I feel compelled to warn others about the tricks and false promises that your representatives use to pull unsuspecting consumers into your timeshare membership. My family and I were tricked by your employees, who used our children as pawns to get us to sign on the dotted line. We were led to believe that we would be getting a luxurious vacation experience at an affordable price. Yet, it hasn't been anything close to that. We feel violated, cheated, and robbed of our hard-earned money. From the moment we attended the initial pitch meeting to the present day, we have been subjected to a barrage of unfulfilled promises, hidden fees, and a lack of transparency. Your company has failed to deliver on every single thing that was promised to us during the sales pitch. Even when we realized that this timeshare membership was turning out to be a massive mistake, and reached out to your company for help in ending the agreement, we were met with disregard and poor customer service. You made us feel as though our concerns were baseless and that we should be grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your company. We have been denied any assistance in terminating the agreement. We are now stuck with this burden that we cannot escape, despite it not working as promised and costing us a fortune. We are writing this complaint to demand that your company take responsibility for your deceptive marketing and sales practices, and the lack of support provided to us. We would urge anyone considering investing in a timeshare with this company to think twice before signing on the dotted line. We have been left feeling disillusioned, angry, and tricked into purchasing a product that wasn't what we were promised. We are still looking for a way out.
