I have bought the subject TV online from Sharaf DG. The deal included basic installation.
I received the delivery on 5th Oct 2023 wherein to was delivered by a courier company who just left the TV box on the door. No one turned up for installation.
I installed the TV myself but was unable to connect to the Wifi. After several attempts of trying, i called the customer care for help. They just raised a request and gave a timeline of 2-3 working days for the technician to come and check.
This is the third day and no one has contacted me. in the meanwhile i contacted the customer care again to follow up and i they are helpless.
For a silly silly issue like connecting to WIFI, i am waiting for the past 5 days. I have the TV but i cannot use it. My service is not being attended despite raise it on URGENT basis. SR no 7218389
It is just too unprofessional the i received the product and it is not performing as claimed by the company and now the customer care or technicians are not efficient enough to even contact and resolve the issue.
I would further like to file for returning the product. Its just too annoying to keep waiting for so long for such trivial issue.
