Every time I have ordered from Saberforge, things have gone real smooth and shipping has been fairly quick. The most I've waited for a hilt (empty) has been about 2 weeks, which is great! The finish and quality of these hilts and parts are top notch, one of the best ones if not the best out there. I can't say anything about the electronics part because I've never order electronics from them but if you are looking to put together a lightsaber hilt or get an already finished hilt, I highly recommend Saberforge.

So far this has been great I am so looking forward to this I am a life time fan boy this will be my first saber when I was notified with the email of the saber sale and seen I could get a crystal saber I was so happy my heart skipped a few beats and placed my order right away! I love this company I've always order my sabers from Saberforge there sabers are high quality and made here in the good o USA they have speed up their shipping and now buy ups shipping so it's more secure and more reliable then priority mail my only complaint is the waiting for sabers to be restocked, but that's ok I'll wait because like I said before their sabers are the best, I was hoping for the crystal chambered Graflex was in stock as the crystal chambered prodigal son I just ordered do I can save on shipping but that's ok thanks again from everyone at Saberforge. SaberForge I know it would be a tall order but a FREE 3D "Design

I know it would be a tall order but a FREE 3D "Design your own saber" with all of your designs, parts, in any order, so on and so forth. People would drop HOURS on here just trying to design the perfect saber then, when they're done allow for a checkout of the saber fully assembled (for a "slight assembly fee" lol), a checkout of all the parts but for them to assemble on their own (include instructions), or a "part planner" with a way to keep track of what you need vs what you've already bought, etc... idk... just spitballing... this is my first saber ever and it was $233.61. I'm just HOPING its worth it...

SaberForge AMAZING SABER FOR THE PRICE! (but where are the instructions?)

The title pretty much says it all. I purchased a SN-Pixel Prodigal Son THQ and it's an amazing saber, ESPECIALLY for the price. The only problem I'm experiencing is the fact that all the website tutorials don't account for this model having an auxiliary button. The videos I've seen only sow the sabers with one button, not two. So I've been having a bit of difficulty setting up the saber the way I would like it. Any help is appreciated. That's the only issue. I wish these had a comprehensive usermanual, or a designated page devoted to tutorials and troubleshooting. That issue aside, holy CRAP, it's a nice saber.

My only concern was that for the longest time, I was unable to select the blade length. After refreshing the page multiple times I realized that "duck duck go", a privacy browser extension, must have been negating all of the prompts! Once going in through standard google chrome everything worked perfectly. I'd recommend a plain text warning on the top of the lightsaber customization screens stating this may be a potential issue so more potential buyers aren't deterred simply from them believing the website doesn't work! Hopefully, this can be delivered before June 9th as it's for my brother's high school graduation!

SaberForge Saber Forge is an online retailer that sells light

Saber Forge is an online retailer that sells light sabers for deuling and collectors. They have several models available, which are classified under two categories, namely Battle Sabers and Elite Sabers. Both kinds are assembled to order, and can be used for full contact and full speed dueling. The difference between the two categories is that the Elite Sabers Collection features more intricate and detailed designs.
In my opinion, the models classified under the Battle Sabers are still beautifully crafted. If there's a bad thing I can say about their products, it's that it's hard to pick out the best from the choices available. I particularly like the Exhalted for its clean lines. Although Saber Forge does not create custom sabers, I am very much pleased with this product and would not hesitate to order another one in the near future.

SaberForge Got a gift card for my son. It was sent to me very quickly and it is exactly what he wanted

My credit card was charged 4 times after telling me it was not accepted. Also, there is no place to tell where or who to send the gift card.
Since then, I contacted customer service and they told me"Our records show only one charge was accepted for your order. Sometimes with declined trasnactions, banks / credit card companies place temporary holds on the account for the amount of the declined transaction. These holds are usually lifted within a few days." The second charge was lifted shortly therafter.
As far as the email address for the gift card emaill address, the customer service stated, "Gift cards are emailed, and the email address you use to place the order for the gift card is the email it will be sent to. From there, you can forward it to the person you intended it for, or you can use their email address when you place the order initially. As per the description for gift cards" It was my fault I did not understand the procedure and used my own email address instead of the recipient.

SaberForge My Frustrating Experience with Terrible Customer

My experience with Saberforge has been truly disappointing, as it has been marred with poor customer service, unnecessary delays, and a complete lack of communication. While I am not one to write many reviews, I felt compelled to share my honest feedback in hopes of sparing other potential customers the frustration that I have experienced.

