I was checking for a free driver downloads and was reading about Safecart. I entered my credit card # to further see what it cost and entailed. After reading about it I decided not to buy it, but backed out of the program.
I later found "free downloads" for what I needed. I was billed $39.94 on Jan. 03, 2011 on my VISA card and it showed up on my monthly statement. I did not receive a download nor expected one from Safecart. I want my name "unsubscribed" from your mailings and expect you to credit my account for the $39.94.

automatic payment to safecart email received today
I received two Emails from PayPal today entitled 'Your automatic payment to SafeCart changed'. I have no recollection of agreeing to pay money to SafeCart. I believe I had a free sample which I never used, and I did not agree to follow this up. I am now finding it difficult to cancel the arrangement - I am being charged $35.21 for one and $11.71 for another. I have never been in this position before - normally one is asked for agreement.
Today i received a reminder that my SpeedyPC Pro license will be renewed automatically on February 3, 2014. I do not want this charge to be billed to my credit card! Please cancel this acct., I never authorized this billing...Thank-you for your assistance in this matter, and requre for your cancelation of this acct.

On April 12, '09, I was charged for my "regcure" product. I paid for driver Detective and could not get it to work right. I emailed them from their program about a week later asking for help. I got no reply. The program has disappeared from my computer and is completely gone. I would like to get my money back. as I paid $ 39.00 for it through pay pal.

I downloaded the SpeedyPC program with a 30 day guarantee of full refund. I have sent numerous e mailings and made over 50 calls to their phone number and noone answers in any of the selections you are asked to make on the automated system. My credit card was charged and I wanted a full refund. I noticed that they are using the Microsoft logo as an approval to draw people into what seems to be a scam.
I was charged for a "free" help for my printer, then was charged $39.90 on my account. They didn't help me at all. I still had problems with my printer not being able to print. I just checked paying bills on line, when I noticed that SafeCart charged me TWICE in the amount of #39.90.
Please let me know how I can those charges debited to my account or let me know what their phone number is.

I couldn't open a file ending in .txf and was referred to "SpeedyPC" a division of SafeCart. I paid $39.94 for the product, downloaded it and tried to use it. It supposedly did some sort of scan, but then there was no way to correct the "registry errors." I sent them an email to refund the charges to my PayPal account, but they didn't respond. Worse, I was put on an automatic billing cycle to be charged again and again annually. I have removed this program from my computer -- hopefully it has done no harm -- but don't know how to get the company to issue a refund and to stop the automatic billing.
BTW - the phone number given above is not a working number.

discribed. contact with driver detective and safecart was to say the lest "super nill"..
filed with paypal, who ruled against them for deception... but to this day, i have not received my money back or heard from them...

i was not aware that this was an annual cost for the paretologic pc health advisor and also for the xoftspyse anti spyware. it was my understanding that i was downloadinf a free copy only. please be so good as to refund the costs of 38.39 plus 12.17 tro my credit card as neither of these items was to my liking and therefor not used.

On Oct 5, I was searching for some way to open a file of pictures sent to us. The computer asked if I wanted to search the web for solutions. I said yes. It sent me to Ile-Docs.com. There was a "free" download for RegCure. I downloaded this and THEN it wanted $49.94 for the "registration key number"! I answered NO and got out of that website. I also uninstalled the program.
GUESS WHAT? A charge of $49.94 appears on my bank account! I feel they should REFUND this amount as I DID REPLY "No" to the charges.

I purchased an item Driver Detective for our problem that HP told me I needed for repair. A computer co. sent a repair man to the house and he said this item was not needed and he made the repair, I have called and no one calls me back, after trying and leaving messages, I am trying to get a response from you. all I want is a credit to me for an item that was not needed. $29.95 was billed to my card and I called the bank immediatly and they told me since no one will return my calls to try e-mailing you andto let them kn ow when you will be giving me a credit and if anyone even tries to help me.

