I got RYZE mushroom coffee in September 2022 and didn't really like it. Then, I got another order in October (I didn't know I had a subscription, they didn't tell me). I tried to cancel, but couldn't talk to anyone and left a message. There was no other way to cancel online. I kept getting orders I didn't want until December *** January 2023. I was happy I wasn't charged and didn't get an order. But in February, they charged me again and sent another order! I called customer service, but got the same message that nobody was there. Even though I tried to cancel many times, they keep charging me $54.00 for something I don't want. I want a refund for the extra charges. Also, they need to make it clear on their website that it's a subscription. And it's bad customer service to not have a way to talk to someone about a problem.

I want a refund for packages I receive that. I emailed them and told him I didnt want them. They said I could only send one package back. They gave me a return label but I wasnt paying for it and I didnt get time to go to the post office I just want a refund on my two packages.

I did not repurchase any more product from this company after that order, on 01/13/23 this company willingly took $54.00 out of my account. I would like for this company to refund my money I have called the company and I am continuously getting their voicemail.

I ordered their product ONCE. They tried to automatically send a second shipment. I told their representative that I did not want another shipment. They just charged my credit card again and sent another shipment anyway. The credit card I had used now has a balance transfer with a 0% rate. The $30 they fraudulently charged after being told not to, will result in 24% interest being charged on the balance transfer.I don't want the product. I don't want promotional materials. I have no interest in engaging in business with a company that acts fraudulently.

We ordered mushroom coffee and specifically requested just the order and requested not to be put on auto shipment because we were just trying it back in January. The company put us on auto ship and bill. We have been trying to contact them stating we don't want any additional coffee because we hated the product and it did not do the claims it has done and we were trying to return our original order. The company has no phone number to call or customer service. They billed us again at a higher rate and still refuse to take us off the auto bill and shipment. They continue to bill us and not send receipts of our the order or provide us with any customer service to cancel this reoccurring billing.

Prior to 9/11/22 I ordered a sample bag of their coffee. On 9/11/22, I got an email from them asking me to confirm my account. I responded saying I am canceling the account. On 10/8/22 they emailed me and said my next bag was on its way. I emailed back and forth saying I didn't like their product and to cancel the orders and account. I don't recall getting another pack. Life gets busy.Today I received another email saying my next order was on its way!I emailed and this the rep said, sorry, it is already on its way... and that I should have notified them before the shipment. I DID A HALF DOZEN TIMES. Please try to communicate with this company and tell them to stop my account and to refund any new charges.

I ordered their product ONCE. They are claiming that I placed a monthly order. I do not believe that to be the case. I did not receive a reminder email that I was going to be charged. I requested them to cancel the monthly order, as I didn't even like the product and they tried to convince me that I needed to try one of their recipes or take some time to adjust to the taste. I do not like it and I do not want it. All I am getting is that they are "cancelling" until I get the taste figured out. I am not interested in doing that. They won't refund me the current order until it's received, which generally takes a week. I am not happy about that money coming out of my account. I just want it refunded asap and the monthly subscription cancelled. That seems to be out of reach for this company. I am not a fan of their "selling" techniques, it's border line fraud and manipulation.

Despite contacting RYZE for a refund, I received and was charged $54 for an unapproved order. My attempts to resolve this through calls, texts, emails, and a PayPal dispute have been ignored. I believe this company is scamming customers with these tactics and should be held accountable for their actions.

I ordered a trial of their product and was sure to not have my order auto renew. I try a lot of products and if auto renew is the only option, I set a calendar reminder to cancel. I ordered this product as a 1 time purchase.A month later, I get an email that my next order was coming. I contacted the company, explained the situation and was told the order was being canceled... Though they were sure to tell me and send me a screen shot showing I did order the auto renew (which I'm 100% sure I did not). This month (1 month later) I am again being sent another shipment even after they said they said last month they were canceling my order.I called them several times during business hours, they do not answer their phone. I made it clear last month that I was not interested in their product, yet they are auto billing me again this month despite my complaints and contacting their customer service. 01/14/2022 $36 on 01/17/23 was charged to me.Tried this companies' product back in August. The product did not work for me. Made me ill. Company emailed me saying another delivery is ready to go out. I told them I did not order another bag of this mushroom coffee. They said I signed up for automatic deliveries. I told them that I was not aware of that, and I want to cancel. The customer service rep. told me that it takes a while to get used to it so he will contact me again in January before he sends another bag. I said don't bother and remove me from automatic deliveries. In January I receive an email stating that my next delivery is getting ready for shipping. I emailed back saying I didn't want it and to cancel the delivery because I threw out half of the first delivery. I get an auto reply saying they are busy and will get back to me. I then receive an email that the product shipped. I emailed back and said stop the shipment and received and auto reply again that they are busy and would get back to me. I then emailed the president who said she doesn't want to duplicate efforts since I am already emailing a customer service rep. I then get an email with the tracking number. I emailed them again saying they were not supposed ship me anymore product. Of course, they get back to me right away saying that it already shipped, and I should try it in smaller doses. I called and left a message on their customer service line about how what happened, and I was charged $36 for something I will throw away again. It's been over a week, and no one has called me back. I still have the delivery in its shipping package and would like to return it for a full refund.

Ryze has great customer service and great products. I drink the creamer and coffee in a smoothie, turns out more like ice cream. So yummy. Has great health benefits and you definitely don’t want to run out(I did for a week, and I could tell what benefits I was getting from RYZE).

I love the mushroom coffee. It took me a few times to find the “sweet spot” for my tastebuds but found it with cinnamon, honey, salt, & oat milk or coconut milk. I drink it twice a day. I also drink the matcha tea about 3X a week! It has helped my inflammation tremendously!"
When I first tried Ryze I wasn't big on the taste. I've been drinking it for over a year and I love it . I add a little bit of sugar and half n half. When I need a pick me up in the afternoon I make an ice coffee. I would definitely recommend Ryze!

As a registered brand Ryze is, you should provide a formal invoice/receipt for each purchase. I keep on asking them eveytime via email and Ryze keep on sending screenshots of the orders I made.
I am asking for a professional invoice/receipt as you should be able to provide if you are properly registered in the US.
