breakfast sandwich
I nearly choked on a piece of paper that was found inside of my sandwich. I couldn't finish the sandwich because I was disgusted by this. The pictures shows the paper and receipt number. I would like a follow up from this as to the corrective action that will be taken to not allow this to happen. Someone could get seriously hurt from this type of negligence. Thank you.

I'm come in the same store multiple times a day with an online order. Tonight the same guy that rings me up 99% of the time for juul pods and my online order wanted to be ignorant.
First off the online order wouldn't go through, I'm contracting as I'm 8 months pregnant, so I would have had to stand there while they slowly make my chicken ceaser salad wrap, which I wasn't to upset about. But then he wants to Id me knowing I come in there and spend tons of money on food and juul pods. I didn't have my purse with it being 11pm at night and I live right behind the store. My boyfriend came back in to get me my pods and he said no I need her Id. they don't even id us anymore due to how much we come in. They know us by first name basis. First off, hee was rude as [censored], and second off we come in multiple times a day to buy the same thing.
You all will not receive any more of our money as we will drive the extra 15 minutes to another Sheetz. Also, you have given my boyfriend food poison a week ago and we didn't say anything but now we will surely be contacting the health department since or tacos we're bad.
Good for him for actually doing his job and id someone but we are regulars that he never ids any other time.

I ordered a quesarito with extras, which totaled out to be almoat 9$ in itself. It was being split between two people. What was recieved was a poor excuse for a quesadilla with simply chicken and tomatoes on it which personally i do not like. I paid nearly 9$ for an item and recieved a barely 5$ one. There was even the correct tag on the container so it wasnt a mix up which is understandable. But with 3 people waiting on food total as it was late and not busy you would hope they could make sure orders were correct.
rewards card
I have been to Route 40 Sheetz 3-4 times in the last 2 weeks and filled up my gas tank each time. That's $50 each trip and the cashier at the register refused to scan my rewards card. I lost out on ALOT of points because your employees refused to scan my card after I repeatedly mentioned I had my rewards card. After this I will be going to marathon for my gas.

Order #228, when served was not as what is usually expected when ordered. A Schmonster Breakfast Burrito, when usually ordered gives the bag weight and has a visual fullness when wrapper is open. This time, was not visually appealing, wrapped hastily. Did not have right condiment that was asked for, (tomatoes served instead of fire roasted tomato sauce). Was mostly tortilla with unappealing amount of egg, not enough.

I usually do not have a problem with this sheets although today I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and received this instead. It is unacceptable. There is no garlic and a few pieces of cheese. It was around 10:30 at night. My father also ordered mild wings and received no sauce. I just do not understand how this happens. I could understand if the sheets was busy, but I saw about 4 others in the building.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 milkshakes that were all made incorrectly. And not milkshakes by the time we got them. We had a medium Oreo milkshake with Oreo pieces and whipped cream and peanut butter swirl instead got a oreo milkshake with chocolate swirl and no Oreo pieces or whipped cream. I purchased a sealed container of this product from the New Oxford Pennsylvania location on Wednesday morning 7/17/19. I ate 3 pieces and when I was getting ready to have another piece something caught my eye. There was a bug sticking out of this piece.
Because I have a courier business I could not stop and turn around. I was on my way to Chantilly Virginia to make a delivery. I took photos when I returned home and sent a message to sheetz from my log in page. Today is Sunday 7/21/19
and I still have not heard back from anyone.
I don't know what type of bug this is and quite frankly don't care. Just the fact that it was in a product that I purchased and consumed was enough to gag me. In fact, I vomited after seeing it. I still have the product with the bug. I certainly hope I get some type of response from this email before I take my concern for product safety and customer concern somewhere else for a response.

employees rude/ forgot my food
So I placed an online order and paid it on my phone since my coworker was heading over on her break. Well they only gave her my drink, no food. They told her that's all that was there. So when she came back, I was upset. I called and told them they forgot to give my friend my food. The woman who answered said oh it's still sitting here. So I then said I'd be there in about half an hour, she said okay. I asked if she could make sure to keep it warm, and she gave me a grunt and hung up the phone! How rude! I've never known a Sheetz employee to be so disrespectful! I mean I had gotten mozzarella sticks with my order, and didn't want cold ones! So I went in at said time, and the woman had tried to blame my coworker and said it was her fault and she just ran out the door! Strike two. No, it wasn't my coworkers fault. It was her incompetence! Employees should know better than to put one item out, you should put them together. And she also didn't keep my food warm! It's all cold! Strike three. I've never been so mad before! On the plus side, the older gentleman at the register, John, was very kind. Apologized and was very courteous. I hope you plan to do something about your rude worker there. Or I'll just stick to the Berwick Sheetz.
cleanliness of store
This store is the dirtiest Sheetz I have ever been to. The coffee area was disgusting and had not been cleaned. Grounds of coffee as well as dried coffee literally all over the station. The floor was even worse. Ketchup everywhere, a pile of coffee grounds, muddy foot prints, and spilled and dried up other liquids. I took pictures in case you wanted them, but I could not attach all of them. I ordered food, but I didn't want to eat it because of how dirty the rest of the store was.
Food
I got a 2 "protein" platter, boneless bites and chicken tenders with fries and a biscuit. The biscuit was completely cold, and there were only two boneless bites and one (1!!) tender. If this is acceptable then you let me know. I'd like that meal replaced. Also the people in the kitchen clearly were irritated that I even made the order. If they are okay with 3rd shift then they ought to be okay with um... Doing their jobs.

I overheard employees saying the grease has not been changed for almost 2 weeks and it's black but wats told not to change it to save money. This is incredibly disgusting and can make people sick! The health inspector will be notified as well to help ensure safety of the public. I will never consume food from sheets again or even shop there for gas or anything else. Shame!

I have went to sheetz facility Graham, NC on two different occasions one day was the week of July 8-12 and the other was today July 15th and on both visits I received a biscuit that the bread was over cooked/burnt I am a dump truck driver so once left location don't really have time to turn around and return/or complain about it so decided to send email so express my unsatisfactory of food being sent out.
The pictures sent in is from July 15th visit the ones from visit last week was pretty much same way.

I ordered a burrito from sheetz at approximately 5:30 from sheetz in West Virginia. We stopped here because the food has always been good, today was totally different. There was two little slivers if chicken, the lettuce was brown, and the burrito in general was served to me cold. Just an overall sad experience, totally different from what I'm accustomed to in Hickory, NC.

For the past 3 orders me and my family have made nothing is ever hot or toasted. Its been a mess. The order seems hurried. 3 times same exact meatball sub not toasted and it was cold. The chicken wrap is always cold. The last turkey sub wasnt even turkey it was bologna. Such a downhill slide for this facility. Nachos had cold cheese and half the toppings were forgotten.
Car wash
I went and got a car wash today and my car looks about the same as it did when I went and got it i.paid 9.00 and expected to get a clean car. I have gone before for car wash and no issues. I ordered food tonight at 11:20ish. I came home and the fries were not even warm. I love 2 minutes down the road and my snack wraps were just thrown together. Every time I go there the food is made correctly and good. This time is gross and I can't even eat it because it's not made right or warm. One of my snack wraps doesn't even have a meat in it! And the fries were way too salty to even eat!
