I would love to show you a picture of the large smoothie I got. The girl made it too thick so she made another attempt. 2nd attempt still not enough and still thick. Her answer? Instead of making it right... Lots of whipped cream
Smh. I'm not looking for anything free. Just saying maybe teach them that half assed doesn't equal customer satisfaction. Yet another example as to why a 15 dollar minimum wage is ludacris.

My name is Robert Rea, my email is [protected]@gmail.com I attended the open job interview on March 27th the store manager and assistant manager were very pleased and encouraged me to apply, I was told I was exactly what they wanted and was the best person they interviewed all day. I applied the next morning and called to see if my application went through the day after and they said it had and that they were going to go through with it, and that I should check my email the next few days for further information. A few days go by and I hadn't gotten any emails so I got a hold of the stores assistant manager and he tells me that they were going to hire me but the district manager said no, I asked if there was a reason because they were really excited to have me and he told me that the district manager won't let them hire rehires anymore she doesn't like them, so because I worked for a different store almost 9 years ago I can't get a job with Sheetz anywhere in this district because she has a personal dislike of rehires, I really feel this is not only biased but profiling, the district manager wasn't a part of the interview or application process, and didn't have a valid reason for turning my application down other than she doesn't like rehires I can't wrap my head around how someone like that ends up in a management position let alone gets to just say no cause she doesn't like rehires it's extremely unprofessional, and it not only hurts me financially, but it hurts other people who really want to work, and work in a good environment, it also hurts Sheetz as a company she's just shooting down people because she has something against them even though the store managers told me I'm exactly what they're looking for, I'd like to have this reviewed by someone higher up, because there was no other reason given for them turning me down other than the district manager said no she doesn't like rehires.

I ordered food for lunch, and I heard a young man instantly complain back on the food line, to my surprise it was a member of your management team, Zach. He was complaining and then laughing about cold food, and it being that time of the month. His whole demeanor was very unprofessional. As a former shift supervisor, if I was shopped behaving that way I would have failed. I am very disappointed. My flatbread wasn't even toasted like it should have been.

Hello, Today i went to the Sheetz in Wilkes Barre Township, PA on PA 309 at between 11-11:15 and ordered my regular Vanilla Milkshake with Putter Butter, Whip Cream, and Sprinkles. I order and paid and waited about 10 mins for my milkshake which is usually a little longer then i usually wait but when i received my milkshake and began to drink it i noticed that it wasn't make much of a milkshake as much as i expected. It was more milk and ice chips topped with peanut butter, whip cream, and sprinkles. This is the first time that i have ever been disappointed by the quality of milkshake that i have received from any sheetz. Granted some times milkshakes are better then others but this is by far the worst milkshake that i have received. This will in no shape prevent me from ever order from Sheetz because i've never had any issues until tonight. I just hope that is fixed so that this doesn't happen again to anybody. Thank You

Simple items we order EVERY week— at a variety of stores... took 45 min to an hr!
Only thing quick was gasoline!
jack link's beef jerky
I bought a pack of Jack links beef jerky for about 7.00 dollars today on my second visit today and it was bad, very foul tasting. I stopped by for the third time on my way home from work to get gas and return the product and I told that they had to have a receipt. Apparently there was no receipt in the bag. They told me I was out of luck. I do like Sheetz and have never had a real problem until today. I left the product with the cashier.

Cashier named bry was extremely rude. She slammed her cash register as she got my change and was very short with me. I will not return to this store if your workers treat people with such disrespect. I am worried to eat the food that I ordered in your establishment now for fear of some kind of spite. I have been to this location many times and dont believe that I should be treated so poorly by one of your workers.

The ladies' bathroom was worse than the worst service station of yesteryear that I ever visited. There was tissue paper and paper towels on the floor. Three stalls had no bathroom tissue paper. The stall with paper had the paper cover hanging open. Three stalls needed flushing, with one having feces. I used my foot to flush 2 of them, so I know 2 were working.
I assume no employee had been in there and washed their hands and left it in that condition. Therefore, we were not going to get food from such a facility. Was the kitchen kept in the same degree of cleanliness?
lottery machine
A man standing in front of the machine buying scratch off tickets and scratching them not letting anyone else use the machine. He threatened me not to buy the tickets he was scratching. I told him the machine is public and he persisted to bully and threaten. I tried to talk to a manager who treated me like I was causing the problem. I will never enter or purchase anything there again. Complete jerks.

