We recently purchased a vehicle from *** and were told that a thorough vehicle inspection had been conducted. However, upon receiving the vehicle, we discovered that the bumper was actually held on by zip ties. Considering that *** is a well-known and respected dealership, we were extremely disappointed to find that they were unwilling to address this issue. It is concerning to think that our teenager is driving a car with a bumper secured by zip ties, as it compromises their safety. When I finally received a response, I was informed that the lower price of the car was due to this specific issue. If that is the case, it seems that *** was fully aware of what they were intentionally selling. This level of disregard for customer safety is completely unacceptable.

On March 30, 2022, I placed a refundable deposit of $500 to reserve a used car until it was ready for a test drive and purchase. On April 16, 2022, I went ahead and purchased the vehicle. However, on May 7, 2022, I noticed that the $500 deposit had not been refunded, so I immediately emailed *** to inquire about it. His response was, "I thought I had already refunded that, let me follow up on Tuesday."

Unfortunately, on May 29, 2022, I still had not received the refund and had not received any response from ***. Frustrated, I reached out to him again, and he assured me that he would look into the matter. However, on June 8, 2022, I still had not received the refund, and there was no response from ***. The same situation persisted on June 15, 2022, with no refund and no response.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed and would like to request the refund of the $500 deposit that is rightfully owed to us, considering we have already purchased the vehicle. It is important to note that this amount was not applied towards the purchase price, and I regret not requesting it at the time of purchase.
