Ask any of the representatives at the Sheetz there at around early afternoon time on October 4 yesterday, they will tell you I waited for about half hour or more to get my gift card that I purchased from that same store to go through for then purchase of 20 dollar store of gad I needed. I was Late to my international meeting in Canada as a result. I need compensation for what happened. Please provide me he 20 dollars as a free gas tank fill up and also a free 20 dollars additional sheetz gift card, totaling 40 dollars. You can write me a check For the first twenty. Your system was down and it wasted a lot of my time. Call me so I can give you my mailing address. Look st attachment bere for picures of THen receipt! I am also taking this up with the be bBB and the states attorney generals office of PA in their consumer division.

My brother has just started about 2-3 months ago at the Sheetz location in Port Allegany Pennsylvania.
I have been informed the manager (Judy) at this location has disrespected my little brother. He has a small deformality that consists of a cleft palate lip. She has spoke out in FRONT of customers that he is a "cleft palate retard." A customer brought it to her attention that "its not right to disrespect employees in front of customers."
The result? The individual was kicked out of this store and told never to return.
I have a background in lawsuits and I've seen some instances in the store that will shut it down. I WILL make these calls and have this location shut down if this issue is not taken care of.
This goes against discrimination laws and manager policy. I WILL take legal action if necessary. And once that happens, the court will be in my favor.
appetizer box
I ordered an appetizer box and all of the jalapeño poppers aren't even poppers... they are just mush. All over the rest of the box. Very disappointing and messy to say the least. I have never had this happen and they are usually great, I don't know if it was because of being busy leaving them in too long or what, but it was 10:45 in the morning not a busy hour to make lunch.

I have on numerous occasions purchased a toasted bagel with cream cheese from various sheetzs and have been unsatisfied each time and every time. This morning was the worst one I've gotten. (photo attached)
It's never toasted enough, so the bagel comes out warm and chewy, and this morning when I {very politely} asked to have it toasted twice it came out burnt. The cream cheese is either globed on and not spread or spread on one slice so I have to spread it to the other side anyway.
I hate to be that guy over something so small but the inconsistency and lack of care has gone too far.
police harassment
Bought cigarettes and food. Police blocked me in parking lot and confiscated my license without asking for it. Had me sit there for half an hour. Tried to say my license was not me to have probable cause to search vehicle. Cop said he wanted to investigate due to suspicious activity. When asked to elaborate the cop replied with "I was looking at my phone". Then escorted me home in a very forceful manner. Why am I getting harassed and forced to leave premises when I am a paying customer? Never going to sheets again and will begin boycotting and protesting if I do not hear back very soon from management
mto food
I ordered food and paid for it, but felt that it took so long that I just left without the food. I feel like the employees didn't care as far as making and getting the food out to the customers. This is exactly why I won't be returning any time in the near future. I was recently at the sheetz in Hershey and the service was much better than that in selinsgrove. However, the fact that I paid for food and then left without it because it took that long shows how poor the service it was. I will not be returning soon.
rude manager
I was at the sheets #378 getting gas. It was 4:00pm they had one cashier who was obviously new. The line literally at 20 people in line. I was upset because the cashier was having a difficult time I asked someone making coffee if anyone else could help he said no. The line was almost done he then walked over to help. His name was Mike the supervisor! I ended up going to that registered where he was again rude. I had to ask for a receipt and he was rude again!
small mocha's
I live in Beckley WV and the Sheetz below me on Robert c Byrd drive took away the small mocha's so people would have to pay more buying medium and large drinks are to high I'm a regular there and I buy A LOT of those drinks and milk shakes I shouldn't have to pay full price for a medium or large drink or as much as they charge for them we should have the option to buy a small to save money because of them taking away the small mocha's and charging as much as they do for medium and large drinks I'm going to start buying mine and encourage my friends and also write a blog or spread the word on social media about this and encourage them to start getting their drinks elsewhere please see to changing this back to the way it was or this will happen thank you.
breakfast sandwich
I ordered my usual croissant ham, egg and cheese breakfast this morning 9/28/18. But this morning I took a bite of my sandwich and it just didn't taste quite right. I pulled the top half of my sandwich off to take a look and there were 3 mold spots on my scrambled egg. I was completely disgusted, but mainly disappointed and I couldn't take the sandwich back I tossed it into the garbage.
poor management
I work at store 149 in Dubois, Pa. We have been having a lot of trouble with our store. Management doesn't care about the store. If any does care it's Monica and Greg. Our head of store doesn't come in at her scheduled time and has other managers come in early without explanation as to why. She then leaves before they get to work so they aren't caught up on events. We had a store meeting Tuesday the 25th and she made rude underhanded remarks about the one employee that puts truck away. There have been issues with being short staffed so the drink cooler is falling behind. The truck person asked for help to resolve the issue on multiple occasions and is just put down for even trying to resolve an issue. Employees are being hung up on in the middle of a conversation because Becky isn't happy with them. This is not how a store should be run and we are losing all of our employees because of how bad everything is here right now. It's not right to have the store manager put so many employees down in front of others without even talking to the employee she is having issues with. There is a drink promotion on Saturday the 29th for cold brew. We are not scheduled with extra staff and the promotion itself was not announced to us by management in time to get extra cold brew made for the promotion. I was very excited when I first started at sheetz. It seemed like such a good place to work! Now to see how employees are treated, makes me want to transfer stores or quit all together. I've tried to talk to my management about the issues but like I said, I'm just looked down on for it. I'm hoping someone at corporate can help get things back to sheetz shape here at store 149. For the sake of getting 350 or more characters... I downloaded the Sheetz app and ordered for a specific time (5:00 p.m.). When I got to the Sheetz in Rostraver, my food was already done way ahead of time and was cold. Also the order was wrong. I ordered 3 snack wraps and got only 2 snack wraps. Also the turkey sandwich was wrong. Lastly, I ordered iced coffee and it was made way too early and watered down. I am very very disappointed.
air pumps
I have traveled many places for the past 2 years in the Altoona PA area, and it seems that every store has the same issue! None of the air stations are worth a dime... before it was mainly in the winter, but so far this year I have not found one that worked out of 4 stores. Which is a pain when I go into a store and then have to travel out of my way just to get air somewhere else! Please do away with these generic air stations and find a one that people can actually use... you set the pressure and nothing happens. It does not inflate and at times found that it actually released air, using my gauge... At winter time all the pumps shows error or let you set the pressure then when you go to use it the pressure changes or comes up error. It seems to me that if you are going to pay to have an air station, you should have one that works...

