... I had to Return to Sender and contact my bank to dispute the charge. Go to find out Ryze did nothing and charged me for August auto ship another $205.02, that I canceled 7.15.2024. Pissed that I have to contact Ryze, contact my bank, and send a scathing comment on a Complaints Board! I am wasting time on a very busy day that I don't have time for this [censored]! I am so sick of these automated websites that these "entrepreneurs" (not really-operating out of your garage; answer the customer service number while grocery shopping or driving; not following through and providing your customers the respect they deserve)... not professional in the least. I expect a full credit of $410.04 immediately. Another piece of information that makes Ryze Superfoods a shady company is the fact there is no email contact with any of their orders or subscription updates. I have received one order in June and two orders I did not want and I haven’t received one email in my Inbox during the three months I have been a customer with them…Weird way to operate.

Your company Ryze Superfoods has a horrendous website that does not allow customers to access and manage their subscriptions. That type of website reminds me of a hacker/abusive tactic to rob “consumers,” and, unfortunately, I see more of these types of websites every day.
The way you operate your company is why I blocked your access to my account in the future and my card company is reversing the transaction that was initiated on my account on 7.15.2024 for $205.02. DO NOT send the product to my address. If you do send the product, email a shipping label to me to send back at your expense.

No one has time for this kind of nonsense, especially on a busy day. Here's to your bank having your back and making sure you get every penny returned. Ryze might want to rethink their strategy — or at least answer the phone when they're not in the cereal aisle!
