management
Prepaid gas with Canadian credit card. Had a problem at the pump, was not able to pump any gas, and went back inside to ask to reset the pump to amount that I had prepaid. Cashier informed me that he had refunded my credit card. Explained to cashier that the bank will charge me 3% to exchange the funds each way (total of 6%) and I was not prepared to run the card again for another 3% surcharge nor was I prepared to walk away with no gas having already lost 6% of the purchase price. I discussed with him how he should have asked me (as other merchants would) if it was OK to refund to my card and asked him could he not have offered a store credit so I would not have had to run my card again. He and his 2 managers told me there was no other way to credit or refund the payment with their present system. I asked the managers if there was no other way to resolve the situation but was told repeatedly that I would have to contact customer service. To be honest I would have been happy with a free drink coupon but no effort was made by either of the managers to defuse the situation. I did call customer service (a 20+ minute wait on the phone) from the location in Garner, NC and talked to a sweet girl Jaden who took charge and came up with an acceptable resolution that I feel sure either of the managers could have offered.
strawberry milkshake and cookies and cream frozen cream drink
We usually get milkshakes or specialty drinks every night at our local sheetz but tonight not sure if the person was new at making drinks or what but they were both horrible. Could barely drink the milkshake because of how thick it was and the frozen cream was like drinking water. We get the same drinks every time so we know they were not suppose to taste the way they did this time. So disappointing and now will most likely no longer be coming to get our milkshakes every night.
bug in my salad
I was working nearby this location. I put my order in online to pick up at the drive thru. I picked up my food and went back to work on my lunch break. I started mixing up my dressing in my salad and started eating it. After a few bites, I saw something in my salad. When I took it out, I noticed that it was a large bug. I don't know what kind of but it was. It was the size of a quarter. It looked like a horsefly or something. I was very disgusted as you can imagine. I will not be eating at this location anymore. I eat sheetz a lot but may not be eating sheetz in the future. I don't know how something this large could have been missed when preparing my food. I took pictures of the bug.
gas pump
I was unable to use my reward card. I didn't have the card with me, just the app on my phone. It would not scan the code off of my phone. I was unable to save my .03cents per gallon. I would of had to move the car to another pump (if the scanner worked at a different pump). I paid full price ($2.459/G) instead of $2.429/G for my tank of gas. I was at Sheetz 627 pump 11. My gas total was $39.01 for a total of15.863 gallons.
cleanliness of store
I stop at the Sheetz on the corner of Nathan hunt and south Main Street in High Point NC on a regular basis. The address is 1813 South Main Street, High Point NC, 27260. Every time I stop at this location it is filthy. The bathrooms I will no longer use and the floors through out the entire store are just disgusting. The drink machine for fountain drinks is always nasty and out of syrup or carbonation. There is always trash laying everywhere. There is never toilet paper in the restrooms. The cups and lids are always thrown and scattered everywhere. I love sheetz amd your products so I go out of my way now so I can go to another store.
sumatra k-cups
The last few times this item has been purchased at the sheetz store the k-cup is opening up on the top and it is spilling out of the keurig and into the cup. It seems that the foil top it is not fastened correctly to the plastic k-cup. I have been purchasing this item a least twice a week for years and this has never happened before so I did not know if something has been changed with the manufacturer.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla from Sheetz app. After picking up the food and eating several bites, I was shocked to find out my order had chicken in it. I have not eaten meat for 6 YEARS and am on a strict vegetarian diet. I've never felt so sick in my life, and when I returned to tell the Sheetz employee what had just happened they were unapologetic and offered no compensation.

I went to the sheetz in monroeville pa. I ordered food and gave up waiting after 45 minutes for my food. I could've ordered at a restaurant and gotten my food and eaten by then. I finally asked for a refund but they said they couldn't put my refund back on my credit card. Why the he'll would it take so long to get food that is microwaveable. Ridiculous! Never going back to this place again
ebt refusal
A Friend of mine. Had ordered her families dinner at King Street Sheetze in Shippensburg at around 7 - 7:30 ish. And they refused her card cause it would not scan and no one knew how to type the number in. And she used it like 2 weeks ago at same store during the day and they took it. Was not pleased with the attitude we recieved. She will also be reporting to the state also.
U know nothing. She work just like the next person. U know nothing about people who get help. [censor]. U know not about ebt medical or any of that [censor]. A person has to to get the extra help. U r an [censor]. So therefore if u don't know don't open ur mouth. But yet if a person is a drug dealer the get help for nothing or if a person is a migrant work. They don't. So there for u know nothing. If u call $30 a big cut on ur taxes. U make nothing. Know the fact s before u open ur mouth.
sanitation issues with bathroom floors.
The Sheezt located on Spring Garden rd in Greensboro, NC located at UNCG campus has not moped or sanitized its women's bathroom floors in two weeks.
The floors are so sticky your shoes get caught, the urine build up in the corners and cracks is disgusting.
I know because the nature of my work requires frequent stops throughout my day to this and several other locations in North Carolina.
This particular Spring Garden location has a huge issue with moping in general.
Wether it is the eating area or store.
The floors are always sticking and riddled with stains.
Like wise to my surprise the Battleground and Bessemer location in Greensboro, NC women's bathroom floors are heavily stained with urine and waste.
The store is some what clean and orderly but the bathroom floors have e excessive urine build up.
Along with these two locations is the West Market and United Street Sheezt in Greensboro, NC.
The story is the same as with the other two locations.
The women's bathrooms smell and the floors in the bathroom as well as every place eles are sticky.
It is my belief the bathroom floors are being neglected.
Because the store managers think they can- get away with wet moping dirty dark floors.
Versus sanitizing and cleaning dark textured floors properly.
Because of the quality and beauty of the textured tile on the Sheezt floors this isn't true.
You have to be even more diligent not to leave behind waste and debris.
I've given it two weeks and I've since taken my fleet elsewhere due to the santation issues.

