I placed an online order today (6/4/22 around 4:15pm) and didn’t receive the king sized/shareable bag of peanut M&Ms I ordered. All other items are accounted for and I checked inside of my MTO food bag and they’re not there either. I’ve had a lot of quality issues with this site and I’m close to being done even ordering from your franchise at this point.

The salads are overpriced for the amount of salad that is in the bowl. I thought for the price 2 salads should of come out. I was still hungry when I finished. Don’t know how much more information you all need to confirm my point. The size salad was meant for a small child’s appetite. With every other item on the MTO it has plenty of food for the price.
Desired outcome: Put more greens in the salads or take 3 bucks off price.
Bad food
Ordered a salad and chicken sliders. Salad was good. I have ordered here many times, since it opened. Sliders were horrible. Ketchup was everywhere, chicken was almost on bun, chicken like rubber. It was almost impossible to eat. I wanted hotdogs, but they were sold out. I will never order chicken sliders again! Purchased at Sheetz on route 93 in Conyngham, Pa.It was around supper time.

I ordered a chicken biscuit and what I find when I open my sandwich was 0 chicken.
I can understand human error, but the dang chicken is over a dollar up-charge and its not the first time it happened. Please for the love of all that is good in this world give people the chicken they paid for. Thank you for your time.

I used the app to order 2 jot dogs and a chocolate shake. Chose the Pay In Store option. Tell cashier my name, he rings it up and I pay. He failed to offer a receipt. I go over to get it and ask what's that? "Your order". Nah, I order a chocolate shake. "Well, this is vanilla, what we got. We outta chocolate. That's yours". Mind you, the cashier knew, before I paid and said nothing.

Store #177 is the WORST STORE EVER! This store is full of young uneducated punks who think they know it all. These people mistreated me when I first walked in the door.
Lets start off with the interview. I was told that Sheetz was a family like atmosphere and that everyone was nice to eachother. If you think ignoring people blatantly and telling every other coworker there that I have special needs and to not train me in the kitchen because I have special needs? I own 2 food trucks and speak 3 languages fluently. I wonder sheetz...who's really disabled here?
This absolute narcissistic person named Arianna constantly ridiculed me and seemed like she wanted me to fail. What a shameful shameful location to work for especially someone from the Pittsburgh area that went to sheetz my entire life! Don't go here. Go to other locations. You'll get so much better service and quality for your buck

I purchased a tasty kake honey bun on May 27th at the Sheetz location at 1189 N Ctr. Somerset, PA. The package has an expiration date of 6/13/22 but the product was molded and inedible. I did not receive a receipt but the payment was made with an Amex ending in 1007. Transaction total was $9.26

burger sliders/bratwurst/ chicken tenders
My wife and I stopped in Sheetz in Orange Va. We ordered our food and left headed home. When she opened our food so we could eat going down the road it was cold, cheese was not even melted on the burgers. Her chicken tenders were warm but not hot. My bratwurst was not warm enough to melt the cheese and the bread for all three were cold like it had just came out of the refrigerator. I was not going back to the store, because I was still over an hour from home, and it had been a long day. The price of gas as well as the food you can't always return your food. This was on 5/23/2022 at 4:17 pm, store number 285. This is not the first time I had this problem but first time a filed a complaint. I think more training for some people and less horse play with others may help. At today's prices they can do better.
Desired outcome: I think you can make a reasonable decision on how your company should resolve this.
Breakfast sandwich
I ordered a croissant sandwich and it was so flat and in pieces.. I don’t know why you’d even serve a smashed ripped croissant because you can’t even pick it up. I took a couple pictures. This was my first time trying breakfast here. I wish I had just gone to Wendy’s because I never had one look like this from there. The bacon wasn’t great but that happens. I won’t order breakfast here again because even on vacation my family had ordered breakfast sandwiches x 3 but we were in North Carolina traveling and the were busy and everything was made sloppily there so maybe it’s normal. My son loves your breakfast food but he gets it at dinner time. So it’s usually correct. It was only $3.19 but it should still look like you can eat it! I fixed it so I could pick it up- so it looks better then her attempt.
Desired outcome: Please remind the person making the food that looks matter. If it looks smashed and is ripped apart don’t serve it! She needs training

My husband walked to Sheetz on East Patrick Street in Frederick Maryland which is 0.8ml. from our house in the rain. He ordered 1 2pk. Of snack raps with bacon ,mayo and shredded cheese. By mistake he ordered 2 2pks. He paid for everything not realizing that he had ordered wrong. When he got back to our house upon me checking the order I realized that the order had to many snack raps and they were not prepared the way I'd asked him to have them made. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty her name was Lisa. I apologized for this issue and explained to her that the snack raps looked inedible and they were not made correctly. I asked her to please refund me for the 2 of the 4 that were made and if she could please remake the other to the way we wanted them. She told me that was fine. So my husband again walked back to the Sheetz, mind you it is now 11:30pm, cold and raining with all 4 snack raps. I then get a call from my husband explaining that the manager looked at the food and decided they were made the way he had ordered them. She then wanted me to pay again for the 1 2pk of raps that she had remade to fix my order and refused to refund my money for the other 2pk that my husband mistakingly order after telling me on the phone that she would. I was furious! My husband who goes to work at 4am everyday, walked to this Sheetz 2 times in the cold rain at 11:30 pm but I was very respectfully asking her to correct this issue and she the manager Lisa gave me such additude and disrespect about this situation as if I was trying to pull one over on her when all I wanted was the order corrected, a remade 2pk of chicken raps as she promised without all the arguing and dispute. For good sakes I spend well over 2 grand a month in this store. I can't believe that she made this out to be bigger than it had to be. I work food service as well and she is not fit to be any type of manager. And if so I recommend she watch some videos or take a siminar on how you treat your customers. Not everyone is trying to get over on the store
Desired outcome: First of all I'd like my money back for the two pack that was mistakenly paid for I would like her to be recommended to watch videos or maybe 10 to seminar or something to learn how to treat customers properly

My first order for over $50 half of the order wasn't even with the rest everything was cold half done. And then tonight my order for over $37, none of my sauces were with my order my chicken is still frozen in my salad no no dressings with the salads. Missing items fried Oreos and a fried app platter. This is ridiculous, I have spent quite a bit of money and this is what I get.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. I didn't get what I paid for so I want my money back
