harassment and lies
We have a loan with citi financial who turned it over to santander consumer. They call everyday and every person we talk to has no idea what their even talking about. We have sent payments and now were being told were late and could apply for a deferment. The best part is someone else told us we had to pay everything on the loan immediately. Everyone you talk to has a different story on your account and no one actually listens to anything. I told someone I sent a payment in the mail and that they should have it in a day or two and they still wanted my checking account number and the check number I used. Get real santander and maybe hire people who aren't complete #s.
santander consumer usa terrible customer service
I had an auto loan with sovereign bank that was taken over by santander consumer usa.in september my car was totaled in an
Accident. On october 14, 2010 my insurance company made a payment to santander to pay off the loan. The loan was overpaid by $43.17. Additionally, on october 18, 2010 santander processed a regular monthly payment from my bank account even though the loan was paid off. I contacted santander to
Seek a refund of the overpayments. They requested and I sent documentation from my bank proving that the payment was sent to them on october 18. When I contacted them today, november 1, 2010; they acknowledged the overpayments and stated it would take 30-45 days to refund my money. I see no good reason why it should take that long to refund a payment they never should have taken.
I will never do business with santander or sovereign again.
Santander may have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
Hi I am from Sokolove Law. I’m part of our consumer rights group that works on consumer credit abuse claims. We have been reviewing thousands of potential claims where Santander may have breached their contracts in the way it charges fees to consumers. Their debt collection actions may have also violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. According to MSNBC, Santander is being accused of a number of questionable debt collection techniques, including illegally repossessing cars from active duty military while they were overseas, making as many as 800 “robocalls” to a single person, grossly overcharging for late fees, and making harassing phone calls to neighbors, friends, co-workers and children.

poor customer service
On saturday, dec. 17, 2011, at 3pm, I noticed 4 pending holds had been placed on my account, all from the same merchant and all at 1:30 pm that day. As these are fraudulent online transactions from a merchant I never even heard of, I called santander bank and cancelled my debit card. They had me call back on monday morning to officially dispute the 4 amounts.
Today is wednesday, december 21 and 2 of the 4 are credited to my account. I called the bank to find out why the other 2 were not credited, and they said that would happen when the investigation completes, in 7 to 30 days. As they all ocurred digitally with the same merchant and at the exact same time, it didn't make sense to me to not credit back all 4 amounts.
I spoke to a supervisor to let her know that I had oustanding checks which would bounce if they didn't credit the remainder, and she said there was nothing that could be done; the decision of the clerk in fraudulent claims was final, and was due to the large amount of the remaining 2 transactions ($145 total).
I have had this account (which I am about to close) since 1967, when the bank was shawmut bank, and have never had this kind of treatment. The $145.00 they are delaying means a lot more to me (living from paycheck to paycheck) than it does to a bank the size of santander.
I will be closing my account, and advise anyone thinking of opening an account with this bank to think twice about it. There are many banks out there that will treat you with some degree of respect.
very poor ontact with customers
I paid my car off in march 2011 for $590.42. Since my husband died in january and I was quite distraught I didn't think a thing of it when santander never sent me a sign off on my title. I just tried to get my plates renewed and they are still on my car title so I have tried to call and email for a week with no result! I keep getting a machine and it tells me I owe them money! Why won't someone talk to me to explain this mess?
overdraft protection
I was very upset with sovereign bank, 3 overdraft fees for 35 dollars each, in which only 1 should have been charged, called customer service, teller was very rude, then asked for a manager again told that even though there were 3 separate transactions sovereign puts them all together so that there is not enough money to cover them, this to me is stealing. Only 1 fee should have been charged, refused to take off additional fees. If there are 3 separate transactions they should be treated as so, how can banks get away with this?
late fees/harrasment
Santander consumer usa purchased my car loan. Every month we get late fees not matter when you pay your car payment and phone calls after phone calls telling us we are late and that they would prefer we make our payments on the web so we will be charged $11.95 for our payment and then still turn around and charge us late fees. They contact us and tell us they will help us due to the economy and then charge late fees. We could of had our car paid off by now if it was not for the never ending late fees.