I placed an order for a custom saber on June 1st of this year, and to this day, I have yet to receive it. Despite knowing others who placed orders after me and have received their sabers months ago. The lack of transparency in their order fulfillment process is concerning, and it appears that they have failed to prioritize their customers.

To make matters worse, contacting their customer service team has been a tedious and time-consuming process. It often takes days for them to respond to emails, and even then, their responses are unhelpful and generic. The only thing they seem capable of doing is providing empty promises, such as putting a rush order note on the item, which I doubt is even accurate.

Frankly speaking, their lengthy wait times and lack of communication are inexcusable, especially when compared to the service quality of their competitors. I made the decision to purchase a saber from another site and received it in just one week. In contrast, Saberforge has been infamous for their six-month delivery time, which is an unreasonable expectation for any customer to have.

In conclusion, my recommendation is to steer clear of Saberforge, no matter how well-crafted their sabers may be. They have taken my money without delivering the promised product and demonstrated a complete disregard for their customers. Even if by chance they fulfill my order in the future, I will not be doing business with them again, and this review will remain as a warning and a reminder of the poor experience I have endured.

SaberForge "My Experience with Review Manipulation on Online Platforms"

Upon receiving my Hilt from Sabeforge, I was extremely disappointed with its quality of design. The magnetic cover was difficult to remove and inserting the "kill key" to turn it off proved to be a challenge. Furthermore, the design of the Hilt did not allow for the magnetic cover to be put back in place once the "kill key" was inserted. To my dismay, the blade arrived broken and refused to light up.

Regrettably, my experience with their customer service was subpar, and it took over a month of consistent back and forth with no resolution. The entire ordeal was exhausting and proved to be a disheartening experience. I have to say that Sabeforge's customer service is terrible, communication was lacking, and the company is disappointing overall.

If it were not for the shoddy reviews being taken down, the high rating of this company would not be possible. I was left with little hope for a successful resolution to my issue, and I must say that one should stay away from this company at all costs.

In a recent turn of events, Sabeforge was able to hide my review temporarily while providing me with a new blade for my saber. However, the additional issues with the incorrect charger that was initially sent added to my frustration. While the situation was finally resolved, it is disheartening that it took excessive communication and for me to fight tooth and nail for something that should have come with my order.

In conclusion, my experience with Sabeforge was far from satisfactory, and I do not recommend this company. There are many other reputable saber companies available, and it would be best to explore those before settling for Sabeforge.

SaberForge My Terrible Experience with Poor Quality Products and Unresponsive Customer

I must begin with an earnest account of my personal experience with Saberforge, while attempting to provide a vocabulry-rich and professional outlook. Regretfully, I must indicate that atrocious customer service has been a standard experience from Saberforge. Upon receiving my saber, I was disappointed to observe that the pieces were not glued on securely, resulting in damage to the product. As a result, I must now glue on all of the plastic handle pieces myself.

Moreover, my initial expectations of the saber were not met. Firstly, the brightness was not as vivid as anticipated. The allen screws were poorly aligned, leaving me to generate a new thread which proved to be a disconsolate experience. The instructions provided were remarkably inadequate, adding to my mounting frustration. I was further exasperated when I discovered that the charger was incompatible with sockets in my country.

Regrettably, the audio quality falls short of excellence. The speaker is subpar, and the movement detection is below satisfactory levels, which do not align with movements. Clash detection is pitiful as well. Furthermore, the overall build quality was not as impressive as I anticipated in light of the high price I paid. As a result, I felt completely cheated.

Having ordered from other similar companies, this was the first Saber to arrive. I am hopeful that the other items turn out to be much better given the companies' better reputation. However, one that stands out in professionalism far more than Saberforge.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Saberforge based on my personal experience. I am astounded that a company would create a product that lacks the expected quality and charge such a premium price. On that score, proceeding with Saberforge's products will undoubtedly lead one to analogous displeasures.

SaberForge My experience with SaberForge: The importance of

I cannot stress enough the remarkable workmanship displayed in this saber. The level of detail surpasses all my other sabers, and its aesthetic beauty is simply breathtaking. I opted for the Fallen Order MK 2 model, and the sleek design, combined with the exquisite metalwork, left an indelible impression on me.

