Got a mto samich this morning and they forgot the bacon mistakes like that dont happen at sheetz i would exspect that from a mcdonalds but not any sheetz establishment, so now your lil computer says my complaints are to small and will mpre than likely go un noticed what kinda crap is that i could rant all day soo here goes the big can monsters used to be 2 for 5 dollars now they get sold individually for 3 something thats a huge mistake i aint buying 2 no more i only buy one so there ya go your loosimg sales for your greedy pricing please sheetz its the holidays do the right thimgs and make a difference ask your self what wpuld jesus do . disgusting food service employee
Stopped at the indana, pa [censored]z this morning for a drink and to use the bathroom. As I was leaving a food service employee was making food, with no gloves, while picking her nose! The manager told her to stop doing it, and the employee then finished making someone's food, sneezed all over it and the board it was on, then wrapped it up and gave it out! Disgusting! I'll never eat there again, and i'm so glad all I came for today was a soda.

While checking out in the new store in Kane, PA and the manager on duty Wednesday November 21 around 6:30 was trying to fix an MTO order that I was trying to pay for and was pretty rude while trying to fix the order. After "fixing" the order I waited 15 more minutes for my order to be finished. The manager on duty needs better training on appropriate customer service. Although attempting to fix the order she messed it up even more than it ever was.
snack wraps
I ordered 2 orders of snack wrapz and got 2 borrito shells full of fillings. It makes it hard to spit between my friends when its 2 stuffed shells of my order. I've gone to the mt nebo Sheetz on the regular and normally have nothing bad to say about the usual staff that knows my order and changes how my order does. But please look into this. I love that place

peanut butter cookie made with mini hershey’s kisses
This cookie replaced the Reese's cookie and it is crap! It is hard and I only can eat it with a hot drink to enjoy it, which is ridiculous. Please bring back the Reese's cookie, I am sure you will receive much more profit with that cookie compared to this rock-hard cookie. The mini kisses are good, although quite large, there is also not much of a peanut butter taste. At the very minimum make the cookie softer!
hamburger and fries
Today on 11/14/18 a hamburger and fries from my local sheets as I do on a weekly basis. The burgers are usually pretty good but this time was not the case. The fries were not fully cooked and were soggy. The bacon was not fully cooked either and I had to physically pry a piece from my throat to keep from choking. The patty was not satisfactory. It did not taste quite right and ended up throwing half of it away. I was disappointed to say the least as I typically enjoy my sheets experience. I recycled my receipt on the way out by I have attached a copy of my order number and my bank transaction for proof. I feel that refund or gift card would be sufficient compensation. Bought some cheese sticks from one of our local Sheetz. Little did I know, marinara sauce is an extra $.40 to purchase. What a joke. Maybe an additional marinara I could potentially see, but you all don't even offer one free dipping sauce with a purchase of an app or entree? Perhaps you should reevaluate that approach. It's little things like this that deter people from coming back.

I was drinking my coffee, and towards the middle of drinking it, it started feeling heavy and thick and taste funny. I opened my lid and it was this thick SLUDGE. I'm not even sure what it was or if I should be worried about consuming this. I am completely disgusted and want to know what was in my coffee and what can we do to make this right? Thank you.

Was your location this afternoon 11-13-18 and purchase a Natural Light 25 oz beer mark at $1.39, went to the register to pay and was charged $1.49. Questioned this with Melissa (Associate) and mentioned it's mark at $1.39. She ignored my question and was snarky and rude and said I have a line of 20 to wait on, This is the 3rd time this happened charged more than what was mark at the cooler. Your mangers need to do a better job spot checking pricing. One time a associate told me when questioned the price she said oh there's tax. There's no tax on beer.

I stopped at the Sheetz on Route 22 in Ebensburg Pennsylvania around 7:15 PM on 11/11/18 to pick up salads for dinner. I had ordered a salad with hardboiled egg and cucumber. I did not receive the egg and I got 3 cucumber ends, a quarter chunk of a cucumber slice and only one full slice of cucumber. For as much as salads and the extra toppings are ($.060 for an egg and $0.40 for cucumber) I was very disappointed in what I received. I am a loyal sheetz customer and stop at a Sheetz store up to 5 times a week and this was a terrible low for a company that hold in high regard.

Went to my local Sheetz today for the free half turkey sub for free to Veterans. I serverd with the Marine Corp. I got a free monster with my Sheetz fan points, and ordered a half turkey sub. When I took the receipt to the counter to show my Military ID the he clerk took it and still had me pay, I was a little confused and embarrassed I just paid without a fight and left. Just want to know why they said it was free but still made me pay.

I made an online order... Didn't even look at my order until I got back to work. I ordered boneless chicken wings with the Buffalo ranch sauce.. When I got to get into it... Ordered nachos with toppings that included salsa and sour cream. Received neither. Got packets of “picante sauce” which hardly counts as salsa. Eating natchos topped with Plain vegetables and chicken now since there are no liquid or creamy-type ingredients.

I'm so tired of sheets. It worse than Walmart. Crap ton of employees talking and other crap while your lucky to have one cashier checking people out while there is a long and line waiting. Employees are strait out rude when you try to get service. I asked to be rung up I was in a hurry and one cashier goes you will need to hold on I'm doing paperwork and there all cooking.

