I received an order of Shari's Berries delivered to my home two weeks ago on May 10, 2021. I have been trying to find a customer service comment box to let someone know that my order was unsatisfactory at time of delivery. My berries were not fresh, melted and hard with berries that were discolored and not edible. The chocolate had melted, cracked and fallen off of all the berries. The whole order was a disappointment to me when I received them plus I could not eat the product that I waited for to celebrate during Mother's Day time-frame.
The berries were left at the door when I got home. I would like to know how to get a replacement order or tell someone how my order was received at delivery "unsatisfactory" in nature.

Chocolate covered strawberries
I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries on 4/28/2021 to be delivered 5/7/2021 to my mother for Mother's Day. They were being delivered by FedEx. They never showed up on 5/7/21 or 5/8/21. I called Shari's Berries about situation they apologized and told me they would have them delivered on 5/11/21, which that didn't happen. My mother received a box on 5/12/21. However, the original order that was shipped on 5/5/21 showed up at my mother's and looked disgusting. I have ordered many times in past and never had a problem. I believe the main problem is the service company used to deliver product, that is FedEx. The strawberries were rotten, chocolate cracked up melted and mold was in container with strawberries.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed in full.

You sent me smashed and melted strawberries that arrived 2 days late. My son ate them. I stopped him eating the last one because it was covered in mold. He has his AP Exam tomorrow. He may get sick. This is unacceptable. See all attached photos.

Strawberries arrived 3 days late, were very soft, mushy, the chocolate was melted & cracked. The product was very inferior. How can mushy & soft strawberries & melted & cracked chocolate pass through quality control, be packaged & shipped. Need supervisor to call me if company cares about their customers.

Strawberries
When I opened the box it was a complete mess, there were strawberries and chocolate everywhere. I couldn't find one strawberry that was covered with chocolate. It was very disappointing. I've have received strawberries from Shari's before and been delighted. But this is just ridiculous. I'm sorry my daughter wasted so much money on such a thoughtful gift that turned out so bad. Melted & broken chocolate- it looked like they had played football. It was just one big mess. I'm very disappointed in a product that had been so wonderful previously.

On April 28, 2021 I ordered a dozen strawberries for my sister's birthday on April 30, 2021. This was a special birthday so when they didn't arrive on April 30th I was extremely annoyed. When I called the agent said she can have them delivered by Wednesday, May 5! I was doubly annoyed. The agent then said she would double the order for the aggravation that was caused. The original order was delivered on May 1. Then on May 5, the worst inedible strawberries (see below) I have ever seen were delivered. This also happened to me when someone sent me birthday strawberries in March from Shari's Berries. They sent me 2 dozen to try to rectify the situation, after I complained.
The 2 dozen that were sent on May 5th were soggy and totally inedible. Shari's Berries and 1-800 Flowers have lost myself, my family and my friends as customers. Your customer service leaves a bit to be desired as well. I cannot understand most of them, they need more training for sure.

The service for Shari's Berries
I ordered a dozen strawberries at approximately 12:00 noon today, May 7, 2021. Within the hour I realized I did not fill out the recipient address properly so I immediately got on the phone and called. I waited 30 to 45 minutes the first time. I finally got someone. The connection was terrible. I just began to explain that I needed to change the recipient address and we got disconnected. I then called back and waited another 30-45 minutes and then, again, I finally got through. This time I was able to give part of the address and then we got disconnected. Both times the reception was horrible and I could barely hear the person on the other end. I called a THIRD time and, again, you guessed it, waited another 30-45 minutes. I finally got through and was able to give her the information. She said she would put it through. This was about 3:00 p.m. Then a couple hours later I thought I would check the tracking number to make sure the change went through. Unfortunately the change did not go through. So at 6:00 p.m. I called again and, for the FOURTH time, waited 30-45 minutes. This lady told me, sorry, the address was not changed and it is coming to my house tomorrow. So when the FedEx driver comes, she said just do not accept the order. So, the bottom line is I want my money back and I will refuse the order. None of the women I spoke with were the least bit helpful or friendly. I will never order ANYTHING from this company again.

Never received product and ruined my bday
Myself and my sister in law ordered a variety of strawberries for my bday party because I don't eat cake. We placed the order one week in advance and the stuff was paid for in full I never received my order and when called they stated the email address looked funny I was appalled like an email address but you still took our money mind you almost 200 bucks and never reached out to us by phone because a phone number was definitely attached to the order I will never recommend these people nor do business with them ever again! I WILL GIVE A BIG SHOT OUT TO EDITABLE ARRANGEMENTS WE FULFILLED A LAST MINUTE ORDER FOR 30.00 CHEAPER
Delivery
I received Shari's Berries for my birthday last weekend, April 24. My husband ordered them for me. He has gotten me many orders from Shari's Berries in the past, as well, I have sent many orders of Shari's Berries to be delivered to friends and family. This time, it was very disconcerting when I received the strawberries.
When delivered in the past, they have always been in a nice secure cooler with ice packs. This time the actual Shari's Berries box that is normally INSIDE the cooler was just sitting on my porch! Very unsanitary, especially during this time of Covid. How do I know nobody opened the box prior to delivery? All they had to do was remove the ribbon! The strawberries were not cold. I was reluctant to eat any of them. I was disgusted that they would ever just place the box of strawberries on my porch with no wrapping around the box, no cooler to keep them fresh and could be easily open by anyone if the simply remove the ribbon!
Shari's Berries just lost a customer that they've had for many years!