However, the delivery process was less than satisfactory, as I placed my order on May 6th, and only received it on October 19th. This waiting period of over five months was both bewildering and somewhat frustrating, compounded by the non-responsive nature of customer service. As a professional in the customer service field, I understand the challenges therein; however, I strongly believe they could do better in this regard.

Another issue I encountered was the sharpness of the saber's edges, as I suffered a cut on my thumb within 10 seconds of use. While this may prove inconvenient during dueling activities, it is easily resolved with a simple sanding on the edges. I also noted the absence of a hex key in the package, which may or may not be a standard inclusion.

In conclusion, if you are willing to take the risk in terms of shipping, waiting periods, and customer service availability, this saber is undoubtedly worth it. Its exquisite metalwork and aesthetic beauty are testaments to the crafting skill present in its design.

SaberForge My Terrible Experience with a Travel

My wife and I excitedly ordered two Progenitor Eco sabers from Saberforge for our son's fifth birthday, along with a Defiant Eco for ourselves to join in on the fun. However, our initial excitement quickly turned to frustration and disappointment. On the first day of use, the Defiant Eco failed to light up, forcing us to return it for repairs. We were dismayed to wait a staggering 58 days for it to be returned to us.

To compound our issues, our son's Progenitor Eco saber also began to malfunction shortly after use. It intermittently failed to register clashes and ceased its "whoosh" sound effects. Unfortunately, the situation deteriorated quickly, causing the saber to ultimately fail to light up altogether. As concerned parents, we were at a loss for what to do in the face of such subpar workmanship.

It is difficult to express the level of dissatisfaction and anger we feel towards Saberforge for the unsatisfactory quality of their products. Their website touts high-quality LED sabers for full-contact dueling, yet our personal experience paints a drastically different picture. It is inconceivable that a five-year-old child could break two "high-quality LED sabers" within such a short period.

In conclusion, we suggest that Saberforge reevaluate their production processes and quality control measures to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues. It is frustrating to have a fun and unique birthday present ultimately end up being a source of distress and frustration for not only us but, most importantly, our child.

SaberForge work on my custom lightsaber

I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Saber Forge and Philip. From the moment I placed my order for the coveted Bane MK2 with Veteran Sound, I received swift and efficient communication from them. Despite hearing tales of extended delivery periods and malfunctioning sabers, my experience was undoubtedly one of timely and satisfactory service.

My saber arrived within a few weeks, and throughout this period, I was regularly updated by Philip through Facebook. The packaging was immaculate, and the saber itself was beautifully crafted, built to perfection, and of the highest quality. The sound was better than I could have ever imagined, and I am still discovering and experimenting with various sound fonts.

Although I faced a minor challenge in removing the blade plug, I received prompt support from the passionate Saber Forge community, resolving the issue immediately. Philip also reached out to me privately, guiding me through the process effortlessly.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Saber Forge to those in search of high-quality light sabers. My experience undoubtedly warrants an A+ for their exceptional service and delivery. It was worth every penny, and I am grateful for their efforts. Should I require more light sabers in the future, I would certainly opt for Saber Forge without hesitation.

SaberForge My Encounter with Terrible Customer

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Despite its website promising a delivery time of 6-8 weeks, I had to wait for 13 weeks and a day without any proper communication or updates. The lack of response to my emails was frustrating, especially as they only use email to communicate with their customers. When my order finally arrived, it was incredibly disappointing. Out of the three lightsabers I had ordered, all of them were defectively manufactured. For example, two of the lightsabers had LEDs that were improperly installed, resulting in internal burning and destroying the products. Furthermore, the sabers had mismatched parts which lacked the tools necessary to attach them, contrary to what the instructions stated.

In a bid to rectify this unacceptable situation, I had to cancel payment with my credit card. Even then, it took them two months to notice the cancellation, and when they did, they threatened legal action against me - despite being the ones who sent the defective items and refused to seek a resolution to the issues. However, after a prolonged negotiation, they eventually agreed to fix the problem, but not until the defective sabers were sent back. As a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the long wait and subpar products, I felt that they should have included something extra or taken a discount off my purchase. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to provide any such gesture which further showed their unprofessional attitude.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether. It is apparent that they have little regard for their customers and no consideration for the quality of their products. If you are unsure about their credibility, I suggest checking out their details on Complaintsboard.com. In summary, this company is terrible, and I highly advise that you look elsewhere for any similar product.