First of all I paid for my food and waited 17 minutes to get it. We paid at 7:24 p.m. for order number 6 at the location on York Rd. In Gettysburg Pa. I ordered the limited time stuff nachos Grande. I selected chillie as one of my toppings then selected extra chillie for an aditional $1.00 After finally getting our food we went and sat in the seatting area to eat. I opened the container and said theres no chillie. I went back to the counter and said excuse me but I paid for extra chillie and there is hardly any chillie on here at all. The girl said oh it's on there theres 7 ounces of chillie its all under your toppings. I said no there is hardly any on there. So I turn and as I am walking away she yells I can give you some more chillie. If you want more chillie I can give it to you. I thought well maybe its at the bottom under the nachos. It was not and at this point I am mad so I go to the check out line where I ask to speack to the manager and say please tell me its not the one in the black hat and sure enough it was. The skinny blond that I just dealt with swearing she put 7 ounces of chillie on my nachos. So I ask for the district managers name and number which I never did recieve. The manager comes over and is rude with a nasty attitude and says there is 7 ounces on there. Here I can remake it for you and flys away over to the food prep area and starts pulling stuffed nachos out of the freezer. I said she has a piss poor attitude. She then turns throws her arms up in the air at me and says well what do you want me to do. I told you what I can do. I can give you more chillie or I can remake it for you. I said I am not trying to waiste food. I did get more chillie but let me tell you if you scraped ALL of my toppings off of the stuffed nachos they were not 7 ounces let alone of the chillie. I had an anxiety attack due to her causing a scene infront of all the other customers with me. She is not manager material and falls extremely short of the service expectations I have grown accustomed to with this company. It will be a long time befor I ever buy gas or anything from this company at any location. I must insist that she is reprimanded and highly suggest that she is removed from any position with in management. She continued to talk about me after I went to the seatting area. I not only could hear her but looked up to find other employees staring at me. She should be cleaning the bathrooms at best not being the roll model for other employees to fallow.

I go this sheetz every single day, sometimes several times. i am never treated nicely in the 4 years ive been here. This morning i bought one cup of coffee at a selg check out and as i was paying for my 2nd cup of coffee i was approached and was said "Excuse me i didnt see you pay for that coffe. you only paid for one" i showed her my reciept for both cups. then i proceed to find grounds all through my coffee. when i took it back in they didnt even reinburse me, she told me to get another cup. I told her i wasnt getting sumatra which is what i wanted unless the pot was changed. she gave me very much attitude. this is not the first time and i know will not be the last but i am tired of being treated this way in there! it is the Sheetz i visit most and i am a paying customer daily so i expect to be treated nicely!
did not receive complete meal
Around 1:45 AM on 11/1/18, I went to the State College, PA Sheetz on Allen Street and I ordered a chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread and 2 hot dogs on a pretzel bun with american cheese and ketchup. I waited over an hour for my order due to the many college students ordering food at the time. When my food finally came, I received a bag of food with 2 wrapped items. I assumed that 1 was my chicken sandwich and the other contained the hot dogs. When I got to my apartment, I realized the sandwich was cut in half and wrapped in 2 pieces, and my hot dogs were not included. My order number was 877. I understand that with the large crowd that mistakes can be made, but I would appreciate a refund for the 2 hot dogs that I paid for. I paid $15.68 for my meal, but I do not know how much of that amount was the cost of the hot dogs because I gave my receipt to the woman that gave me my food.

I was ordering some breakfast at a local Sheetz here in Fredericksburg Virginia right behind Central Park off of Carl D Silver Parkway, and is older lady behind the counter who was short and have a lot of buttons on her hat was the lady who checked me out. She pretty much didn't say one word to me and slightly shoved my bill change back in my hand and immediately turned to her left to check out what was happening which there was nothing to the left of her. She never said Thank you never smiled never looked me in the eye I said thank you very loudly and she ignored me and as I walked away I said you're welcome as I went to stand in front of the food counter to wait for my food that I had ordered. I just couldn't believe early in the morning at 8:30 a.m. on a Monday morning that I would be treated like that and completely ignored and not even acknowledged. This might sound trivial to most but I think customer service is a big deal anywhere you go. I was always taught to look people in the eye and say thank you if they're giving you their money and their service and their patronage. I was really taken back by that as a professional 49 year-old on his way to work. Not cool in my book and I'm actually pretty upset about it. I hope you teach your employees better manners and customer service skills.

Bought gas 2.99 per gallon. On 10/28 .Checked receipt and discovered that I did not get my Sheetz gas discount. I took the receipt into store and showed the clerk. She checked my card and agreed . However she would not apply the discount after checking my Sheetz card. She said the transaction was complete.
I was surprised ... as she was bothered, tired, and not so friendly. She was reluctant to fix it, "as it was going to take alot of time ".
I worked late and was also tired.. passed another gas station ...to specifically go to Sheetz to get the gas discount .
Therefore I found it offensive that she really did not care what happened.
An offer for a free cup of coffee would have been a better reply to say the least ..

I live near a sheetz and go there often but the drive Thur is horrible! I serval times have sat in the drive in for 25/30 mins at a times completely trapped between a line of cars and been late for where I had to go and all I ordered was a drink and there was one/ two cars in front of me. One event I even came in and spoke to the manager (he has now transferred) hoping things would improve but as I've found out it hasn't. It's entirely to slow and someone should be working it at all times I've also noticed that the employees are trying to work both the line and the window which is crazy for a sheetz as busy as this one during peek hours.

I placed my order and I noticed notes stating that there were no diced onions or peach purée and I thought no problem- my order didn't contain those things- my order did contain a sub a salad a Kona mocha and fries. After placing the order I was informed by the person behind the counter that you were out of almond milk- I said no problem just use skim - she said she couldn't bc she needed me to submit the whole order again- I said just the kona mocha ? She said no the whole order- so I did then she came back again saying I put the same salad in and I said yes and she told me that she had said you were out of mixed greens - I said you did not say that- my husband said u did not tell her that- she said well I meant to- I asked for mgr and she said she was the mgr- long story short in the end I was given no offers to appease me and I was not given the kona mocha that I paid for when she personally handed my husband the order without it- we realized it wasn't there 5 min up the road