On 8/8/10 I purchased Safe Cart File Cure to help with some of the problems I was having in my personal computer. I installed the program & couldn't get it to work. Then on 8/25/10 I installed Safecart Driver Cure to see if that would help with the File Cure. To my disappointment neither worked. I contacted technical support to help with my computer problem. I immediately uninstalled both programs. Both products were paid for on my Credit card account. I have yet to be refunded for both products. If You value Your money don't purchase either of these products... They do not work... :(

Had to get Technical Support to help with Drive Problem while Safe C.D.C. just charged my credit card and left me hanging. While on the internet I suddenly received a message from "Microsoft Internet Defender" that my my computer was under attack from a virus. I thought this was a warning from Microsoft's "Defender" software service and upgraded for $29.95 to get rid of the infected files. It turned out to be a scam. The payment was made on my debit care and so the thieves made off with my money and also infected my computer which took many hours at a tech center to fix. I also had to change my bank accounts, so I lost an entire day of work. I would attach the email confirmation but I think that would re-infect my computer. I have been warned not to open it. If I find a way to safely open it, I will send it along. I did have a lengthy converation with Wachovia's fraud department about it when changing my accounts. They had never heard of SafeCart.

This is an unauthorized charge...if I did somehow sign up, it was totally unclear that they were asking me to buy anything...might have been free trial or view but I never chose to sign up for any services..or to pay for anything, not even sure what they are for and don't want to go into site again to look at for fear of more charges without my knowledge being done to my account.

Safecart.com Is a money laundering scam service being investigated by law enforcement. They employ workers who steal financial information and launder funds through this site in order to make it appear as though it had been acquired legally. If you call them for a refund more than likely you will receive it as they are inherently fearful of anyone intelligent enough to prosecute, or attempt otherwise to reacquire their personal funds. Do not for any reason use this website ever for anything, it is a financial scam and will hopefully be shut down in the near future. They are a phishing site and will compromise your entire computer system and steal all your records/financial information, address, phone number, name, SSI#, anything they think they can use against you to illegally launder funds.

I have attached a screenshot of the unauthorized charges both posted and pending that they attempt to continually incur on my Paypal account. I was granted my refund when contacting them and then they charged it again afterwards, once again unauthorized and i will be not only calling again, but working closely with law-enforcement.

I just had one to my paypal account as well. I filed a dispute with them. The guy on the phone was just as baffled by it as me. Hopefully it gets cleared up soon.
I too was charged 29.95 on my Paypal account and I don't even know what they are nor did I authorize it. I filed a dispute and cancelled the recurring payments from my Paypal account. I don't use computers and only use iPads so I don't know how they did that.
SafeCart are ripping people off by debiting bank accounts without consent or authority of account holders. My account has been debited too.

On my Master Card Options credit card statement, I only noticed my mistake after I received my bill.On November 12th, I accidentally entered the safe-cart.com internet GBR protection twice at the price of $38.39. At the very time and day it was entered twice by mistake I only wanted and needed it once. My credit card company notified me and asked if you could delete one of those payments.They asked me to contact you so you could adjust that part of my statement to reflect indeed that you remove that one payment.Then they will start the process from their head office to remove it. On 26 November 2010, I received a call from my bank regarding that Safecart have made an unauthorized

i have notice that you have taken out £30.97 was taken out of my bank account on the or around the 16th of june without my knowledge for something that i did not order although i did have this last year for another computer in which i dont use and may i say that when you sent me a pin number to type in to activate the programme it did not work so i am asking for my money back for both times and also for a programme for privacy grid which also i did not ask for i took a look at it and found that money was involved and came out of it by closing down the request form but still again you take money out of my account which again you have done this trice in the last two months so in all you owe me about £90 plus you had left me with a bank charge of £42 as the money you took was for my bills and they could not be paid because unknown to me you took my money without autherisation from so now you can refund it all please or otherwise the bank with take action and as of now you can not steal my money
