I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of the S23 Ultra (23rd of November 2023) from Ibn Battuta Mall. While I appreciate the efforts made by your sales team, I regret to inform you that their honesty and accuracy fell short of my expectations.
During the sales process, I was assured that the S23 Ultra came with a pre-installed screen guard. However, upon receiving the device, it was evident that no such screen guard had been applied. Unfortunately, due to this misinformation, I didn't exercise extra caution with the screen and it ended up getting scratched and there is nothing can be done about it now.
While your salespeople were enthusiastic about offering additional items such as chargers, back cases, and camera protectors, they failed to address the most vital component of a smartphone – the screen itself.
As a concerned customer, I believe it is essential to prioritize the protection of our devices' screens. However, I was dismayed to discover that Sharaf DG did not provide any suitable solutions for safeguarding this crucial aspect of our smartphones.
To gain a better understanding of my dissatisfaction, I kindly request you to explore the Google Map reviews for your Ibn Battuta Mall branch. Many customers have expressed similar concerns about the lack of attention given to customers.
I believe that as a reputable retailer like Sharaf DG, it is crucial to address this issue promptly. By offering quality service, you can enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce your commitment to delivering exceptional service.