I was charge 66.00 dollars but never received an eatable arrangement.
The date was April 03, 2021. The order number is wo1005749726080. A order for an eatable arrangement was cancelled immediately after order placed. Customer service said a refund on my credit card would be issued. I never received the eatable arrangement and no delivery attempt was made by sherries berries. I was home all day. My money was not refunded.

chocolate covered strawberries
Our berries were very watery, the chocolate was thin and brittle, and they both tasted...off. Fake, for lack of a better word; I don't know what they're doing to the strawberries wherever this company gets them from, but the strawberries my wife and I get literally anywhere else have more authenticity and fullness to them than what we got from Sheri's. Finally, our order arrived with a cloud of fruit flies in them.

Customer service is terrible and they took my money and didn't deliver.
I ordered a valentines gift and paid extra to ha e it delivered yesterday f3b 13th 2021. They did not deliver and did not send me any notification saying that my gift wouldn't be delivered. I paid extra to have this gift delivered on the 13th yet when I called to complain because now i'm extremely upset, ive been hung up on 5 times now.
Calling them did absolutely nothing. I still don't have my gift nor was I refunded. Sherries berries is fraud and a group of thieves in my opinion. They have stolen from me and they stole my wife's valentines day. This was not cheap and i'm extremely mad. Sherries berries sucks!

Over charged and double charged for a product
I order berries for my wife for Valentine day. I paid for the free shipping for a year. The total came to $54.90 with taxes. The next day I see two charges on my card, one for 54.90 and a second for approximately $ 70.90. I immediately contacted Shari's berries and advised that they charges me again for an order i place in January. The order in January was paid for in January and send in January. They finally admitted that a mistake was made on there end but I would have to wait 5 to 7 days for there mistake. How could this happen when I didn't place the same order again? Day two after the order and the pending charge for $70.90 was taken. The correct charge for $54.90 is still pending. The customer service provider had me on hold for over 45 minutes waiting for a supervisor who didn't come.
I am very frustrated with the entire situation.

Billing and double charging
I placed an order with Sheri's berry online. Went through the process of filling out billing, deliver and amount ordered. Place order and it was placed as a double order to the same address. Of course it was a double charge as well. I called immediately to try and get this straight. The customer service rep could see the order but said it was to late it was already out for delivery! I told her the was placed 5 min ago and she asked if I could just accept and give second order to someone else, REALLY! I asked to speak to someone else that could help, After 10 min on hold she came back and said there was nothing she could do but her supervisor was going to call me. Haven't heard a word. This customer service is not how things should be handled and if this is the type of service in the future I will be doing business somewhere else. This to include any and all associated businesses. Un acceptable customer service and still hasn't handled this issue.

If they had delivered them, they would have still been a day late. The strawberries were delivered on the 02-09-2021 with no problems. I ordered some Chocolate Christmas Strawberries for my daughter and her family for Christmas. thru Sharis Berries because I ordered from them before and had no problems, The place said they delivered the Strawberry Christmas trees to them but My daughter says they were never delivered. My daughter lives in a house away from everyone else so it couldn't have been delivered to a different address. I don't understand how businesses can get away with saying they delivered but doesn't. I have requested a refund many times but they say its been delivered but my daughter says it hasn't I want something done about this. Full dozen gourmet drizzled strawberries product number: 192555m
I had ordered from Shari's Berries in the past and sent them as gift and was always so pleased. They were huge, ripe red strawberries dipped in pure chocolate that would melt in your mouth. This year I decided to order a dozen to take to my brothers for Christmas and (2) dozen sent to my sister in Oregon. I was appalled at the garbage I received and the pictures that my sister sent me of her order. I ordered the "gourmet drizzle" strawberries. You can see from the pictures that were NOT gourmet drizzled. The strawberries weren't ripe, the chocolate coating was not pure chocolate and they were so poorly packaged that they arrive all broken when they arrived. I paid $52.81 for my order and $79.98 for the order I sent to my sister. Since they were not eatable and we had to throw them all in the garbage, I want a full refund of $132.79.

I've ordered strawberries for the 7th of November and did not receive them into the 12th of November had a replacement order for the 28th of November and now there's no florist to do my order do not understand this is the worst delivery ever I spent a less 70 bucks for a product to not be received I'm a 2 year consumer thanks for your service I want be ordering again
Quality, on time delivery no customer care
There smiles guarantee is an absolute lie. I felt I was short changed on 2 of the 3 orders I placed with them. My Half dozen my daughter received had 2 big strawberries and 4 very small. The dozen I sent to my mother were delivered late. On hold for 2.5 hours trying to get customer care and gave up when my phone was dyeing. E-mailed them all I got back was a $20 discount on next purchase. I don't do a $20 discount on next purchase when the current one is not fixed. Been buying for three mothers twice year for 4 years. Never again. No smiles from me.