late fees being added to account
My original loan was with hsbc. I never had a problem until santander took over my loan earlier this year. The very first statement that I received from them had late fees on it. I was not late with hsbc and did not know why they had been added to my account. After calling multiple times, I finally spoke with an agent who was very nice and very helpful. She told me that I could pay an additional amount on my may payment and the late fees would be taken care of. I did this and continued to make my regular payments each month, on time.in august, I start receiving calls again 8 to 10 times a day stating that my account is past due. I made my august payment 4 days early and was informed that part of that payment had been applied to the supposed late fees that were still on my account (even tho I had not heard from them since the agreement in may) so it made my august payment late. I have called santander several times trying to resolve this matter, to no avail. They continue to tell me that my account is past due, but cannot explain to me where the late fees came from to begin with. I asked them to review the conversation that I had with their agent in may, because they tell you when you call them that your call is being recorded for quality assurance. What a joke! They should honor the agreement that their agent made with me, especially since I paid an extra amount for something that I really didn't understand in the first place. This company needs to be put out of business. They are a big jjoke!
I am also having problems with this piece of @#*# company. Have a car loan through them with payments starting 4/2008. As of 6/2012 I have made 45 payments towards my loan and Santander only posted $1, 700 towards my principle in a 4yr period. The worst thing is this amount was posted during the first yr of my loan and for the past 3 yrs NOTHING AND I DO MEAN NOTHING was posted towards my principle. they posted 41 of my payments directly and totally towards the interest portion of the loan. on top of that they posted over 25 late fees and that so western union fee of $10.95 was posted as $20.98. You tell me, is this correct accounting practice, is this legal for a company to do as they please, isn't there some LAW THAT PROTECT the consumer from companies like Santander form ripping people off?! I say that the Federal govt should launch an all out investigation against this company and shut it down permanently for the protection of consumers in the world!
I am also having the same problem with Santander, I had no idea that HSBC sold the note to Santander. Immediately I started receiving notices and calls that I had late fees, I should have paid of the note in September of 2011, and my balance is now to the point that I will pay off my account in 2013. They have added fees and late charges that was supposed to have been a 5 year note and will end up being a 7 year loan. They are ripping people off and they will not work with you. They need to be put out of business.
auto loan
I have been receiving so many calls, automated and person from the company. They just wont leave me alone. They have been bothering non stop at my work and now even bothering my sister and my in-laws. This is getting ridiculous to a point that I do not know what to do. I want to go to a lawyer but I have no money. They are always harassing me and they call weekends and even late at night. I have asked them countless of times to not call my work because my boss has told me to have them stop calling at our work. I had drive financial before the change to santander and drive financial was better than this lousy company. The people are rude, and sometimes I can not even understand them. I have seen on my paper statements 100 dollars more on my bill, but when I call them to make a payment, the amount is totally different! What the hell! So frustrating.

fraudulent repossession
Auto was fraudulently repossessed. Last bill states 69 out of 72 payments were made but lists amount due as 16, 000. When asked for explanation, was rudely told that I didn't understand "simple loans". Auto repossessed after hundreds of calls and the last two were from an "investigator" who called my employer telling them that I was mentioned in a fraud.
deceiving business practice
Santander offered me the opportunity to skip a payment on a loan for the month of july 2010. I signed their required document and returned it along with a $25.00 check.
I was later told that they never received the documen, however my check was cashed. They never honored the skip payment and when I inquired several times, they said they would look into it.
In the mean time, I kept getting phone calls telling me that I was late on my payment. I had never ever been late before
Santander acquired my loan from hsbc. I was very happy with that company and had never had any problems. I got hit with late charges forr july and august. I am very very disappointed in this company because I believe they deliberatedly caused my account to be assessed late charges. I never even got a notice explaining to me why they refused to honor my request to skip a payment. They were offered it in the first place. Consumers beware of offers like this. Banks have not changed their old tricks, they just changed their tactics..

harassment
I am getting up to 10 calls a day from santander. They also call from 7:30am - 8:30pm. They call they day my payment is due if they have not received it by 5pm. I talk to multiple people from there and explain my situation but they obviously do not communicate with each other or record for 'quality assurance purposes.' they are rude. They will not work me with. I know what my monthly payment is however since it became santander, I have not received 2 consecutive months of my monthly payment. It is always different. I will never recommend santander to anyone.

