This is one of those companies that you want to order and try something and while you are focused on the product info and the price, below the main information you will see a few words, very minimal, about shipment every 30 days. They are not up front and detailed in their product order that this is intended to be a subscription, how the subscriptions works or how to manage it. You have to scour the website your self to find that! AND once you do accidentally order an item to try it and find yourself being charged for something you don't want monthly, you cannot cancel it yourself on your own account. All you can do is change the frequency of shipment (30,60,90). I have written to these people asking them to cancel the subscription they set-up since they have prevented me from doing so. myself I absolutely despise these types of companies who cleverly hide with small details as a footnote and then disable you from helping yourself to cancel. I haven't even tried the product from my order yet and already a new one is on the way. Have requested a refund and cancellation. UNSUBSCRIBE ME Please!