SaberForge My experience waiting for service with minimal communication from staff

Upon purchasing an empty hilt/blade for an electronics project from SaberForge, I encountered a significant inconvenience when I received my confirmation email. To my dismay, my order was subjected to a waiting period of 9-12 weeks- a completely preposterous time frame in comparison to my previous experience with Ultrasabers, where I received my hilt shipment within a mere 24 hours. The cancellation policy appeared unreasonably restrictive and inconveniently located within the help section rather than explicitly stated and easily accessible during the ordering process. The lack of clarity in regards to my purchase's status enabled me to assume that my selected hilt was a pre-order product given the extensive lead time.

Unfortunately, my cancellation request was not addressed for two days, and when it was eventually processed, I received a message stating that my hilt was actually in stock. Regrettably, I had already initiated a new purchase of an Ultrasabers hilt with the presumed refunded amount only to be left with no choice but to forfeit my original order.

As a consumer, I advise against purchasing from SaberForge due to the substantially ambiguous ordering and cancellation processes. Furthermore, after hearing accounts of a reported maximum wait time of six months, I question if any hilt is worth such lengthy waiting periods. If SaberForge is reading this, please revise your site to explicitly depict the extensive waiting times associated with each product, and clearly indicate your return/cancellation policy to assure future customers don't unwillingly endure a similar predicament to mine.

SaberForge How I learned the hard way to read product descriptions before making a

Upon ordering the Mystery Saber, Initiate, I eagerly anticipated receiving a lightsaber hilt that I could have some excitement with. Nevertheless, I must confess that I did not take into account the time required to fulfill the order. Notwithstanding, the delivery arrived two days after shipment, precisely as expected and deservedly so considering the expedited shipping fees paid.

To my surprise, I discovered that what I received was simply a mystery hilt devoid of any electronic components. Candidly, I was under the impression that the product would come with a blade of some form. Regrettably, upon revisiting the product description, I realized that blades were only included with orders above the initiate level. I must concede that I ought to have been more attentive to the fine details, especially given the excitement of acquiring this product.

While I am somewhat frustrated and disappointed with the outcome, I concede that all the relevant information was evident and accessible to me. Despite this inconvenience, I appreciate that an empty hilt presents numerous creative possibilities. However, my primary intention had been to acquire a complete lightsaber. Looking back, had I thoroughly scrutinized the various options in the market, I would have likely ordered from Ultrasaber. Their $70 grab bag lightsaber bundle comes with a hilt and blade, and customers can even choose their preferred light color. By applying a Honey coupon, I could have secured the aforementioned product for just $87, in comparison to the $93 I paid for the empty hilt acquired here.

Certainly, the prospect of future purchases from this store appeals to me, but I will henceforth ensure that I possess enough knowledge and insight before proceeding. While possessing an elegantly designed paperweight is impressive, the prospect of spending around $100 in total for a paperweight leaves a lot to be desired.

SaberForge "I'm frustrated after waiting for 4 months for my ordered saber to arrive"

My significant other and I had the pleasure of ordering customized sabers from Saber Forge in May, with the expectation of capturing stunning engagement photos in July. We submitted our orders on May 15 and 16, respectively, leaving ample time for production and shipping. However, when we contacted them in mid-July for an update, we received a response on July 19 conveying that there had been a production issue with my custom saber's finish and an issue with the pommel of my partner's saber.

After a series of exchanges, we reached an agreement to substitute the pommel of her saber with one in stock, and Saber Forge provided a $25 gift certificate for the original pommel option once it became available. On August 6, we received notification that our order was scheduled for quality control. So, we anticipated that our matter was resolved and waited to receive the shipment.

However, the ordeal became even more frustrating when we received my partner's order on August 17, but it wasn't what we envisioned. She ordered a crossguard saber with a red day blade set, but what arrived was a red primary blade with a set of red crossguards, a clear primary blade, and NO clear crossguards. We promptly communicated this to Saber Forge, requesting that the clear crossguards be sent with our second saber shipment. We also sought an update on my order, but received a response on August 26, almost ten days after our complaint, confirming that the clear crossguards were incorporated into the order, and my order was with quality control. We awaited any further updates from the company but were left in the dark without notice over the next few months.

With a projected lead time of 10-14 weeks for custom saber orders, it has now been four months, and I remain without any indication of when my order will be shipped. While I appreciate the gift certificate and the prompt communication on some parts of the delay, the lack of updates regarding the status of my order and the prolonged wait is unacceptable. I advise Saber Forge to optimize their communication procedures to keep clients informed of their order status and address any issue efficiently. My partner and I hope to receive our orders soon, as we eagerly look forward to the beauty of our sabers in our engagement photos.

