I am very disappointed in the lack of service provided by Sharaf DG with delivering the gas job Ref: SIDM101040923272 bought on Monday 4th Sept 2023 in Dubai Mall. I have attached the receipt of the purchase. I have been lied too about being called to confirm delivery.
I have called numerous times and it’s now Friday and I still don’t have the gas hob delivered to me. I received a call at 4pm on 7th Sept 2023 tell me the job will be delivered on Friday 8th Sept 2023 and said it should be delivered today 7th Sept 2023z I’m still waiting for the call back.
I would appreciate action taken on the lack of responsiveness from the delivery team.
I have waited too long already. Please ensure delivery today, once timing has been confirmed I don’t want any delays and should be on time.
I would like know what compensation I would receive for the hassle I have had to deal with no confirmation of delivery.
I am very upset with this and I have avoided Sharaf DG due to the lack of customer service.