I received a call this morning stating my husband was a reference regarding one of their customers. A person we don't even know. It was a call to our home phone which we rarely use and never give out the number to anyone! When I returned the call to let them know that, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Come to find out the person they were referring to is one of my neighbors kids, that we barely know. We never agreed to be a reference for her either. The next time they call I will answer and they will not like what they are going to hear! Apparently what they did was find my husbands name and our home number in the white pages and proceed to harass us about their customers account!
This company bought out GEMB Lending and is now charging a fee of $10 to make a fee via internet and phone.
They told me I can send a check to them and they wont charge the $10 fee.
Then if your even 1 day late on the payment they call you and your work at least 3-5 times a day.
This is a horrible company. I wish I would have known way ahead of time that they were buying out GEMB so I could have switch companies on my own.
I have been harassed for a long time now I have been on long term disability for over a year and a half it is hard with just my disability check to pay my rent and my other bills since my salary went lower than what I was making when I was working I tried to explain that to Santander and they said they can't help me. I still would pay at least a month since I had fallen behind I tried sending them money every chance I got but I was being called at least more than 8 to ties a day everyday even when I tried telling them everyday they would still call me the next day it came to a point I would not answer so they started to call my family and friends everyday my friend had to tell them to stop calling them and they still called them I would get calls before 9:00 in the morning until as late as 9:00 at night I worked making calls for a pharmaceutical company and I know we were not allowed to call before 9:00 in the morning that was the law however they were calling me at all early hours and on Sunday morning as well at 8:00 now I got up this morning at 6:00 in the morning and my car was repossess I called them made an arrangement to pay my balance which I paid and know when I called them back to find out where my car was so that I can get it back they stated that the reinstatement office line was busy and they would send them an email and someone would get back to me I called again and they stated that they sent a release form to the agent informing them that the car was indeed paid and that it could be released so I asked them what was the name of the people again that had taken my car and they said that they would transfer me to the reinstatement office only to be told again the line was busy this went on for over 4 hours and no one still got back to me my last call was at about 8:00 pm tonight only to be told that the agent who took the car was closed and that I could do nothing I explained to them that someone was suppose to have returned my called today and as a result now I could not get my car all I wanted was the name of the place to get my car as a result the lady that answered my call was able to give me the information I had requested early during the day where the other employees of Santander said they could not give me and at that time it was to late to get my car so I proceed to call the number they gave me and the person tells me that he is just the agent and that now it is impossible for me to get my car and that I may not be able to get my car now till Monday so now because of the employees negligence I now have to wait for another three days and pay for the car pound where they have my car they have a deal with this company it seems because I made they payment early enough and they had received my released form early enough where the information that the Santander employees told me they could not give me and that I would get a call back and was not called back this other employee conveniently gave me after 8:00 pm and was able to give to me now I have to pay extra monies that I cannot afford to pay. they have a gimmick with the towing company and I also feel that Santander has been over charging me for over a year when I was with Citifinancial my payments were $487. now it seems they are charging me $508.00 that is over a year and a half of that extra money since they took over. Please if any one can represent me get back to me right away.
this company santander is the worst business i have ever dealt with. my payment s got behind and i am catching the note up. there has been a wrecker stop by my house everyday for a week. i called and talked to the company. trucks still coming. the drivers are even getting out and just wondering around my property. i have had enough

agents salary
I am a customer service representative with santander consumer usa. We work outside the us and maybe that is why we are being treated so disgustingly bad! Firstly our salary is crap. We get 3.5 us dollars an hour, we are required to work 9 hour a day including our lunch our which we don't get paid for. We are required to take a full hour lunch and if we need to go to the bathroom during working hours, that time would be deducted from our salary. Secoundly we dont get compensated for any medical expense, no sick notes nothing... I need to know if those conditions and also the pay is what the agents in the states are going through. I figured becuse we are not located in the us the would take advantage... I need to hear you comments...