SaberForge My Experience Waiting in Line for a New Roller Coaster: A Headache but Worth the Wait

Saber Forge, the journey to obtaining your custom saber was arduous, however, the end product was indeed worth the wait. My order for a custom saber, inclusive of the esteemed Veteran package, was placed in December. Frustration began setting in upon receiving no updates on the status of my order for an extended period of THREE MONTHS. Attempts to cancel my order were made, however, these efforts proved futile, as the feedback from customer service was conspicuously cut-and-paste and revolved around their '12-15wk lead time policy'. I must express that the email correspondence with customer service was of an unseemly standard, with their responses being unsatisfactory as well as lacking in any personal touch.

Amidst this disappointing experience, finally, in late April , four months later, I made the decision to, once again, request the cancellation of my order. Much to my surprise, they informed me, that I could indeed cancel my order since it had been greater than 15 weeks. In the same conversation, I was informed that my saber was preparing to ship! I took a chance and decided to wait for the product, a decision that would be overwhelmingly justified.

To begin with, the custom CNC metal used to create the saber was resplendent, without any discernible blemishes. The handle wrap was a marvel to behold, with low profile screws that sat flush, presenting no impediment to accessing the saber's functions. The sound and illumination emanating from the saber made it all the more exceptional, while its sturdiness was most reassuring. I tested the saber's durability and discovered that it was indeed battle-ready.

In conclusion, I must caution prospective customers of the deplorable customer service that they may expect to encounter during their dealings with Saber Forge. It is wise not to anticipate regular progress reports regarding your order, nor can you expect effective correspondence via email or the accommodation of order cancellations within a reasonable period. However, the sheer quality of the product warrants recognition as one of the foremost sabers on the market. The waiting time is indeed justified for this sublime piece of craftsmanship. I can only award 3 stars due to the substandard customer service, which was eclipsed by the extraordinary quality of the product.

SaberForge My frustrating experience with a company that fails to deliver

It has been a frustrating experience having placed an order with this company over two months ago, and have yet to receive my purchase. The two lightsabers I ordered weren't anything out of the ordinary, yet my order seems to be stuck in processing limbo. It is disheartening to note that the company has already taken my funds without delivering on its promise.

Finding assistance or support for this issue proved to be an arduous task, as my repeated attempts to contact customer service via email have gone unanswered. Instead, I have been repeatedly advised that I need to be patient and wait for the processing to complete, despite the significant delay.

The overall experience has been hugely disappointing, leaving me with the feeling that my time and money have been wasted. I believe that their service has been subpar, and I would not recommend using this company. It would have been more satisfactory to purchase lightsabers from another establishment that has better customer service and quick order processing.

To conclude, the company's services have been a considerable letdown, and I feel that they could substantially improve their customer satisfaction by adequately addressing their order fulfillment shortcomings.

SaberForge My Frustrating Experience with Terrible Customer Service and Unexplained Wait Times When

As an avid enthusiast of the galaxy far, far away, one can only imagine my excitement upon placing an order for a saber. Regrettably, my experience with this particular establishment has been less than satisfactory. It has now been months since my order was placed, and despite receiving an email six weeks prior indicating that my saber would be delivered within 5 to 15 business days, it has yet to arrive. The lack of transparency regarding delivery times is concerning, particularly when contrasted with the prompt and attentive delivery services offered by competitors such as Ultrasabers and Electrum Sabers.

While the initial payment transaction was effortlessly executed, the subsequent delivery process indicates a discernible prioritization of funds over customer satisfaction, which is by no means acceptable. In addition to the unpalatable wait times, the lack of communication and neglect towards addressing their customers' concerns is abysmal.

As someone who has interacted with the customer service of a number of saber vendors, I must assert that this establishment is decidedly subpar in this regard. Ultrasabers and Electrum Sabers both offer superior levels of communication and attentiveness when compared to this establishment. Consequently, I would urge prospective customers to contemplate alternative vendors if efficient service and clear communication are of importance.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this establishment to prospective buyers as their inability to offer timely delivery and effective communication, combined with the absence of an acceptable level of customer service, leaves much to be desired.

SaberForge I tried out the new language learning app and here's what happened

Prior to delving deeper into my review, let me elucidate my background as an ardent enthusiast of the Star Wars franchise and its merchandise. As such, I was ecstatic when gifted the initiate tier by my brother for Christmas. However, upon receiving the product, I was disheartened to realize that the saber lacked electronics and a blade.

