My disabled son used his own disability money to buy a UTV from this company. He received it on August 10, 2023 and on August 13, it stopped working. We had to jump start in order to use the UTV. After three days The UTV would not even jump start. I called the company and was told that I need to transport it to a UTV mechanic and they will pay for the parts. They sent a battery and they insisted on sending the carburetor even though I told them it was the Voltage Regulator. I was told that the carburetor was the first thing to go. I contacted them a couple weeks later as that only worked for a day and told them now I need a new battery and a voltage regulator. I waited two weeks and on Sept 15, 2023 I called and they said they needed the VIN number from the UTV. I asked why they didn't email or call they said they emailed. They had they wrong email. I gave them the VIN number and a week later I still have no parts. My son has CP, Autism, and several other issues. This is the one thing he can do in life and the only thing he can ever drive. I have asked for my money back but this company sells "As Is". That is fine except when buying something new it should last longer than three days. Now my son is out 5400 dollars and no UTV. Please help him. He has had been through enough in his life, this company should not be allowed to sell non working merchandise.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund. You can come get the UTV. My son paid for it to be delivered in one piece. You can come get it and refund my disabled son's money.