WOW, I'm not at all surprised to read about how underhanded and hard hearted Santander is. Working for them is like selling your soul to the devil it seems. I can't be with you guys in Dallas on July 14th, 2012 but will be there in spirit and will say a prayer for you and the rest of you whom been victimized by these shepherds for the devil.
I can attest,
I was discriminated against for Disabilities by SCUSA HR/HQ in Dallas. I applied for FMLA 2 weeks early and ADA reasonable accommodations which they denied and then told me to re submit the paperwork when I was eligible. Then 4 days before I was eligible for submitting FMLA and ADA paperwork they fired me for a bogus reason. I had never been written up or in trouble the entire time I was employed there. I was wise enough to keep emails and made voice recording of meetings where I was harassed and put through a hostile work environment in order to cause me medical hardship and then to find a pretext to fire me. The evidence is extremely overwhelming. We are also planning a very public protest on July 4th 2012 at their Dallas HQ. I am keeping further details secret until the EEOC and TWC arbitration is over and the Trial Case is setup. This is one of the most un ethical companies in the country and extremely negligent.
The agents in the USA make a lot more money. They are taking advantage of you.
Let me start off by saying that $3.50 an hour is more then the Chinese make working for US manufacturers, I've heard and seen reports that their working conditions are awful and work weeks are 60hrs +.
I do understand your frustration with your employer but why do you think he has a call center in your country? Answer: cheap labor...
Do you think that Americans are happy with the export of jobs to foreign countries? Heck no.
But then again you work for the collection department of a Company that does not have very many favorable reviews, is not a member of the BBB, has numerous complaints logged and in the near future a possible defendant of a class action lawsuit for violating US residents rights under the FDCPA . IMO look for another US employer in your country.
customer service
In september and october 2011, I was receiving voicemails on my cell phone and at home from sovereign bank. I'd call and explain that I don't have a bank account with sovereign and they'd tell me that i'm not in their system and "we're not sure why a member has been calling you." finally, after 6 weeks, I said that if I was called again, i'd have my lawyer contact them about harrassment. I received a call back from "nikki" explaining that my mother was late with her home mortgage check. I asked how they received my contact information and she did not know. (how do you not know how you received contact information for a person not belonging to your bank?)
I then paid them in full for my mother and asked that I be sent notification of the payment in full.
3 weeks later, I was transferred to eleven different people in five departments who told me that i'm not listed in the banking system and they were "not at liberty to discuss any issues with me."
You can take my money, but you cannot send me notification that you received it and it was properly attributed to the correct account on my mother's behalf? I actually had a representative ask me if I was sure that I didn't "accidently make the check out to the personal account of a sovereign employee instead of sovereign bank."
I have never witnessed such inept run-around in my life. Thankfully, I am not sovereign bank member.
If you have a sovereign account - i'd run. I'd rather hide my money under my mattress than have to deal with endless phone calls with no one able to accept responsibility for their inactions.

they always say I make payment late and they charge me 21.5 every month
This is a auto loan company, I financing from this company. The payment due is every first day of a month. However, they always say I make payment late and they charge me 21.5 every month. This is not ture! The truth is I make payment far before 1st day of a month, I mail my check to this company, I live in mobile, al, and the company is located at dallas. They always make deposit late, sometimes on 10 of a month. For example, I mail my payment on 02-26-2010, but they make deposit at [protected], the mail will take that long to dallas? Obviously, they are cheating me! I've checked my bank account and reviewed the loan account history! They are cheating me! Plus, their services are so bad. I make rearrangement every time, nobody does it!
I am pleased to report that the refinancing for my car went through at my own bank, in the end my brother had to put his car up as collateral and cosigned but we got ourselves out of the loan at Santander;. I encourage anyone who has a loan with Santander to see if you can refinance at your own bank that you trust?. I have also warned my bank that Santander is shady and facing lawsuits and to be sure they mark the payment as in full when they pay them off and to make sure absolutely sure they are off my car title". I now have a refinance through my bank of $194 payments each month for 4 yrs, compared to the 2 1/2 years I had left on the Santander loan at $298?.42 each month:. Putting $104 back into my pocket each month that I need for living expenses, and the interest rates were lower because I now qualify for lower interest rates:. Please see if you can refinance at your own bank, it is worth the trouble.
set up the auto pay and you should have no more trouble
scam
I was charged with 2 overdraft fee's of 35.00 from sovereign bank for insufficient funds. But on that day that the purchases were made and put on my account I went to the bank and depoisited 50.00 in the macine with my debit card which left me an amount on my bank slip saying that I had.01 in my account, the next morning when I checked my checking account on sovereignbank.com I had been charged the 2 over draft fee's that should not have been on my account. I went to my bank and spoke with a bank employee who checked my account and seen that client relations had charged these 2 fee's. The bank employee than called customer service stating that there was nothing she could do for me and did not know why I had been charged either since she was the one who told me the day before that if I deposited the 50.00 in my account I would be fine. When she spoke to customer service they said I was charged the fee's on my account because the money had to be put into my account by 3:00 pm that day. She then responded to customer service that she did not even know that her own bank had a cut off time of 3:00 pm to put money in to cover before they charged a fee. She than stated that I had a receipt for june 3 rd that it was put in on the 3rd of june and on my slip I had also shows that date june 3rd and on my account on the internet they had the 4th of june that it was deposited. Customer service than told the bank employee that the cut off time of 3:00 pm was on a sticker outside at all there atm machines which I than told the bank employee that there was not a sticker stating this at there atm machine. Customer service would not take off the over draft fee's for 70.00 and then also before I had recieved my notice in the mail that came on the 8 th of june stating that if the fee's were not paid as of the 6th day my account would be charged another 5.00 and was charged on my account due to my work check was not going to be depoisited until the 11th of june and I did not have the money to put for there over fee charges. I also have taken pictures of 3 atm machines in 3 different areas in my city and none of these atm machines have stickers to tell you any cut off time and also I have spoken with another employee at the same sovereign bank that I went to and always deal with and that other bank employee also stated that she never knew that they had a cut off time either, I am now out of 75.00 and would like to get my money back.
stay away from this one
I originally had a loan with road loans when I bought my car brand new in 2008. I went online to pay my bill and then I was informed that drive financial was my new loan company then the next thing I know the company name is santander usa! I never once had a problem with my orginal loan I consistently paid my loan ontime but now my account is showing late fees and large payment amounts. I did get behind one time with santander usa and I called and got a deferment and supposedly this was to get me up to date and clear all fees. I get harrassing phone calls constantly at work and at home. I am trying to do everything in my power to get away from this company and if anyone is thinking of using them as your lender don't do it no matter how desperate you are to get a loan!

