I've been tracking for my shipment since 30 August 2021 from Dammam to Riyadh up to today 13 Saptember 2021, but until now the shipment history is just repeated again and again. I pay for express for the shipment and It's been delayed for more than 2 weeks. Some of my item inside getting damage. I also called the Customer Service but the they're just keep me waiting for nothing. I have some important item in shipment.

it was december 2020 when the package was sent from New york by Usps and received on January 2021 by Saudi Post.
While tracking on the parcel. I have found out that the package was sent back to new york by February 2021 but until now August 2021, according to the inquiry of the sender, US post claims that the package did not reach New York.

Cargo shipment
May 17, 2021, a cargo box was shipped for me via Emirates Post from Benjamin III Alonzo Sioson in United Arab Emirates. Tracking number CP102784096AE. The area of destination is Sakaka, Aljouf, Saudi Arabia. I was instructed that it will take more time than usual date of delivery due to restrictions of Covid 19. Months passed but still I did not receive a call from the post office about tge shipment. I was surprised that the cargo box was shipped back to UAE without any information if it reached my area. Now I will pay again for it's shipping fee to be delivered again to me. Kindly address the issue as it is really wasting time and money. Thank you!

I have sent a parcel from UK to Saudi Arabia via Parcel Force on the 27th July and still in Custom of Saudi since the 3rd of August till Now, My brother in Law contacted them to find out what happen they told him to make a complaint which is nothing happen, and now moved to Custom Declaration after I emailed them and asked them i will get in touch with the Minister of SPL. the staff un competent also raciest with non Saudi Citizens and asking things to hard with them not sure if there is a law to persecutes these type of people or the law protect them. however the parcel still on customs and no one done anything about it.
I need to know is there any way to open international investigating against SPL سبل Because it's a joke they want be like western countries by using the latest Tec but they are not competent enough to use it.

Tracking number EK109171985SA.Before I called so many times to customer service then they said your parcel is on the way. But still there is no movement in the parcel status. I sent a shipment to Kolkata, India last June 20, 2021 with a tracking number CE017389865SA. My shipment contains assorted items and some are foods like almond, cashew nuts and raisins etc. The total weight of my shipment are 29.8(kg). I'm complaining about unordered packet received from singapore
I received SMS from Saudi Post to collect a parcel/packet on 19th April 2021. I was wondering who send it to me. I went today finally on 3rd May 2021 to collect it and see what is it. Surprise to see a small packet from Singapore (unknow source) with a small ring (steel). But my name and address was perfect. While keep wondering about it, started googling in the net and found that sales brushing technique. Using cheap cost of Saudi post to send less weight worthless items to perfect address to show their increase in sales. I would like Saudi post to identify these problems and eradicate from your side. When I asked the counter person in Saudi post about the sender, he said unknown.
Import of Khajur
My consignment of sixty kg of Khajur appears to have left Madina on the 22nd of March 2021, though it was actually posted a week previously. The latest EMS tracking shows that it still held up in Riyad. I fully understand the impact of Covid-19 on all nations and the safety precaution it can impact on normal service. But such a delay is unacceptable.
It appears that there is no one who can listen to any complaint.

Dates parcel handed over to Saudi post more then one month ago

I have perched dates from A Suplier in Madina on 18th March and they handed over to Saudi post under the ref no. EJ008141090SA. Which was dew to deliver on 29th March but still the parcel status shows under proses in Madina central post office I have contact the supplier and he visited the post office last Thursday and being told the parcel will be delivered i four days mean Tuesday and today is Friday and parcel is still in Madina
I have Purchased these dates for Ramzan
It is Sad that some one is not doing his job right and just Messing about and Laying in Month of Ramzan

RX163106337DE has been sent from Australia to South Africa. Item was sent on the 16 Dec 2020 and was sent in error to Saudi Arabia. I see item was redirected to Johannesburg South africa on the 10 Feb. However on the 23th it shows item has arrived at country of destination and again shows Saudi Arabia.

Delivery problem
I ordered facial device from Lookfantasticae.com until now no one contacted me to deliver the items, I have been recieving messages from saudipost that my items will be delivered from a certain date from November but until now no one called me. I didn't expect this kind of bad service.
Package not yet delivered for almost 4 months.
Package from Germany not yet delivered for almost 4 months. The package tracking no. is CC507806775DE. It has been sent from the country of origin last June 18, 2020. Arrived here in Riyadh last July 27, 2020 but until now it is still "Processed for Clearance" when I track the Package.
