Delayed postal shipment/ Documents
Good day!
I have sent my documents last october 5 2023,and they said it will just take 5-10 days but until now the receiver didn't receive it yet, and the last update is october 21 it says its on its way to destination which is coventry, but the place of the receiver is in turks and caicos island, its been 9 days since the last update but until now there is no progress, and Im trying to call the call center to raise this issue but they just said its not in saudi arabia anymore so I ask a contact number where I can follow up the parcel but she just said she dont know ,and for that it made me more frustrated and stressed on where I can locate my parcel it is very important documents and now im thinking it is lost.Please help me with this.
Spl shipping to uk from Saudi
My 30kg parcel has not been delivered. The tracking is showing that it is on its way to Coventry uk. Posted on 7th July 2023 and have not received it till today 12 October 2023. I have been in touch with spl and a ticket was raised however there has been no response regarding the ticket. I don’t know how to make a claim from the uk as I cannot speak Arabic. My phone number which spl have on my receipt is incorrect and no matter how many times I have asked spl to rectify this it is not being corrected. Only 3% of the complaints have been resolved. This definitely shows how incompetent the spl staff are in helping customers who are already frustrated. Goes to show no matter how much money you put into a business if the business is not managing to fulfil its promise as contracted its not a successful business.
Desired outcome: To be contacted by spl to come to an agreement for compensation for my lost luggage.
SPL shipping Saudi
I sent a 30kg package to be delivered to the UK from Saudi Madinah Airport my Tracking number EJ013545837SA. The shipment on my tracking is showing at central office Jeddah from the date sent on 9th July 2023. The package has not moved. With numerous calls to spl and a couple of emails they have a wrong telephone number each time I ring I update and till date I have not received any correspondence or update from SPL about my package which they have lost or someone has taken. I would like to claim for my package however o do not know what the procedure is for Saudi, it doesn’t seem straightforward like the uk. That are not helpful at all. The outcome I would like is an apology bro say my package has been lost and I would like to be compensated for my items that were lost in my package the postage and my phone calls. Which are looking highly unlikely as I haven’t even got a message that my package was even sent. I do have the paperwork they gave at the airport but the admin team just say wait not sure how long they want me to wait as it’s been over 30 days. They promised to seliver in 3-5 working days. Please someone help.
Desired outcome: Apology and to be compensated for my items postage and phone calls or my package to be found and delivered to my uk home address.

My parcel delivered to other person.
I have a parcel from korea with tracking number ES334476300kr but when I tracked it it was delivered already but I didn’t received any parcel it happend this 14th of November 2022. Nov. 15 I went to the office and also called the customer service and they told me that the parcel is not under my name. I have proof that the tracking number I have is from post office korea it was the receipt and copy given to the sender.. I read one complaint here that it happens to him/her they called the person who received the item and the person returned it. Maybe they can do the same with me.

I have three shipments from Singapore: RB225398986SG, RB225012654SG and RB224988624SG. I paid the VAT (invoice: [protected] and [protected]) and paid for the change of destination to be delivered to my home address. After two days, I discovered that the Saudi Post had decided to send them back to the seller instead of receiving my orders. I called customer services, who had no clue and advised me to file a complaint. I tried to file a complaint on the Saudi post website, but the system did not allow me, so I called them back, and they filed three complaints ([protected], [protected] and [protected]). Until now, unfortunately, no response. therefore, I called customer service back, and I was told the shipments, unfortunately, might have been sent back already. Unfortunately, they made me lose all this time and money, and I have not even received an apology or compensation.

Tracking status not updated since 7 days
I send one documents parcel by EMS from Jazan to lahore via shipment document tracking number EK130051012SA on dated 08/4/2022 but since 10/4/2022 my document status is same no any change status update from jeddah to karachi. But my address is Lahore pakistan not karachi. Also why not status updated since 7 days.

The Cargo i recieved in very bad condition
i sent the cargo to India on 26-Feb-2022 with Tracking no- EK129581335SA and I received his at my desired place on 12-March-2022 but the condition of material is in the worst condition even the dry fruits are all out of the packet and mixed with the chocolate. One stainless steel barbeque stand's leg was bent. Even the dates were outside of boxes and the toys were open and broken. Even they asked me to pay INR-2530 as custom duty This all material was for my personal use and not for trading purposes.
I need action for this kind of mishandling.
Desired outcome: I need a refund for INR which I pay as custom and compensation for my loss.

Two Parcels 📦 📦 handed over to Saudi post more then one month ago. Both parcels had the same tracking number.

Tracking Number: EK125515910SA Parcel not delivered in destination to Jemila Goitu
(USA) Zip Code 98198 is located in the state of Washington in the Seattle.
And one of the Parcels with the same Tracking Number EK125515910SA delivered to North Carolina 27526.
The supervisor of the post office of North Carolina mentioned it is not possible to have the same tracking number for two different parcels 📦📦 .
Delay to receive My parcel
I did not receive my parcel yet. I should have received it in 10 to 15 days as informed but I did not receive it after a month too. We paid more to receive our parcel early because it was urgently needed but it has not yet come. The post said to track it online but we could not track our parcel online. So we had to visit the post office thrice despite we paying it more.
Missing documents
I sent document ( important) from UK to Ksa.When I track it was delivered but actually not delivered to my recipient.I contact customer care for 10 days and they keep on telling wait for 48 hours and they are not interested to help.i asked them contact number of destination post office so that I can call them and verify.
