Sadler's Home Furnishings I got a couch from Sadlers in *** dis year

I got a couch from Sadlers in *** dis year. A few months later my couch had problems. I called customer service and they was able to order the part cuz my couch was still under warranty. When the part came, customer service called me to let me know. I asked if they could pick up my couch for repair but they said it cost extra. So my husband rented a trailer and dropped off the couch for repair. They said it would take about 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I got a text to pick up the couch. When we got home and took off the wrapping, we saw a *** in the leather but we didn't say nothing cuz it was hidden. But now, a month later, my couch is having the same problem again. This is a big problem and we are not happy. We want our money back or a new couch. We can't keep fixing the same problem every few months.

Sadler's Home Furnishings I got a sectional from Sadlers Furnishing and it's terrible

I got a sectional from Sadlers Furnishing and it's terrible. The leather is making a loud squeaking noise and it's not the Italian leather we ordered. I talked to a lady at Sadlers and she referred me to someone else who then I got the owner. I told him all about the issues and sent pictures and videos but he said it's normal. He sat in the leather sofa in the store and it's not loud, but this leather isn't in his store at all. We live 4 hrs away from Sadlers and he's trying to fool us by saying that. I went to Anchorage and talked to a sales rep and showed her the pictures and video. There is no sofa in the store with this leather and all were so nice and quiet. It's embarrassing when people come over and say why is this so squeaky and loud. The console opens every time we recline and it's so loud. Southern Motion refuses to call me or contact me. We want a replacement sofa and full credit to purchase another non-leather sectional. Please help.

Sadler's Home Furnishings We got a $3000 Stern& Foster mattress that was a new design with 2 layers of springs and 2 layers of memory foam to help my spouse's body after

We got a $3000 Stern& Foster mattress that was a new design with 2 layers of springs and 2 layers of memory foam to help my spouse's body after being in the Marines for 10 years and surgery's. The high plush, soft but not too soft mattress was perfect IN THE STORE. They delivered our memory foam mattress in an unheated truck (put in the night before) at -29 F degrees. It froze our mattress that they couldn't even get it down the stairs when it got to our home. The memory foam is ruined because it has been frozen. We let it sit out our living room for a week to thaw, then kept our downstairs at 70 degrees (using more electric then we normally do) which is way too hot for us, so that when we put it down there maybe it would get the right feeling\texture back. It did not and still has not. We waited a month just to make sure. When called, their response was "there is nothing we can do, are their kids in the home, why don't you let them jump on the bed." They wanted us to let our son jump on a $3000 mattress (this price is just for 1 mattress) "to soften it up". We should not have to do anything to the mattress, it should be just as it was in the store. We have a product sitting in our home that we did not order. This is not the Mattress that was sitting on their show floor, it wasn't the moment they put it in an unheated truck. Though the numbers may match up, this is not the mattress we wanted. It is a shady business practice to not honor your products, and make the customer pay for something that is not up to standard. Not only did we get a horrible product, we had to pay for extra fuel & electric to try to warm the mattress up after their mistake.