Ordered an appetizer sampler last night, jalapeño poppers and Mac n cheese bites. While eating a popper driving home o almost choked on something inside the popper. I was able to pull over and pull the object out of my mouth. The object looked almost like a small checker bone. After pulling that out I continued to chew the popper it cans out of and actually found another one if the same object. I pulled ur out and found no more in the rest of the order. I ordered this at 8:32:29, order #86. I took pictures and could send then if need be, the objects were a bit bigger then a quarter in length. Please reach out and we can discuss this issue in further depth. My father ya an attorney and he advised me to reach out through the formal complaint first. Thanks, look forward to hearing from you. disrespectful crew members
2 crew members tonight were extremely rude but not to my face, they male one did something to my tacos and didn't replace them and he said "just gonna pretend nobody saw that" and the women with blonde hair went along with it. He also made fun of how I dressed behind the counter. I went to grab a sandwich and he whispered "u can't afford that "too his other 2 co-workers and they laughed and thought I didn't hear a thing I find that very disrespectful and I'm not going to be treated like a peasant for someone who makes less than me.. this happened around 11:40 pm on 03/18/19. Never once have a felt so uncomfortable in a Sheetz before especially emporium the town I live in.
car wash and the employee I dealt with
I have never used the Sheetz car wash before. I waited for 45 minutes. When I got into the car wash nothing happened. Called the phone number on the wall and they told me to go to the store. The man I dealt with was rude and would not listen. He threw my $12 at me and walked away. First he told me it had been malfunctioning on and off all day. Why wasn't a sign posted? I do not think a refund for the wash is adequate. What about the 45 minutes I wasted, spent gas etc. I will not go back to this car wash and will be switching to Rutters unless you can give me a reasonable explanation.

pork quesorito
First and foremost, the quesorito was put together very sloppy and was breaking out of the sheetz wrapper that the employee wrapped it in. Along with that, my biggest concern and complaint is that the Pork inside the Quesorito was not cooked the hole way. It was bloody and red/pink. Ended up throwing the whole thing away because I was totally disgusted and feared getting sick from continuing to eat it. I paid nearly 8 dollars for a quesorito that could have ended up giving me food poisoning or something to that extent or worsen. I am highly upset as I go to this sheetz regularly. I am utterly disgusted and would like a refund.

The employee called my number, I got my food and drove home. When I got hope I opened my back and my bonless bites (large) wasn't in my back. Also I ordered two large salads. One of the salads was terrible, I feel like there were rushed when they made it. The salad was suppose to have Grilled chicken, romaine, tomatoes, black olives, crutons, shredded colby jack and ranch. The salad was primary composed of crutons and very little of the other items listed.

lack of customer service
Every morning I go into this store for my coffee or whatnot. The employees treat me as like I'm stealing or I don't even get waited on. The manger Chad doesn't treat me any differently. I feel that if I'm going to be treated like this I might as well go to Reuters. This is not what I have known sheetz for. If the employees don't want to wait on customers then go home don't take it out on the customer because it makes me not want to come back. I've been to many sheetz but this one might take the cake for the worst customer service. No other word than terrible.

I shopped at this sheetz at about 11:50pm on 3/1/2019. I ordered food from the touch screen and paid for my food. The supervisor rang me up and talked with 3 other employees the entire time.. The only words spoken to me were "is that all". She and the employee working in the kitchen area were talking loudly across the room, kidding with each other about who was going to fix my food and drinks.. It was playful, but honestly I just wanted to go.. They both along with another woman talked loudly to each other the entire time and at one time even stopped fixing my order to joke about how little they each need "this job".. The employee cooking definitely said at least 3 times "I don't need this job!" and the supervisor said it at least once.. It appeared to be a joke between them, but it was very unprofessional and all the while, I am still waiting... Finally the supervisor gave me my food and drinks and I left... Then, when I got home, my food was wrong! Fortunately, the drinks were good, but sandwiches were both wrong! I can overlook goofing around a bit... And can even overlook the unprofessionalism, since they don't work for me! However, leaving me waiting so you can finish a conversation and then get my food wrong is totally inappropriate and unacceptable!

When she opened her food she notice that the chicken looked like someone had already eaten it and put scraps for a dog to eat. She could not turn around because she was on the company...