While I acknowledge that the notice regarding the missing components was included with the product, I believe that the initiate tier should be advertised as a hilt and not as a complete "lightsaber." In this regard, I would suggest that the website categorize the product as "Hilt Only" or "Hilt Display."

Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover that the hilt was superglued together, which has made it increasingly difficult to install the required electronics, especially the switch. This factor puzzled me since the product is supposedly designed for display purposes. Therefore, why not facilitate upgrades by avoiding the use of superglue?

In conclusion, I am satisfied with the overall design of the initiate tier "lightsaber" hilt. My suggestions for improvement if acted upon will undoubtedly enhance the customer experience. I believe that the company should institute my suggestions as soon as possible to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

SaberForge Do not bother if in the

I regret to inform that, in my experience, this product deserves not more than a single star. My sentiments are even generous only to meet the requirement to publish this review. Potential buyers who are not well-versed in building their own sabers or reside outside the United States should be advised to avoid this product altogether.

Upon purchase, it took an excruciating six months for the product to arrive. Throughout this period, I received no helpful updates or response to my inquiries. To my utmost dismay, my young daughter, who was eagerly waiting to receive her first ever saber, did not receive any communication notifying her of the incompatibility of the parts and that the saber could not function with light and sound. The lack of preemptive action and poor communication from the company's side is inexcusable, particularly considering the high price they demand for their products.

Upon contacting customer service for assistance with the issue, the company responded with a quotation of an additional ?150 plus shipping fees and custom fees, to get the saber to function adequately. Alternatively, we were advised to stick with a hollow, and therefore, useless saber. Needless to say, I am gravely disappointed by these developments and the quality of service we have received.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product nor the company's customer service. It is crucial that potential buyers are well-informed and cautioned about this experience's likelihood. I suggest exploring alternative, more reliable products in the market.

SaberForge My terrible experience working for a

My personal experience with Saberforge has been incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for a Champion Hilt on November 16th and received it on December 27th. Unfortunately, the product was dead on arrival, prompting me to reach out to their customer service team for an RMA.

To my dismay, it took Saberforge three days to respond to my initial inquiry, and I was left chasing them for updates over several weeks. Despite my efforts, I received little to no communication from the company about the status of my product. To make matters worse, I was already out $400 on a saber that I had yet to receive, and I was struggling to get any progress on the matter.

Though I did eventually receive a tracking number from Saberforge on February 3rd of 2018, it is now six business days later and the product still shows as awaiting pickup from the company. I am left feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the level of service provided by Saberforge.

Frankly, I would suggest that potential customers avoid Saberforge altogether. In my experience, this company has demonstrated a lack of care for their customers and their products, and I would not be willing to risk another negative experience with them in the future.

As an enthusiastic fan of the Star Wars series, I recently purchased a Hero Mystery box and must say I was rather disappointed with the absence of the pixel blades. While I must shoulder blame for my oversight, it would have been helpful if there had been a clear indication of the same in the purchase details.

Moreover, the functionality of the menu left a lot to be desired. The saber display failed to respond optimally to commands in the "Hold" mode, causing color changes to occur randomly, and prohibiting the adjustment of volume levels. While I'm aware this might be partly attributable to user error, as a first-time buyer, it was quite frustrating to experience.

While it is too early to comment on the quality of customer service, as I have yet to receive a response, I question Sitejabber's rationale in requesting a review within a few hours of shipping. In case of any future communication with the service team, I will gladly update my review accordingly.

Overall, if the missing details could be amended and the menu functionality improved, the Hero Mystery box could potentially be an exceptional product catering to Star Wars fans' needs.

SaberForge My Disappointing Experience with Customer Service and Delivery of my Order

Regrettably, my experience with this company has been anything but satisfactory. I placed an order without prior knowledge of their extensive lead times, and only after parting with my funds, was I informed that a minimum of 9 weeks would be required for the delivery of my items. Despite reaching out to inquire about the progress of my order at the 4-week mark, it took a staggering 2 weeks for me to receive a response. Alas, the customer service representative I corresponded with revealed that a 2-5 weekday lead time for e-mail responses was to be expected. Subsequently, I submitted a follow-up e-mail detailing my concerns, yet have yet to receive a response after almost 3 full weeks.

