I was looking for software to fix a problem with Microsoft Picture It 7.0. Their website reads: Automatic Driver Updater. Free Download: Drivers for Microsoft Pitcure v.2001. After downloading, I was requested to "register" my download. After submitting my info, I was informed that I had to pay 29.95 for one year's use with 9.95 for an additional year. I was promised 60 days to reverse the charge. After using the software, I learned there is nothing at all connected with Microsoft Picture It 7.0 on their list of drivers they were supposed to repair. I have contacted my credit card company who advises they will be able to do nothing until the charge comes through. I have Vista on my computer and all updates I need otherwise are regularly updated. It is companies like this with false advertising that give the legitimate businesses a bad time. I only hope I do not have a problem getting the charges on my card reversed. I was offered a free scan from pc cleaner. When the scan finished, I had several items on my computer (According to pc cleaner) that needed to be removed. When I started to have them removed that is when I was informed that in order to remove all of the threats on my computer it would cost me $29.95, but that my computer would run better & faster. But after the money was paid, low & behold, my computer had not changed at all. It still ran slow, and then began to freeze up on me when I was in the middle of something I was doing. Now, I have no idea how to go about getting a refund for this rip-off!

My computer was slow but is really bad now since downloading safecart. i cannot get into my add and remove file to make sure it has been uninstalled. I feel safecart is at faulkt with that. i have to take my computer in now to get all cleaned. I am very upset as I use that computer for my job.

Yes, PC Cleaner is a SCAM. I have spent countless hours in undoing this SCAM. If you happen to pay by PayPal, make sure you go into what is called Recurring Payments and CANCEL future Recurring Payments cause if you dont you end up with a NASTY surprise 6 months later. Next change all of your passwords for PayPal and Security Questions. If you cant find the Recurring Payments section, then go to the CONTACT button for PayPal and call them. They will take care of you. The first time PC Cleaner through SafeCart tried to charge me something my bank put a stop payment on them. We thought it was the end of it. 6 months later SafeCart is making unauthorized transactions through PayPal. Contacted bank reported SafeCart, contacted SafeCart and did speak with a human being who knew I had placed a Dispute on my PayPal account. Funny...how did they know this information, and they were very insisting on me removing the Dispute so they could give me back my money. I contact PayPal and talked to a higher up that stated NEVER cancel a Dispute if a merchant tells you to do so, this is just another sign of bad things. My issue is resolved and SafeCart WILL NOT be a problem in the future. In fact what is funny is that SafeCart does NOT have a phone number for PC Cleaner only a email address. And PC Cleaner is not on their list of Software companies they deal with. Um HELLO SCAM SCAM. So DONT do what SafeCart Rep mentioned about, instead contact your bank, contact PayPal and make sure you put a STOP to SafeCart, and make sure your Recurring Payments (which SafeCart claims PayPal automatically set me up on) is STOP. Change ALL of your Passwords. Pass it on SafeCart is NOT SAFE, and PC Cleaner is SCAM.

My credit card statement shows 3 charges from Safecart, which I never authorized, 1 for 39.94, and 2 for 1.00 each. I haven't even heard of the company. May 25 recd notice computer drivers extremely out of date and try a free update. Ended up with screen asking for $29.95 and was charged $39.90. After making a purchase thru Ebay and paid thru PayPal, a window popped up for this Driver Defender. I thought the charge was $10. Next thing I know my account is charged $39.90. Sent an email stating I wanted to cancel, no response. Weeks later, I have this icon on my computer from Driver Robot saying there were critical updates for my drivers waiting to be downloaded. When I attempt to download, I can only get to the registration. When I register, it then wants me to pay $39.90, or provide a Key #. Are Blitware (Driver Robot) and Driver Detective related? You can count me among the victims who have been swindled by SAFECART. I purchased REGCURE on 06/18/2012 for the amount of $39.94. The actual price was supposed to be $29.95 and was told by a technician an error had been made and I would credited $10 immediately. Well, guess what? I never received that credit! What a surprise. Now, even after being charged $39.95, they're charging me again--they did a scan of my system and said if I wanted to fix 5, 487 registry errors, I'd have to cough up another $39.95. I was caught out by this Company too. Saturday 16 March 2013. Spent ages with their `Technical Support` person, who eventually put a "cleaner" on that would take "half-an-hour" after which she would call me backl - she did not call back .or since, and the computer ithen n worse mess than before - I only had a problem with a hotmail account but afterwards could not even get on the internet!
I spent some hours before I was able to get my pc back into the condition it was prior to Safecard interference!
They have already charged my account, but a complete waste of time and money..

Computer kept telling me to use these products to fix slow computer. Downloaded this product Safecart Drivercure and another one called Dri 247livesupportinc. Computer crashed after installing. Had master dual drives on my computer. Changed one to slave. Formated the other one master. Reinstalled all programs. Lost all email accounts stored on computer and down loads. On the slave data hard drive I found problem was wins Blackbird virus that had penetrated through my Nod 32 antivirus software. Read in Google what this virus does. It points you to these programs for the sole purpose of selling them to unsuspecting public. Complete fraud. Programs are a complete rip off. Cannot contact the program people for refund and lost all down load information that was stored in the email file.
I don't understand the product myself. I have tried several times to use it and it does nothing for my computer. In fact I am no longer using the computer I installed the software on. unable to reach re: double billing
I order RegCure and had it on my February Visa bill. Then when it didn't work, I tried again to download it, this time using a Discover card. They said it would be 9.99 off but now I am being billed the full price again! I tried to email them and called the number that was given, which simply directs you back to their Website! Since I don't want to pay twice for the same service, why didn't the company notify me that I already had it?

unauthorized charges
I have been rip off by this company, they got access to my credit card and charged to my card a product I don't have or want or ordered. I have request a refund and have not gotten it and would like a refund as I am person in my 80's and do not know how to use the computer, my daughter is making this report for me.

As I said this company charged my credit card 49.90 for which I have no clue what it is for. And you can't get a hold of them by phone..only by internet and then the company name never comes up. The message says go to www.safecart.com/order lookup but that never comes up on the list when you go to that sight.
Two charges made to Master Card, one for $10.77, the other for $22.69, both are unauthorized.
My paypal account has been charged 3 times for SafeCart. I didn't have a clue what it even was. I have sent e-mails but no response. I am getting ready to report them and call an attorney because this seems to be occuring each month. Let me know if anyone can help
