Couldn't understand operator, sound like she had the mic to close to her mouth and very bad english. Asked for someone else and she kept say no one else, and lying to me that her supervisor is on another phone call. She came back 3 times after saying this after waiting long periods in between, 32 mins wasted. Plus she would not give me her name or Operator number. So you lost a sale, a customer and now a bad review. Very unacceptable
mother's day gift
I made an order thru website on Monday May 6th. I realized I was off a week in my delivery request. I called the customer service number, which is not in the US.
The first call was awful. The phone line was terrible. Could not understand service agent and had to hang up. 2nd call was barely a better connection, but the agent's system was not working. Was on/off hold for 5 mins before I finally hung up. 3rd call I actually thought would be better. I could finally understand the agent, however more fees were going to be added to order to change the delivery date. I was fed up with this unprofessional crap and cancelled the order. This is a horrible company to do business with and I will tell everyone to stay clear of them. They outsourced their customer service to a 3rd world country with bad phone connections and people that can't understand English. Awful!

The "standard" no frills option was blank. What was lurking was a 15 dollar whammy you must search for prior to filling out all of your information!
Even with a "special code" 12 lousy strawberries ended up costing over 48 dollars to a dear friend in a convalescent hospital. Customer service and chat cost me personally nearly an hour of my life. Like talking to a blank wall with a difficult accent to boot!

I called to order sharies berries for my mother for mother's day and i could not order because i kept getting people that could not speak american and none of them i could understand! i spent over an hour trying to get to talk to an american and i called 8 times and could not understand none of them and they could not understand me also! i live in america and i want to be able to talk to an american not someone who does not speak american!
i think that i should be compensated for all the trouble i went through with your customer service dept and the whole mess

mother's day delivery
Chose flexible delivery, before mother's Day so there would not be an additional charge to ship. Ended up being three separate shipping charges totaling $31 to send a $37 gift. Ridiculous. Live chat, no help. "It's because it's a busy time of year for us." That should be good for Shari's berries, not bad for me.
Then call the customer service number, hung up after the girl left me on hold for about 10 minutes. No order.
billing issue!!
On 4/21/19, I purchased a gift for my sister, 12 berries and a small birthday cheesecake. The amount was $49.98, but got a 20% discount so came down to $39.40. Seemed like a good deal till I purchased them, and was billed $32.00 for shipping! $19 for shipping, $9 for saturday delivery, and $6 for rural delivery!? Minot north dakota is not a rural city! Its the second largest city in n.D., so not rural! But my main issue is that there was no mention of the $ amount to ship till after my card was charged? Absolutely a blatant way of screwing people over for undisclosed amounts of money! So my $40 order became a $80 order, just like that? Its [censored] like this that will be your downfall! I will tell anyone that will listen to avoid doing business with you and they need to tell people! Its just plain wrong to jerk people around like this, but it seems to be the way it is nowdays! Too bad! Im sure this wont go to the people in charge, but needed to be addressed! Thank you, a very upset customer.
chocolate covered strawberries
They were on the UPS truck all day and the attached picture shows what they look like. Not as bad as others but it was a gift for my 89 year old grandmother who loves chocolate covered strawberries. I don't think I will order from Shari's berries again. I haven't called them yet to let them know. Why should I have to pay even more money to get them delivered in the A.M. They need to do something about there delivery process. They may leave there facility looking good but UPS doesn't care.
To be fair, my granny said they tasted good.

Its the day after Valentine's day and the Strawberries and Roses still haven't arrived. I ordered several weeks in advance and paid extra for "Guaranteed" delivery before noon on Valentines day. Product did not ship until Valentines day! From the reviews pouring in today they accepted more orders than they could fill. Remember nothing says "I Love You" like a belated gift.

They suck! Never delivered Valentines gift on 2/14/19 and found out that several hundred others had the same experience. I want our money back. They destroyed several Valentines Day gifts. No customer service to talk to and when you post on their Facebook page as several hundred people did they send you to some email address and then never respond.
chocolate covered berries
I have ordered Sherrie's Berrues several times and have been extremely satisfied — however this year the entire order consists of extremely small and somewhat mini strawberries. The berries themselves don't fit in the tray (the indents for the berries are twice the size of the actual berries). Doubt that I will ever order again. I have included a photo for reference — my wife and daughter are extremely disappointed and Valentine's Day 2019 is a bust!

