I placed an order for Ryze coffee on 24Jul. The same day, I received a confirmation email stating that the shipment was on its way. Within the email there was a UPS confirmation number which I have checked consistently after the 7th business day of zero shipment progression. I’ve reached out to customer service and I’ve gotten no response thus far. Just a bunch of automated emails asking me to take surveys regarding the product. The product I still haven’t received. Nevertheless I took the survey and conveyed my concerns there. Still no response. Today, I received an email stating my next package would be arriving shortly. I’m not sure why I’m getting emails about a second order when the first has yet to arrive. Also, I have not subscribed to this product. It was a one time purchase. I did not authorize future purchases. I replied to the email which states that it is from Alex, a receptionist, according to the email’s signature line. Currently waiting for a response. This process makes me feel uneasy. It feels like a scam. What is really concerning is that the product is advertised across social media platforms and via search engines. It is also sold via Amazon and a few other third party websites. If I do not get my product and/or a response from this company by Monday, 04 Sep (which is 30 business days from the order date) I intend to request a payment reversal via my banking institution. *I just checked the UPS tracking number today. It still has not been shipped. It’s states that the shipment information has been received. It’s been saying that since 24 Aug. There has been no movement since I ordered the product.*