when you defer a payment it don't take care of any fees on the account.. it only puts a regular pmt to the end. so if you have late fees, you would still be liable to pay for irt.
charging wrong payoff amount
I recently received a letter from santander stating that my vehicle loan maturity date was 11/25/2011. And that I owe 7635.17. I contantacted them to find out why I owed so much on my loan and I was just told it was late charges and interest. That they were going to email me a paper to fill out an d send back to them to extend my loan. First I told them that I did not want to fill out anything off of an email because I was a victim of identity theft. As a matter of fact my identity theft was 2 years ago when santander took over my loan and has the same fort worth texas addy as the person who took my identity and tried to take my tax refund. Anyway I have since waited 2 weeks for these so called emails to take to a attorney and never received them. Then today I got a bill in the mail stating I owe a payment of 225.00 and that I have made 70 out of 72 payments and my balance is 7610.39. Which is a little lower than the first letter. I called them back and told them I didn't understand why I owe so much. I was told I have had 19 late payments and they were all applied to interest. Interest? I said nothing went on principle and I was to. D no. First off my husband is off with his 2nd shoulder surgery in a year and a half. Most of the payments were paid by the disability insurance we bought with the truck. (which we were told by santander we did not have and we did.) they told me at that time apparently we can't make the payments so they were coming to get the truck and I told them they weren't coming and getting anything that the insurance would be making the payment when its due. Anyway we cannot help how disability pays and should not have to pay such high interest or late charges. They should not be allowed to get away with this at all. This is why america is in the shape that it is in because of crooked people like them... Please help all of us that have been affected by them..
this company is rude, very rude
This has been at least over a year. I had hail damage on my car which I am still paying on. I was not behind on my payments at this time, the insurance company sent the check in my name and theirs, well they cashed the check and never sent the check back, so I never got my car fixed. I called and ask foe a statment for what they did with this money, I was told a lot of different thing such as they added to my balance are they took it away from the balance. I never could get a statement for this they refuse to send it. And I told them I would mail in payments they said no. I just want to no is this legal and if not can I do anything about this. The check was 1, 900.00. And I had a 500.00 ded. This company is rude very rude.
If they cashed the check and you did not get that money its potentially fraud...on their part...the problem is...you have to be a millionaire to get any legal action taken against santander as they have the money to threaten you and make you to scared to do anything, they are going to employ who they can to get them out of it...and well...they always find a way out of not being responsible for anything they do wrong... and we all know they aint exactly the most honest company around.
Unless your rich and have influential friends in the legal business as the british would say 'you can do naff all mate'..in other words...you cant do a damn thing.
fraudulent practices
Called to get a payoff quote, the quote was over a thousand dollars more than the total would be if I make the remainder of my payments left on the loan. When I asked how that could be possible they told me it was added interest and fees. They told me ghat at the end of my loan I would have additional payments due, additional balance owed after I payed off the loan. They can not explain this to me. This seems to be fraud at it's worst, as far as I can tell.
My husband and I are going through this right now with this company. We only have 2 payments left and now they are telling us that disability was late making 19 payments and now we owe them 7635.17. They won't explain their figures and told me they were coming to get the truck. REALLY? How can they be allowed to do this.
Paid off loan. According to internet - nothing was owed. Month after I paid last payment, reverified that nothing was owed. Month later checked my credit rating. According to them I had 2 missing payments. I had proof that one was paid on time and had no idea why they were showing a payment due when the loan was paid off. Called them. Told me it was a $44 payment for interest because we paid in the grace period? Woman made me go to WalMart and wire money and promised it would be taken off credit rating. It wasn't. Perfect credit for 40 years now reflects 2 late payments that never happened.
worst company ever
I had my car loan with hsbc auto and then suddenly one day i'm getting calls from santander. I fell behind on my car loan by 45 days due to being diagnosed with leukemia and spending some time in the hospital. I have been dealing with santander for about 4 months now. I am really confused as to how they come up with the amount of cash owed on my account. I made a payment every 60 days for 2 months straight and then made 2 payments within one month. From my calculations, I should be caught up. I went to the website and it showed I was 31 days past due, then a week later, it said 63 days past due. It additionally showed my normal payment amount and then over $2, 100 in "fees". I have no thought what this is. To make matters worse, they continually call me at work. I have advised them that I cannot receive personal calls and to stop. I additionally said this was opposed to the fdca and I would file a complaint, yet they continue to call at work. I additionally get several calls a day on my cell. The last straw was they called my father last week. Oliver davila told him that he was looking for me and left a number. He then questioned my father if he was hiding my jeep at his house. My father said "no, you can come check if you'd like". My father then called me upset and he has a heart condition. I called santander and spoke with a supervisor and told her I would be filing a complaint and to never call my father for a second time and upset him. She informed me that my father must be lying because they would have never said that to him. I am at the end of my rope with these people. I will be taking the advice of others and filing complaints with the ftc, my attorney general, and my congressman. I urge all of you to do the same.
I was with Citfinancial Auto before being switched to Santander. You can bet that when I get my piece of junk payed off (yes, fees on fees with no explanation) that I will not be doing business with this agency again. They will send me my bill for $240.07 each month when the amount should be (and always has been) $245.07. The time I made my check out for $240.07, I was charged extra the next time! The only way you can pay exactly what you owe is by check via the U.S. mail. If you pay over the phone, with your Visa Card or by any other means you are paying extra fees for them to process your check or card. My payment is due on the 13th, but I do not get paid until the 15th. They want to harrass me every time for being "2 days late" and I have told them repeatedly that I cannot make payment until the 15th. Now they have a statement on the back of the bill saying that if your payment is not made ON the due date, you are subject to late fees. Never had this problem with Citifinancial Auto.