Having grown restless and concerned about the safety of my investment, I took the liberty of filing a complaint with the complaintsboard.com. With almost $400 spent on my order, I am cautiously pessimistic about receiving either my longed-for items or my hard-earned money back.

I must assert a stern warning to future buyers to proceed with caution, as it behooves us all to invest in more reliable and accountable businesses.

SaberForge The time I spent trying to reach customer

Attempting to reach customer service has proven to be a tiresome and ineffective process. Their singular means of communication lies within the confines of email, however, customers should beware that the response time averages between 2-5 business days, if not longer. Moreover, if a follow-up inquiry is submitted prior to receiving a reply, the email is regrettably pushed to the back of the queue. The lack of a phone number compounds this problem, as even a simple inquiry regarding repair or replacement can take an exorbitant amount of time.
Unfortunately, my personal experience indicates that their product quality is subpar, as my light saber failed to function upon initial use. It is lamentable that the vendor's policy is to offer solely store credit in lieu of a monetary refund, leaving customers compelled to upgrade their ill-fated purchase.
Regrettably, my experience leads me to conclude that I will not return as a customer, and in fact, cannot recommend this vendor to others who value prompt response times or high-quality products.

SaberForge a certain online retailer, they scammed me out of my money

It is with great disappointment that I must caution potential customers against purchasing from Saberforge. My own experience has been nothing but frustrating and disheartening. I placed my order for a standard build lightsaber on May 13th of this year, with an expected delivery time of 12 to 18 weeks. However, it has now been almost 6 months, and I have yet to receive my order.

Despite reaching out to their customer service on four separate occasions, I have been faced with nothing but empty promises and excuses for the delay in shipping. Despite being told that my order would be rushed, it remains locked in assembly, leaving me wondering if I will ever receive it at all.

It is particularly concerning that their responses to my queries have taken at least a week each, indicating a clear lack of consideration and urgency towards their customers. In an effort to appease me, Saberforge has offered me the prospect of a $50 discount on my next order, or a free gift - both of which I find entirely unsatisfactory given the amount of time and resources I have already invested.

Regrettably, I have no personal experience with the actual product Saberforge offers, as the company has failed to deliver my order altogether - however, I must suggest to potential customers to reconsider purchasing from this company. Instead, I would encourage them to explore other vendors within the market who prioritize customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

In light of the unacceptable delays and evasive customer service, I have initiated contact with the complaintsboard.com in the hopes of resolving this matter.

SaberForge My personal experience with poor customer

The level of customer service provided by the shop was below expectations and deeply disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, including several phone calls, emails, and a Facebook message, there was a complete absence of communication from the shop's representatives. This lack of responsiveness caused immense frustration and a sense of neglect.

Our family had invested much time and effort into this purchase, as my son worked tirelessly and saved diligently for over a year to acquire one of the shop's renowned sabers. However, without the necessary guidance and support for his inquiries prior to placing the order, we were left with uncertainty and apprehension.

In spite of this ongoing communication issue, the one glimmer of good news was the military discount offered, which we appreciated. Yet, this token gesture could not make up for the neglect exhibited in previous interactions nor the negligible monetary benefit.

As both a nurse working in a high-stress environment and a family that has sacrificed much for our country, we hold ourselves and those we do business with to a high standard. In this case, the customer service was severely lacking, which was disappointing as we initially believed in the quality of the product.

We can only hope that the product itself lives up to the expectations set through advertising and promotions. We trust that it is well-constructed and will bring my son joy and satisfaction. Our suggestion for the shop would be to improve their customer service efforts and to recognize the importance of timely and professional communication with their clients.

SaberForge My experience with not receiving an item and a warning for future buyers

I ignored the reviews because a personal friend had a good experience. Good experiences can happen but they seem to be exceptions and sporadic at best. They probably take so long to make it hard to dispute a charge with your bank when they don't answer your email for refund after your item is "lost in the mail" and they don't answer emails even if you weren't bothering them constantly about where your order is like some peoe might and it still makes them slow down your order. People are considered "entitled" because they expect to receive a product that can cost several hundred dollars or more in a reasonable and timely manner or at least be notified if SF won't be able to deliver on time. Shop at your own risk, don't say you weren't warned

SaberForge My Experience with a Stolen Sword

I must caution all potential customers to avoid this company at all costs. Having availed their services, I sent my malfunctioning hilt back for repair, after a replacement also failed to work. Regrettably, despite having received it on the 14th of September, Saberforge has failed to attend to the matter satisfactorily. I am utterly exasperated with this entire ordeal, and the thought of losing my paid-for hilt is unbearable.