orderer a turkey cali from Sheetz store in Ford City, Pa. at 9. pm tonight.. When I got it we sat in store to eat. after taking a few bites of it I noticed an odor from my sam. took it apart tsee and the lettuce was so bad that it literaly stunk.. such an awful samwich.. I cant beleive that someone would be that stupid to put that stinkin, wilted, smelly letuce on a customers order.. very bad Sheetz.. Never again... good help id hard to find and wheres the manager..?$10.00 douwn the drain
supervisor saying racist comments
Supervisor named Mark at the Sheetz on Hulton Road in Oakmont, PA says racist comments on a regular. I visit that Sheetz frequently overnights and I have heard him say on numerous occasions racist comments. I've heard him say, We'll just blame it on the black guy and there was only one black employee that I seen there. I think he is very unprofessional. I wanted to say something to him but it wasn't my place so I figured I'd just report a complaint.
customer service representative
A customer service representative by the name of Lilliana Kail at the Sheetz in Rock Branch WV was extremely rude and would not take me at the register. She proceeded to refuse to provide me service and forced someone to stop making someone's food to come service me at the register. I felt it was incredibly rude to me as a customer and the other employees as a co-worker.
cleanliness of the store
The dinning area is not kept clean the floors need to be mop the gas pump areas needs to be power wash spilled gas and the side walk at the door is filthy and nasty, Management is sorry, Bathrooms is not kept up . Not enough workers in the store. One person runs register, cooks and make drinks while manager sits in the back, District manager needs to make more visits.

I believe that Sheetz is a good company. I also believe just like any other company, due to the size, many things are looked over and not executed appropriately. When this is the case you become a company that promotes to keep employees with zero work ethic and push away or neglect employees who have proven over and over again his/her dedication to the company. These employees are the ones who constantly cover shift after shift of the same employees who call out with no care of how it effects the lives of their fellow coworkers or the service that is provided to the customers due to lack of staff. This message doesn't come from the overlooked employee but comes from the family of the overlooked employee. It's us who see the complete dedication that is taken with a grain of salt from the current management staff at said Sheetz. It is us who loose valuable time away from our loved ones because it seems nothing is done to correct behavior that is reflective of employees who always call out and continue to have a job because either points are removed or behavior is forgiven which allows the bad behavior to continue and creates a sense of hostility amount the employees who are always present and supportive of the job that is supposed to allow and support a life beyond just Sheetz. I believe in order to provide the complete customer experience it should start with keeping and encouraging employees that would do anything to ensure a company is ran as directed and customers treated as expected. I learned along time ago we promote what we allow. In this case you are promoting the importance of keeping employees who will eventually walk away without a care of what can be done for Sheetz and push away the few who still have the work ethic to support the future of what could be.
car wash
I purchased the 7$ ‘Shiny' car wash. It took aproximently 5 minutes and did absolutely nothing to my car. I could of just went to the car wash next door (which I will next time) but I chose sheetz because I am a loyal customer. There was barley any soap involved and my car is still very dirty. I am very dissatisfied as to how my car turned out and will probably not use sheetz car was anymore.
sheets muddy bites
These muddy bites are not very muddy they taste very good but I am confused on the name why are they called muddy bites I think they should be called powdered sugar bites so please give me a response I need to know if there is any other information you might need I will always be willing another thing is sheets is always so crowded why would anyone want to go to a crowded gas station

The Sheetz in Elkins, WV, has a problem with the people who cook their food. For the last two months, every thing I have ordered has been horrible. I have been to other Sheetz in and out of state, and their food is much better prepared. I had tator tots that were under cooked, burnt bagels, no dipping packets and more. I called and talked to a manager and she gave me an attitude! Upper management needs to be replaced immediately!

I was is the above location today approx 12:30ish. I ordered my favorite lunch, appetizer platter, fries and drink. I also bored an extra large drink and a cup of ice for my Supervisor. As I was waiting for my order I noticed that I might have been charged for three drinks. I went bck to talk with the clerk that checked me out, I got unwanted attitude, she was very defensive as I tried to asked if I might have been charged for a drink that was included in the price of my meal deal. She stomped off went in the back and finally came back and was getting in the register. Wouldn't even look at me or tell me if I was wrong. I asked if I was wrong, she barely stated loud enough for me to hear her, but she said i was right. Handed the money to me and turned her head and watched the clerk beside her. I just looked at her, trying to figure out why this was an issue. Then I realized she is the Supervisor(Michelle)... shame on her, if this is her people skills, she may need more training. I don't have a lot of money, and wanted to treat myself, Sheetz is my favorite place to go. I was so disappointed., I really didn't see a need for this reaction. I wasn't mad until they way she handed me the money, with no explanation, or if she was wrong she could have just said sorry. So sorry to vent, but I had to get it off my chest😔thank you for listening.

crab cake platter
Went to Sheetz for supper tonight, saw the crab cake platter advertisement, looked pretty awesome in size.In the advertisement the crab cake looked like a large portion, so for my dipping sauce I got tartar sauce and bought the extra sauce too.Took it home opened the container and the crab cakes were smaller than the little dipping container.Unreal!