Complaint SPC J. C. Goode VS Santander protest at Dallas TX Head Quarters
This is to announce that members of members of U. S. Veterans groups and members of PTSD and Epilepsy Foundations are going to organize a huge protest at the Dallas H.Q. of Santander Consumer U.S.A..
This is in regards to the unlawful harassment and termination of an employee who has PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and Traumatic Brain Injury related Epilepsy. This is a growing problem in the U.S. with soldiers returning to the workforce. The Corey Goode VS Santander Consumer U.S.A/SCUSA law suit may be the ground breaking law suit that many veterans and supporters of the victims of PTSD, TBI and Epilepsy have been waiting for. The plaintiff has collected hundreds of emails and recorded some very embarrassing conversations between himself and Management and the SCUSA HR department including the Senior VP.
Several local and national news agencies will be present for the protest as will dozens of people who are a part of a Class Action Law Suit against SCUSA for harassment as well as the unrelenting calls to the families of deployed soldiers as well as actually repossessing their vehicles. This will be yet another embarrassing moment for the U.S. based arm of Santander’s bank of Spain. They may now actually be remembered as a poster child for three different hot button disabilities in the U.S. and in Europe. There has been a site started on Facebook for this cause and can be found at the link below.
How many more scandals and public relations nightmares can Santander handle before they learn to change some of their hard ball policies? Time will only tell as this story unfolds. The date of the Protest will be released on their site the third week in July. The evidence is overwhelming and once it is in the media it will make many Board Members and Share Holders very frustrated. Follow this story by going to the website and by following the protest on National and possibly international media. The case will indeed be a God send for the many thousands of soldiers who are dealing with discrimination because of both PTSD and Epilepsy caused by Traumatic Brain Injuries while in the service.
The number of people and groups associated with this Facebook site is staggering. Take a look at:

I am so glad to know i am not alone. I paid 512.00 to stay out of repo and a lady called 3 days later talking about another 180.00 and she informed me that every Representative does not know what is going on with these accounts i now have a certified letter at the post office