I thought I would try ordering Shari's Berries to be delivered to a dear friend of mine who is 79 years old and living by herself for Valentine's and guess what she didn't get them not on Valentines they're saying she'll get them tomorrow but that's not Valentines Day lesson learned not a good way to do business especially on Valentine's not a happy camper

Failed to deliver my wife's valentine's day gift. I paid for garaunteed delivery and not only did shari's berries fail to deliver the gift order weeks in advance when calling in to track the order customer no service does even answer the phone. The online chat feature is also offline. This company has turned into a scam.
I want a full refund for the order. I also think they should write an apology letter for messing up a holiday order. Especially, for a holiday as important as valentine's day to show the people important in our lives how much we care for them.
Fine something happened with the shipment. No notification was given to me nor my wife. There she sat at work watching her co-workers receive gifts from their loved ones who obviously didn't make the mistake of counting on shari's berries.
I have been a customer for years and cannot believe they have grown to the point where the consumers don't matter.
I hope everyone there had a great valentine's day cause you certainly have embarrassed my wife and i.

After an exhaustive process I spoke with customer service and they agreed to refund my purchase in full. The representative expressed her concern and seemed sympathetic. Although, I will not be ordering from this company during holiday seasons I will continues to purchase products during lower volume seasons.

Ordered dozen gourmet dipped fancy strawberries on 11 feb. Paid $9.99 for guaranteed 14 february, valentine's day delivery. Paid $14.99 for early morning delivery. The items won't be delivered until 15 february. I was told the issue was ups which, as a customer, is not my issue. My issue is I paid for guaranteed delivery date and time. I was offered refund of the guaranteed delivery fees.in my opinion, I should have been offered a full refund with the item still to be delivered.
The main objective to my order wasn't what I ordered, it was the day it was to be delivered... Valentine's day.
I will not be ordering from shari's berries again. They did not fulfill their guarantee (that is on their web page) to make it right.

Gourmet strawberries were in poor shape. The dipped coating were coming off/apart and the strawberries had been shuffled a bit in the box. I will try and add a picture. I want to mention that I have ordered from Shari Berries previously and have never had a problem.in fact, I am a huge fan of the chocolate covered strawberries. My boyfriend has never had these before and I wanted them delivered to him on Valentine's day 02/14/2019. I also paid an additional 9.99 to have them delivered ON Valentine's day.
The items arrived a day early on 02/13/19. He was actually not in the office today and had to ask a coworker to open the package since he was not expecting anything. When I saw a picture of the items that he received I was very disappointed. The strawberry sizes are not consistent and chocolates were disheveled. This was a huge disappointment in so many ways.
See attached for a picture of what was received. This is so unacceptable and not worth the #62.02 I paid.

I received this as a Christmas gift today and almost all of the strawberries were cracked and broken with the chocolate not even on the strawberries. I have never had these before feom this company but they did not come as advertised on the enclosed card. I would like a follow up call from management because our friends should receive a refund for this gift since they look terrible. This is not how a product should arrive. 12 fall strawberries sent to my 97 year old grandmother
I just talked to my 97 year old grandma today and she told me that the last berries that I sent her that the chocolate was falling off and it looked like there was mold on strawberries. I ordered 1 dozen berries to Mt Vernon WA to be delivered on Sept 18th 2018. They looked beautiful but were spoiled. We had a Surprise Birthday Party for my mother's 85th birthday. I displayed the berries on a platter, and juices from the berries escaped. Fruit flies were all over the dining room. I broke one open, and the berry was translucent like with more liquid coming out. Embarrassing for us and disappointed. Have ordered several times in the past and have not had a problem. I think this was an exception, would like a refund . Live in Milwaukie Or. I was going to order 8 dozen strawberries from you. I've ordered from you numerous times before. I wanted to send them to my wife's workplace for all of them. I need them to be delivered early. But, going to checkout I am going to be charged 15.00 each for early delivery. 60.00 dollars extra for everything going to the same place early. this has caused me to delete my order. Hi I received two boxes of Shari's chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day several weeks ago. I became very ill the night that I consumed them, I had excruciating abdominal pain followed by continuous diarrhea and unfortunately my intestinal system still has not overcome this.
