Food order 1/16/2022
I order $20 worth of food today and sadly one of the lids on my conditments was not sealed properly. Chocolate was spilled everywhere in my bag ruining some of my food. The chocolate sauce spilled into my fried food, tater tots, the new hashbrowns, and my burrito. The food was cooked properly, but like I said the chocolate sauce lid was not properly sealed and unfortunately leaked everywhere within my bag.

I always order the spicy chicken with bacon. But this is the second time I've ordered it and gotten pepperoni instead of bacon. And also the 2nd time no one would help me to fix it. Just trade the pepperoni for bacon.

Over charged
Last night in duncannon Pennsylvania on 1/14 I got gas and it is over charging me It says $140.00 on my credit card statement which it was not anywhere close to. Then to top it off this company has no easy contact. There needs to be an easy number to call so I don't have to sit here and type out 350 freaking characters. Please fix this problem asap

The team that works at night at the sheets in mt airy, nc doesn't have any customer service skills. They are rude and don't seem to really like there job. When you complained about the food they looked at u like u were stupid. This isn't the first time we had to deal with this. The first time it was our hot chocolate. It was cold and they were very rude than. I am very unsatisfied with this store. I don't know if we will be back. And I don't know if I would recommend for anybody to stop here at night for 3rd shift.😡😡🤬
Breakfast sandwich

Quality of coffee
This morning, Friday January 14, 2022, I received a cup of the WORST iced coffee! It was from your Leesport, PA location, store# 293 (Order # [protected]). I don't know if the coffee they used was bad, or the flavoring they used was bad, but I took one sip and could not continue. The taste was extremely unpleasant. Thank you for your time. I made an online order. I paid in store. I waited patiently. Severely busy. I tow for law enforcement. I got a call. I had to cancel order. I stood in line. At counter I was told in order to cancel my online order I had to reorder at kiosk, bring slip, stand in line again. I had no time. I'm out about $24. This is last time I use the app to order. Maybe last time I spend money at sheetz entirely if I can't get refund.

A galiker delivery truck was blocking/unloading in the the route 30 sheetz disabled parking spot. As a disabled veteran I rely on these spots to park. All other deliveries are made by other companies do not block the disabled parking

I arrived at 8:05pm to pick up my food the I mobile ordered and didn't get my food until 9:15p! And when I got home to eat I didn't even get all my food I ordered && I also bought the app sampler and only got 6 mozzarella sticks when it was supposed to be 9.. some people had been standing in there for an hour and 30 mins. We all understand that it is Christmas but they need to have more then 3 workers. Knowing they are the only place open that sales food..