milkshake
I ordered only a milkshake and stood waiting for 15 minutes watching others get their food orders that were placed after mine. Eventually after they were calling out numbers and looking at me probably wondering why I was still there I said "i have the milkshake". I was then told "oh we can't make it we don't have the stuff sorry". I was able to get refunded but why did it get to that point? Why couldn't they see a milkshake popped up and realized we need to find out who ordered it and take care of it. I feel like if I didn't say anything I would have stood there a lot longer...
frozen coffee
Ordered 3 small frozen coffees.Paid at 9:04 pm didn't get them till 9:25 pm.20 minutes is way to long of a wait.They were not busy either.My daughter ordered a pumpkin spice one it was so bitter.It felt like it was burning your mouth.Food orders were coming out before our drinks.The food orders were placed well after we placed our order.I had to ask the manager how much longer.We were getting ready to ask for our money back.

Hello...I am from Colorado visiting relatives in Pennsylvania and was THRILLED to discover that your Sproul location near Claysburg now sells beer and wine, saving me a trip to the nearest beer beverage shop which is 20 minutes away. I cannot get Yuengling "in my neck of the woods" so when I saw the Yuengling Black and Tan six pack in the cooler I immediately got excited. I often rave about your local concept to friends in Co and how I wish you would open some stores outside of Pa. Unfortunately, the carton I purchsed today had gotten wet at some point and was weak. When I arrived home, I picked up the sixpack by the handle to put into the refridgerator and the bottom fell out and 3 of the 6 bottles crashed to the floor and broke. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was that I could not enjoy my favorite Pa beer! I think that the employee who stocked that cooler should not have stocked the cardboard carriers knowing they were saturated with liquid which eventually resulted in my broken carrier. food made incorrectly
I ordered a BLT sandwich at Sheetz Store #14. When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich I had a bacon sandwich. My sandwich was made with bread, mayo and bacon. I've attached a picture of the order slip that clearly states lettuce and sliced tomatoes. I called the store and they said I can come back but its clearly an inconvenience and should not have to be done. I don't understand how you can miss the main ingredients of this sandwich. I can understand if you miss one of the three but two miss two of them I cant understand.

On September 18th shortly after midnight I ordered a 12 inch sub. I ordered it to be toasted. I added turkey, provolone cheese, light mustard, shredded lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, and guacamole. I paid an extra dollar for the guacamole and an extra dollar for the provolone cheese. The sub was given to me shortly after paying. But the only things that came on the sub I ordered were turkey, provolone cheese, light mustard, shredded lettuce, and red onion. It was also not toasted like I had requested. I paid extra for things I didn't receive. I am upset because this place normally always does great and it has fallen way below the standards it is normally set at. I had order four hotdogs two with ketchup and mustard extra ketchup and two with chili they were all made with chili so i took two of th back and was called a lier then when i asked tk see order she realized she was wrong and i was right sje remade the hotdogs and was very rude yet again... I walked over to dinning table we was sitting at and she said i shoild have waited up front for them... If these are the type of employees you want to represent your company this company wont last much longer... I am very very upset with this experience it was absolutely uncalled for

The fricken blue raspberry slushie was not working and that the only fricken good kind and it wasnt working i am trigged👿👿 then when we go to pay all three cash registers were open and there was only one person there and she was flirting with tge guy in front of us and in all honesty she was disgusting and i would think if you want to have a business you would hire people with good hygiene but... Anyway moving on we are standing there for 5 minutes with them just flirting and in all honesty it was disgusting then the food looks old and not fresh how do you expect to sell that then about the color red slogan then using blue slushie cup ummmm no thats not how it works so fix that than you dont even have the right slushie straws, slushie straws have a scoop at the end these do not as seen in the picture belowso i want that fixed so thank you.
rude cashier
I was at the Sheetz in Weirton, WV & a cashier (an older woman was working on checking my scratch off tickets after she called another employee to help at the register while she did so). The Sheets employee that came to help check people put was a young male & I couldn't believe the attitude & sarcasm of this kid with the other customers! I was actually chatting with a random stranger & he butt into our conversation not once, but twice, with his opinion in a rude & sarcastic manner & then when I looked over at him when I was about to leave, he was making a dishusted look at a customer & acting speaking very slow to a customer like he was stupid. I am OUTBLOWN by what I saw! Sheetz, you should keep better tabs on your employees by checking on their interactions with customers because that was absolutely unacceptable. That smarta** kid should be fired for the way that he acted yesterday. I am absolutely appalled by this!