It is clear that Saberforge's operation is severely lacking in organization and efficiency. As such, it is my personal suggestion that potential customers explore alternatives such as Vaders Vault or Ultrasaber.

It's important to underscore the gravity of this situation, and I would like to emphasize that I shall not hesitate to pursue further action, including filing a police report in Oregon City, should I not receive a speedy and satisfactory resolution.

As a paying customer, I cannot stress how important it is to conduct business with companies that value customer satisfaction and accountability. The ramifications of the current scenario are far-reaching not just for me but to all others who might consider giving Saberforge a try. My experience is an excellent example of what can go wrong when these values are not upheld. I urge others to exercise due diligence and look elsewhere for their purchasing needs.

SaberForge "My Disappointing Experience with Saberforge"

After thoroughly experiencing the products provided by Saberforge, it is with utmost regret that I must express my profound disappointment with their services. The astronomic wait times, coupled with the subpar quality of their products, ultimately results in a non-delivery of what was promised.

Initially, my order took a whopping four months to be delivered. Admittedly, I did not consider this delay too inconceivable considering the pandemic-related events of 2020. When the saber finally arrived, I was informed that the accompanying belt attachment unit I ordered was not preinstalled, causing further inconvenience as I lacked the tools to complete the job myself.

Worse still, my saber fell apart after only a month of gentle usage. To my dismay, the paint on the hilt has begun to wear off, resulting in an appalling look that is both undesirable and unprofessional. To say that I am dissatisfied with this order would be an egregious understatement, especially given the considerable financial investment I made.

In essence, I would strongly advise anyone considering Saberforge not to rely on Saberforge for their lightsaber needs. The premium pricing is not matched by the quality and services provided. Opt for other reputable lightsaber manufacturers, those who prioritize customer satisfaction and pride themselves on providing top-notch products that withstand time and the rigors of daily use.

SaberForge My Experience with Overpriced Products and Horrible Customer

As someone who prides themselves on providing constructive feedback, I must say this review is one I hoped I would never have to write. I am typically patient with wait times and order mix-ups and understand that sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control. However, my most recent experience with this establishment was one for the books.

My purchase of a lightsaber was made on June 15th, and every month since then, I have followed up with an email to inquire about the status of my order. It was not until this week, in October, that I was finally told my lightsaber had been put on hold due to a lack of payment, without any prior notification or warning. To make matters worse, my payment was substantial at $300, which begs the question, how was I expected to understand the hold-up if they had not bothered to inform me directly? If I had not taken the initiative to inquire, I fear my order may have continued to languish in the backlogs for months or even years.

To say they demonstrate a lack of customer service skills is an understatement. Their complete absence of any phone line means that email is the only means of communication which they consistently take 5-6 days to respond to, thereby prolonging any dialogue, and ultimately delaying the resolution of customer concerns. The cost of their products is disproportionately high, and a friend who purchased a lightsaber from them confirmed that they are not as durable as they appear and are more for show than practical use.

I would be remiss if I did not offer an alternative solution to customers genuinely seeking the perfect lightsaber. I have had a positive experience with Ultrasabers and would strongly recommend that interested parties consider them as a viable option. Unlike my recent negative light saber purchasing experience, my purchase from Ultrasabers was a gratifying one.

SaberForge My Encounter with a Scamming

My recent purchase of a seemingly simple Eco saber, placed at the end of November, has unfortunately turned out to be a complete disappointment. As an avid fan of swordplay, I was eagerly looking forward to using this product. However, I am yet to receive the product despite the packages being delivered to France. To add to the frustration, I also received a package that was not intended for me.

After a considerable wait, I eventually discovered that my product had been returned to the United States without any prior notice or communication. Despite trying to contact the company via email, I'm still awaiting any response from them two months later.

It is appalling to see that not only has the company offered no explanation or apology for the inconvenience caused, they also did not offer any commercial gestures to remedy the situation. Furthermore, when I took to their social media page to share my experience and inquire about my product, they blocked me without any reasonable cause, preventing me from sharing my story to a wider audience.

As of May 02, after seven months of waiting, my eco saber is yet to arrive, and my faith in this company remains shaken. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Once you've fallen for their enticing marketing tricks and made payment, you'll be sucked into a black hole with no resolution or support.
