to a third party delivery company in Oct 2021. I was texted by someone from Hackbarth Delivery Service through Ryder Last Mile to set up delivery. The 1st delivery was set for Oct 8, but no one showed up. I had to text them because their phones were out. They told me that the driver quit and they would contact me to reschedule. I had to text them again to set a new date. I asked for the driver to call my husband before delivery, but he didn't. The driver left deep ruts and trash in our yard. They only delivered one piece of the couch and said they would come back later with the rest. I contacted them again to re-deliver, but they said they had COVID and would get back to me. After multiple contacts, another delivery was set. Two men came and fought in the driveway on whether to bring the couch to the door. They finally brought one piece to the doorway and left. When I opened the plastic, it was not our couch. It has been sitting in my home for over 2 weeks, while my couch seems to be missing and no one will return my texts. I asked to speak to a manager, but they only had an email and couldn't give it to me. When I contacted customer service of Ryder, I was transferred over and over, never getting to speak to anyone. I don't know what to do to get my couch.
